Salmon salad
Dallas E.

Quick review out of 10 with pics. - Ahi Tuna Nachos - 6.5 - Salmon Salad - 5.0 ( very little salmon ) - Prime Rib Dip - 9.0 - Fish and Chips - 8.0 - Gluten Free Beer - 7.5 We stopped in on our way to Breckenridge because we wanted to catch the world cup final. They have tons of TVs for viewing, which was great. The Staff was friendly, and attentive. The vanilla porter on the menu was replaced with a graham cracker porter, which they brought me a sample of to try. I pivoted to a gluten free beer after trying that. My wife is celiac, and had no issues with the food or beer.

Outstanding service at 5:30pm Sat, party of five by Anna C. Special BBQ ribs some of the best ever in Colorado. Burger, Hot Chicken and Prime Rib dip were all very good. Coke products and full bar. Take advantage of reservation system. Lot parking to the South.

My family and I met here for a long-anticipated gathering of eight, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the menu offers a great variety for different tastes. However, I ordered the Nashville hot fried chicken sandwich and was disappointed. It was heavily drenched in a sweet barbecue sauce and topped with very wet coleslaw, which made the entire sandwich soggy. At this price point and caliber, I would expect something like a spicy fried chicken sandwich to maintain that crisp texture. Service could have been slightly warmer. Due to this experience we will opt for other restaurants in the area in the future

Breakfast Burrito

Despite living in Castle rock for six years, this was our first time! We came for brunch on the Sunday and it was very good. My wife had the chicken skillet and I had the burrito. Everything was packed with flavor, but it could use more green chili, so when you order, make sure to ask for extra green chili. The crowd does seem to be older, which is nice and the inside is very open and clean. It is a casual spot so it's good for pretty much everybody. The patio outside is a nice option too during nice days. The service is fast and friendly

Playa Rosa - delicious!!

Service was amazing and such a cute atmosphere. We sat on the patio and basically every table has shade coverage which was really nice. The food was just so so but I definitely want to try others. Drinks were on point

Seared Ahi Tuna and The Hubs burger (in the background). Could use more bok choy with this tuna plate.
Diane T.

Me and The Hubs had lunch on the patio here one warm, sunny day back in March. It was so pleasant to sit outside in (what was technically) winter and we had a nice time. The Hubs ordered one of their burgers with fries (don't remember which one). I had the Seared Ahi Tuna (Ahi tuna filet served with sticky rice, roasted miso bok choy, wonton chips, wasabi creme, and finished with a sweet ginger glaze and green onion). Everything was tasty, but the serving sizes seemed a bit on the skimpy side. Hubs' burger looked a bit smaller than what we usually see elsewhere (he said it was good, tho). The serving of bok choy with my entree was one very small half of a baby bok choy (it seemed more like a garnish than a side). Our server was very friendly and took good care of us. Their patio is fairly large and is exposed to all directions except north so it will get sun all day but they have many umbrellas out there. Their umbrellas seem to filter the sun rather than block it. Even though I didn't have the sun directly on me, I could feel the heat almost as if it was. If you're a fan of heat - great, if not take note. Anyway, I would eat here again when I'm in the area.

My mom loved her Philly cheesesteak, and my husband devoured his burger, saying it was very flavorful and juicy. My salad, however, was less than impressive. I have two forms of lupus and rheumatoid arthritis, so I'm always careful when eating out, due to soy and seed oils that can cause a flare within an hour of leaving. Our young server seemed less friendly, following the dietary restrictions given when taking our order. I asked for dressing to be put on the side of my salad bowl, so I could still sample some, and was never provided a dressing of any sort--only two bottles of oil and vinegar. I also asked if she could check with the chef for soy additives in the dressings, so I could know if they had any options safe to ingest on the menu. Those questions and concerns were never addressed again, upon her return to our table. I can't tell you how sad it is to feel unseen, when battling disabilities--and this was a prime example. So I ended up with a plate of crunchy Romaine lettuce, a cold hard boiled egg and not much else. The cucumbers provided were in spear format, which is awkward when one can't use a knife to cut vegetables without experiencing wrist pain from RA directly after the endeavor. Also, plates are pretty pricey for the portion received--my husband's burger was $20. This place has nice ambiance but the accommodating factor was noticeably absent. Worth a stop in, if you're not sick.

Happy hour Smoked Wings and flatbread
Michelle A.

We stopped here on our to our destination- we got to sit in their patio section during their happy hour. We enjoyed their house wine which wasn't the best but at a great price! We then ordered salsa and chips for our app which wasn't our favorite, not much flavor. We shared the flatbread and swings which the flavor was a bit off. Overall, not our favorite food but we ordered from the happy hour section so did not get to try their actual menu. The space is great and we did not have to wait! The waiter was quick with our order! Overall would go again to try other items and see if we can catch a favorite item this time!

Staff is phenomenal, service is excellent. Not recommended for steak (skip the fillet and the ribeye) but okay for a burger or a salad.

I've had the chance…read moreto eat there twice now--once inside the restaurant and once out on their patio--and both experiences were great. The patio is especially nice on a sunny Colorado day. I ordered the filet mignon salad, and honestly it was to die for. At first I thought it was a little unusual that the salad came with fingerling potatoes, but wow... it totally works. Steak and potatoes are a classic pairing, and somehow putting them on a salad just makes it even better. The filet was cooked perfectly and everything tasted really fresh. My husband ordered a sandwich (I wish I could remember exactly which one), but he really enjoyed it and said the French fries were excellent too. Overall, great food, a relaxed atmosphere, and a spot we'll definitely be coming back to. Service has always been great!

The Benedict has a very rich and unique taste. It's not bad, just different. The million dollar bacon is way too sweet. It tastes like bacon cake which if that's your jam you'll love it. We loved this place when it was Tribe but our one complaint is when at capacity you can't even hear the person across the table from you. I don't mind a mild roar but this is like people are standing next to you screaming in your ear. Look, we support local businesses and this place is no exception. I think that we had very high hopes for this place and our fist round was fairly average. The service was good and, again, people who work here seem to take real pride in the restaurant so kudos for that for sure! BTW, they are starting to do dinner Thursday-Sunday. We haven't tried it but we were told to come back for dinner which we will certainly do.

HOLY FREAKING MOLY, THE BRINKERHOFF IN CASTLE ROCK JUST RUINED ALL OTHER RESTAURANTS FOR ME…read moreFOREVER!!! Listen up, you beautiful degenerates of Colorado -- if you're anywhere near Castle Rock and you DON'T drop everything to go to The Brinkerhoff, you're actively choosing a life of sadness and regret. This place is perched up there like a goddamn castle overlooking the kingdom, windows so meticulously clean I could see my future in them (and it was eating more ribeye). The views? ABSURD. I'm talking "postcard from heaven" levels of ridiculous. You'll be stuffing your face while staring at scenery that makes you question why you ever lived in a basement apartment. The ambiance inside is straight-up opulent too -- crystal chandeliers dripping like diamonds, stone walls, red leather booths, and that massive framed vintage Beech 18 airplane photo that hits different. Speaking of which... My best friend Rob took one look at that classic twin-prop Beech 18 on the wall and the hairs on his arms stood straight up. Turns out he actually flew one of those exact legends back in the day. There's a killer story behind it -- ask the staff about it, they'll hook you up with the full tale. Goosebumps guaranteed. This place doesn't just serve dinner; it triggers full-on life flashbacks. The food? ABSURDITY-INDUCING. I'm still recovering. * Spicy Hiramasa Roll -- TO. DIE. FOR. Spicy tuna, avocado, cucumber, and pure culinary sorcery. One bite and I ascended. I blacked out and woke up speaking fluent sushi. * Big Island Ribeye (16oz, soy-marinated) -- OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD. Juicy, flavorful, marinated in what I can only assume is liquid gold and unicorn tears. MUST GET. I would fight a bear for this steak. I would marry this steak. Hell, I'd let this steak ruin my credit score. * Chipotle Glazed Wagyu Short Ribs -- These bad boys were so awesome I almost proposed. Sweet, smoky, melt-in-your-mouth perfection that made me question every other rib I've ever had. They were basically foreplay for the main course. And don't even get me started on the STAFF. These legends deserve their own parade. Big shoutout to our waiter Larson -- the man dropped recommendations like they were bars in a rap battle. 10/10 service, zero notes. GM Lisa came in hot on the 4th of July, straight from the sister property Sierra, working like a boss and being the friendliest, most knowledgeable human alive. Absolute queen behavior. GM Heather rolled up, made sure everything was flawless, and then dropped restaurant history knowledge like a TED Talk. I felt cultured AND fed. And eternal props to Chloe & Keiley in reservations -- we showed up AN HOUR LATE like the chaotic gremlins we are, and they still saved our seats. That's not service, that's sorcery. This crew isn't just outstanding -- they're the Avengers of hospitality. Outstanding food + god-tier staff + Beech 18 nostalgia that gives your pilot buddy chills = I'm moving in. 10/10. 100/10. Infinity/10. It's a MUST-GO when you're in Castle Rock. Bring your appetite, bring your people, bring stretchy pants, and bring your best stories. I'm already planning my return like it's a religious pilgrimage. Brinkerhoff, you absolute madlads -- thank you for existing. I love you. Never change. (Go. Now. Tell them the unhinged guy AND his Beech 18-flying buddy sent you.)

They were busy with the brunch crowd but we were seated within a few minutes and our server dropped off a basket of warm rolls while we browsed the menu. My wife ordered a Reuben sandwich which she very much enjoyed. Since their Pan-Fried Chicken was named "Famous" I just had to order that. Four delicious pieces of perfectly fried chicken and the mashed potatoes with cracklin' gravy was amazing. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Everyone was so nice and it was a wonderful experience. Side Note - My wife did ask me why I did not order the Chicken and Waffles as it appeared almost every other table had an order.
