The middle-aged female cashier was extremely rude and had a very unfriendly attitude, I don't know if she's dealing with personal difficulties that make it hard for her to control her emotions, but that's not an excuse to treat customers this way. This is a must when thrifting! Love the extended hours. The donation area in the back is great. Open for you to pull up and just unload. The staff and manager is wonderful. The music is cool. The store is ALWAYS getting vintage stuff, and really amazing items that are priced so well! In the last few months I noticed prices going up, but I'm fine with it due to the extended hours, Sundays open, and extra employees stocking and ringing us up. There is still plenty of great finds and even some antiques. Please! Do one thing and cut down the automated messages blasting! It's the same repeated recorded messages over the speaker. Huge parking lot available, one of the busiest thrift stores I been to in this area . Be sure to take advantage of their color tag discounts of the week . Has a lot of selections of furniture to seasonal items such as clothing and shoes . Some brand names are priced higher than others like setting. Service here is questionable , there are so many written rules it's overwhelming to be honest . One stated we can't interact with the employees who are putting out the clothes on the rack . read more

I want to leave a good review because I used to love to shop here but their cashier Maria has a nasty stank attitude!!! I've been coming here since a kid with my mom for as long as I can remember. Recently, I've noticed anytime I come in she gives me a sour look and doesn't EVER welcome me in. Then, a second later a person will walk in right after me and she, in a fake tone, greets them "WELCOME IN". I can't stand her stank face, but let alone to have to have her ring me up and not even greet me or ask if I found everything ok or how my shopping was. And she didn't even ring me up a romper I was buying and set down to pay for ! I'm so upset with this experience. They should be mindful of who they hire on their front end. They should put her in the back if she doesn't like her job. read more

I went today to this thrift store . All the employees were amazing and helpful. There were really nice stuff !

I still come here usually twice/month since I posted my last review! They still get a 4/5 since the prices here are so jacked up compared to their sister store (confirmed with employees at both places that it's the same chain) in Covina/Glendora off Arrow Highway. I do find higher end brands at this location in comparison to the other location, but the latter has a cash only luxury store that's discounted at 75%+ off so it still takes the cake compared to this location. For my son's clothes and shoes, the clothing at both location ranks the same. This spot has way more baby and kids shoes than the other spot. This spot also has way more toys. Two weekends ago I scored this $70 DJ toy for $3! It was missing the middle recording piece, but whatever, my 2 y/o hasn't noticed and is obsessed! I constantly get compliments on my son's clothes and that makes me proud since his entire wardrobe has been thrifted since birth between both of these thrift stores. read more

This thrift store actually has great items, you'll constantly find yourself wanting to grab more because the selection is that good. But the prices are just stupid expensive. Place is popular, so sometimes there's long lines to pay but they move fast, they have like 10 cashiers working at once. Prices are honestly decent, not super high like most thrifts now. Super cool that they have certain colored tags on special. When I went the white and blue tags were 75% off and red tags were 50% off and green tags 25% off. They have a big selection of home goods and men's and women's clothing and also electronics and tools. 100% recommend checking this place out, I've never gone here and came out disappointed. I and my roommate, caretaker, came here yesterday. I bought three electronics. Two are pictured, one I have totally that it was I bought. I am going to try to see if the Logitech, can Bluetooth to my phone. The phone in the picture I found at this thrift store! I have not found one smartphone, nor, iPhone at any thrift stores, since 2009! Flipphones, yeah! The phone charges, turns on, and works on WiFi. It's carrier is Assurance Wireless! one if the Obama Phone carriers. I have an Obama Phone, but now it works also on Assurance Wireless! Since the Affordable Connectivuty Program is over, I had the choice to keep my plan! $10.00 a year, .83 a month! Cents! The prices are great! The atmosphere us great! The selection is great!
