I had I had very blonde highlights and I wanted them toned to a golden blonde and root touchup. She said no problem.. She was talking to me in hairdresser language. She said I was a level 10 she was gonna pull me to a level 9 or 8.I left there with completely brown hair. I didn't ask for brown hair. I asked for golden blonde hair. they made me sign some paper just saying it was so they could treat me now I'm trying to get a refund because I didn't get anything. I wanted .even with going in a week early for a consult. They are extremely expensive and you sit across the table from other people not in the chair it's a very bizarre situation. I would not recommend the salon to anybody. I'm trying to get a refund but they say they don't offer and since I signed that paper they just want me to come in and have somebody else do my hair. I will never return to that salon to have anybody touch my hair.

I found Angie on google and I can't even begin to explain how much she rescued my hair! I went in fully prepared to have majority of my hair chopped off, the layers that were previously done were just that bad. Some how, Angie managed to smooth out the steps that were put into my head, trim off my dead ends, but still keep majority of my length! She took her time and was extremely focused. I was so pleased with her work that I will now be traveling from Florida to North Carolina when ever I want or need anything done with my hair.
