Parking: This location only has meter street parking. 2 star Inventory: Tons of boots, soles, laces, socks, hats, and more. This location has excellent. 5 stars Staff: I worked with Luis, he was excellent. Helped me with providing several boots to try on and ensured I was happy with my purchase. He also cut my soles to ensure proper fit. Fortunately they had size 14 boots. 5 stars. Overall: If you need boots, come here and ask for Luis. (2+5+5)/3= 4 stars

This is a review for Red Wing operations and policy's. First a pair of boots were ordered because they didn't have the needed size. They were unable to tell me when the boots would be delivered. They apparently have 0 access to tracking information within their company or any information on where your package is after ordered. After the boots still weren't delivered after 5 days I just decided to get another pair. I went in store and purchased them and felt good about it. Off to work the next day and within 10 minutes the boots completely disintegrated. The soles were coming off and my foot was completely coming out of the shoe. I went back to the Red Wing store immediately and upon inspection, I was told that the boots were very old from 2014 and they are told to push to sell old boots. David was super helpful and helped me get another pair after this awful situation. This company shouldn't be pushing old boots to people that are going to fall apart. It's dangerous and also completely wrong.

    Hole in boot

Purchased new boots six months ago, already have a hole straight through the leather. When I brought them in to have looked at I was told "oh, you should've bought this extra stuff when you bought them originally. That always happens". Awesome- $250 boots last less than six months. Perfect. Called customer service- they say someone should've asked me what I do for a living when I went in and they would've told me this would happen. Super helpful. Very disappointed. Will find a new boot manufacturer.

Front counter. See my 20 y/o boots?

I guess people who have worn Red Wing work boots before really don't need me to write this review. They know how great they are. People who haven't might be really surprised what a great experience it is to own a pair. When I had a lawn to mow and miscellaneous outside chores to do putting on the Red Wings was such a simple, sublime pleasure. Not having your feet kill you after working hard is a great feeling. But they're expensive. Except that they aren't in the long run. Today I took my favorite old work boots in to have them oiled and the stitching repaired in a couple of places. They are like 20 years old now. I have never needed them resoled. They still don't need it. And while I don't need them like I used to I still wear them a few times a year for hiking and cherry picking, etc.. But I digress. What's really important is that it still doesn't cost anything to have them sent for these minor repairs. The people at the store were friendly, knowledgable and courteous. When I need another pair I'll go buy them at this store. They have a lot more styles these days too. When you need a serious pair of boots do yourself (and your feet) a favor and go check them out.

I used to love shopping at Nordstrom Rack in the Fox Hills Mall (Westfield Culver City). I've been…read morea loyal customer for years and every visit I'd easily spend $400+ without any issues. Unfortunately, an experience about two years ago completely changed how I feel about this store. During my last visit, I was racially profiled and followed throughout the store by two asset protection employees (one male and one female). I have no idea why I was singled out. Despite being treated that way, I still purchased around $600 worth of items that day. What made it even more upsetting was seeing one of them waiting near the front door as I was leaving, as if they expected me to do something wrong. I even waved and laughed in disbelief because it was so obvious. He stood at the door after following me, once the second person started following me, then left that post after I walked out with my purchased items. What's even more frustrating is that I saw someone else (same ethnicity as the security that were following me) in the store actually stealing items, but because they were so focused on watching me, they completely ignored her. I saw her walk right out the door after stuffing her pockets and purse with stolen items. Unbelievable! That experience was disappointing. I left the store wishing I hadn't spent a dime there. Since then, I've never returned to that location. I even tried shopping at the Nordstrom Rack on Fig at 7th downtown recently, and unfortunately experienced the same thing, being followed around the store. Because of these experiences, I've decided I will no longer shop at Nordstrom Rack or Nordstrom. No customer who is spending their hard-earned money should feel targeted or profiled while simply trying to shop. Prior to the incident where I was followed around the store, I had another frustrating experience at this location. On a previous visit, I purchased clothes and other items. When I walked out, the alarm at the door went off, but another customer was exiting at the same time so I assumed it was related to her purchase. I had two bags of clothes and other items, and didn't notice anything unusual when I quickly checked my bags. About a month later, when I went to wear one of the dresses, I discovered the security sensor was still attached. It was black and blended in with the dress, which is probably why I didn't notice it earlier. I then checked the other clothes and two more dresses that I hadn't worn yet and found that they also still had sensors attached, hidden on the slip of the dress. I returned to the store to have them removed, but initially the staff refused because I didn't have the receipt. Fortunately, I had used my Nordstrom credit card and they were able to look up the purchase and finally remove the sensors. This situation could have been avoided if the employee had properly checked the dresses (since they hide their sensors) before bagging them. These are higher-priced items that typically have sensors attached, so you would think staff would be trained to know where the sensors are placed. But I don't totally blame the staff because they were hidden. Why not make them visible? Why place a black sensor on a black dress? Customers shouldn't have to inspect their purchases for security tags after leaving the store. Goodbye, Nordstroms! It was fun while it lasted.

I walked in as a professional DJ who is literally on her feet all day at weddings, corporate events, and everything in between, and walked out feeling like I had a full personal coaching and styling session. Marko was THAT guy. He took the time to actually understand my life, my needs, and my vibe before recommending a single thing. Sweat-friendly apparel? Check. The perfect shoe for 8-hour performance days on my feet? Nailed it. His attention to detail, humor, and genuine care made the whole experience feel less like shopping and more like being helped by a friend who happens to know everything about athletic footwear. I was so inspired that I posted about On Cloud on my Instagram story to encourage others to shop at THIS location. That is not something I do lightly. KT set the tone from the jump with hospitality that made the whole visit feel warm and welcoming. You can tell both her and Marko genuinely love their jobs and love this brand, and that energy is absolutely contagious! Give them both a raise, protect them at all costs, and never let this store lose that warmth. On Cloud makes me feel like a baddie athlete and I am fully here for it. If there is an affiliate or athlete program, I am raising my hand because this brand already has my whole heart.

I ordered three pairs of shoes online. Only one arrived. I called them to inquire about the location of the other two and the rep, while on the phone, emailed me a photo to show they were delivered. I confirmed on the phone at that moment that the picture does not show my apartment, not even my building. They were delivered to the wrong place. The company said they "investigated" and the courier said they were delivered, so they will not send me the two I'm missing, nor will they refund me, and they continue to ignore the fact I have confirmed the delivery photo is NOT MY ADDRESS. The shoes may have been "delivered" but not to my front door, nor my actual building. Look at the photo and decide for yourself. Please note: I don't have a storage locker, there isn't one in my building, this couldn't possibly be me! Per the email in the photograph, I told Keven of WSS then and there, on the phone, that was not my residence, and he said they needed 14 business days to review (that's nearly three weeks), all to tell me they received delivery notice, despite the delivery photo clearly showing it was not delivered to MY ADDRESS! I have contacted them countless times since, and they decided to ignore until today, when they once again tried to tell me they were delivered and the case is closed. So I'm out of money and never received the products. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS PRACTICE!

He wouldn't give me his name but his co worker let me know his name is Shane. I had an online order so I stood in line to await my turn. I approached Shane, gave him name and then he asked for my order number. He called for someone in the back to look up my order. He then asked that I move to the side while he helped the next customer. I asked him if I would have to get back in line and he said no. So I waited. After a few minutes, Shane said, They didn't have my order. He asked when it was placed. I told him when I placed my order it stated as long as it was placed before 4pm, I could pick up the same day. Shane told me they receive their last orders at noon. Told me to come back the next day. I expressed to him that the items were on the floor and could someone get them for me. He told me to get them or I could go in the front and someone else can help me. This didn't sit well with me because he was trying to dismiss me. I asked again if someone could help. I must have disturbed him with my questions because he then said, "I was being disrespectful". This was news to me because I didn't know requesting help was a sign of disrespect. At this time someone came from the back and stated they "found" my order. I asked the gentlemen if they found the order in the back or on the floor. They confirmed it was in the back. This gentleman started packing my order and asked for my ID. Again being my first time in this store I was unaware I needed to bring an ID. I asked if my email was sufficient, Shane whom was allegedly disrespected earlier said no. I then wanted to cancel my order and just buy it in the store. I asked them to cancel my order. Shane once again said "It's cancelled and you will get your money in 7 days". I tried to look at the receipt but Shane took it away from hand. The experience received in this store was so poor and disappointing. I'm disgusted and will never shop at this location again. I'll be reaching out to the corporate office on Monday. Oh and my order was never cancelled. Terrible Customer Service!
