The woman showed me to the sizes I needed and showed me a pair, but wasn't able to offer much help--when I mentioned I thought I'd check a bigger size she pointed out but said she needed to go clean up. I guess this is the difference between coming to a place like this and visiting a place like Carrara Children's Shoes, where there's a larger selection and considerably superior service. But I got a cute pair of New Balance shoes for the little one, and it was helpful that the saleswoman mentioned they have a wider toe box than a brand like Nike, which is better for little feet (and it also made me realize why I don't like Nike shoes). They aren't cheap--the shoes were $50--but we were in and out in about 10 minutes.

The selection was scarce. We asked a worker to size her feet but he said he only had a sizer for infants so he eyeballed her shoe size. He was a really nice guy, but seems like this location was very limited. The prices were too high for some of the shoes as well. Also, this location was very dark inside. A lot of the lights weren't on or working. Seems really run down. If I had to guess, I would say this location is close to closing their doors, but if not, then they really should.

I figured I would find some comfortable shoes for her since she's in her retirement years. I spoke to a woman named Britney who I found to be very passive aggressive and rude . I tried to explain to her that my mother had certain issues with her feet and I figured she would be helpful recommending an appropriate shoe since she should be a "shoe expert". She wasn't helpful, all I got was attitude and she pretty much told me that I should just bring my mother directly to the store. Mind you my mother just had foot surgery and is not able to come physically to the store at this time. I did not appreciate this type of response nor did I appreciate her scattered attention since she decided to be more attentive to some shoes on a cart. I would definitely have a better experience shopping online than dealing with an unprofessional individual who decides to focus on ripping off the tops of shoe boxes. The other sales associate was pretty helpful though. She was definitely more attentive and helpful than this woman I initially tried to get customer service from. She took the initiative to help me and was empathetic in my attempt to look for a comfortable pair of shoes .First time coming here and most likely the last. Not the best experience.

The whole process was really in depth but fun and I enjoyed chatting with her too! I settled on some very cute pink Hoka Cliftons which are a massive upgrade from what I came in wearing. There wasn't any pressure to get something right then but since my chosen color was in stock in my size, I walked out wearing my purchase! Yes, these shoes are expensive but so far they are worth every penny. I will be back for sure when I need my next pair of sneakers.

The moment I stepped in -- wearing Crocs and baggy shorts, minding my own business -- the staff seemed to collectively decide I wasn't worth the oxygen it would take to acknowledge me. Not a nod, not a "Hi," not even the bare‑minimum retail grunt. Just pure, practiced invisibility. Meanwhile, anyone who walked in looking like they'd just finished mile 27 of an ultramarathon was greeted instantly. They were ushered around, fitted, advised, practically celebrated. I watched people enter the store after me and get helped before me, repeatedly, as if the employees were running some unspoken triage system based solely on appearance. If you don't look like you're training for the Olympics, good luck -- you're background scenery. The semi‑open layout only makes the whole thing worse. You stand there, fully visible, watching staff weave around you with the kind of deliberate avoidance usually reserved for potholes and wet paint. It's a special kind of irritation -- being ignored so thoroughly that you start to wonder if you've slipped into another dimension. If you're an elite runner, or at least look like one, you'll probably be treated like royalty. If you're not, prepare to be a ghost in Crocs.

I begin to explore seeking professional assistance since I believe I have an impulsive buying habit. The only option open to me is to return the shoes; shortly after completed, the app will generate a bar code and present a list of actual stores around me. I chose it due to the fact that it is close to where I work. I went there during the middle of my lunch break on a weekday and was astonished at how busy it was. this store doesn't have an area devoted to return items, so I had to stand in line with the rest of the people. I estimated that I stood in wait for around 15 minutes. Finally, when it was my turn, the cashier agent asked reasons I was returning, and I told why. She examined the shoes to ensure they hadn't been worn, scanned the bar code, and asked me to swipe the card that I paid with. The issue I didn't have a physical card with me, but because their device supports NFC, it can accept my digital credit card copy and it works perfectly. I didn't have time to tour the store because I needed to hurry back to work. I was irritated that I had to wait so long just to return one item. The only thing I can say is that the return process was made simple.
