On Monday Dec 15, without ever, contacting me again, they sent an email saying they were dropping the investigation because I had not contacted them again. I contacted customer service again & told the agent I had not received my order, & if they could not locate the order to issue a refund. He claimed to have no record of my initial complaint. He said he needed 3 to 5 days to investigate, when I complained he became rude & then said it would take 10 to 15 days to investigate & they would contact me with any information. The tracking site for the shipping company, On Trac, has shown the package at their final processing center awaiting delivery for a week now. On Trac has been unresponsive to my request to investigate the location of the shipment. To date I have not received contact by either company & still have not received my order.

I waited. And I waited some more. I did some serious waiting five feet away in a red sweater. No acknowledgment. No letting me know it might be a while. But that would've likely stopped the upselling I started to see. So I turned me and my bike around and left. It's hard for me to be on my feet that long. That's why I bike. Dood has a right to be into his subject matter. Usually shops want you to feel comfortable and respected as somewhat of a priority, even if you aren't being directly pitched at the moment... it just was not a good vibe. Everything performs great on the snow, and the technical advice was spot on. The Bad: The checkout process was frustrating. The cashier seemed uninformed and had to repeatedly check with the fitters regarding basic return and warranty policies, which made the process take much longer than necessary. The Pricing Issue: Be aware of the "fine print" on price matching. Even though they matched my board, they refused to match the price on my boots because I had them heat-molded first. I wish this had been communicated clearly before the molding service was performed, as it ended up costing me the "guaranteed" price match.
