I went to this location a few days ago since my mother lives in the condominium complex near the plaza. I figured I would find some comfortable shoes for her since she's in her retirement years. I spoke to a woman named Britney who I found to be very passive aggressive and rude . I tried to explain to her that my mother had certain issues with her feet and I figured she would be helpful recommending an appropriate shoe since she should be a "shoe expert". She wasn't helpful, all I got was attitude and she pretty much told me that I should just bring my mother directly to the store. Mind you my mother just had foot surgery and is not able to come physically to the store at this time. I did not appreciate this type of response nor did I appreciate her scattered attention since she decided to be more attentive to some shoes on a cart. I would definitely have a better experience shopping online than dealing with an unprofessional individual who decides to focus on ripping off the tops of shoe boxes. The other sales associate was pretty helpful though. She was definitely more attentive and helpful than this woman I initially tried to get customer service from. She took the initiative to help me and was empathetic in my attempt to look for a comfortable pair of shoes .First time coming here and most likely the last. Not the best experience. read more

The age old question? Why don't I have a review for Skechers when I have been buying & wearing Skechers since before the Roman Empire (NOT). All kidding aside I LUV my Skechers they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. The sketchers shoes that I had been wearing have comfort foam to fit & conform to your foot giving you unparalleled comfort. The one problem I had w/the ones before arch support is the heels always wore down super fast. Within the past few years Skechers has developed a shoe that not only has the comfort foam to conform to your feet but also a shoe that has Podiatrist certified arch support. This not only gives you arch support but gives the shoe a much longer life span as the heels don't wear down as fast. The thing I love about these shoes is they slip on wo/having to tie any laces. I had to go back to the store on 4 different occasions because an associate made my clearance shoes full price. When I went back the male manager fixed the issue, but did not give me one of my pair of shoes back that I already purchased. I was told I could pick them up, I came the next morning and Angelica even after producing the digital receipt, refused to give me the item I paid for. Customer service said she had access to cameras to which she denied. She was non apologetic and had arrogant and careless personality. Because of this experience I returned all 4 shoes, socks and tumblrs. After receiving my return I noticed that all returns were labeled "return" meaning Angelica saw on my receipt that I did purchase those shoes, she just refused to help. Maybe all customers do not get this side of this manager but this experience was horrible to recover shoes that I paid for and having to return on 4 occasions from the mistakes of the associates and managers. read more

I decided to try Skechers shoes for the first time. I bought 2 pair one I tried walking around the block one I tried on the house both bothered my feet. I went to return them and was told one pair was used no exchange no credit. When I asked for a store credit I was told by the manager Caleb(no last name given) to go to a different store and lie about the use. How a manager can advocate lying about a return is unimaginable. He then proceeded to tell me I was being unruly when I openly challenged him on asking a customer to lie and kicked me out of the store. Now I wait for a district manager who has 72 hours to reply to get back to me. When I apply to a complaint line they recommend calling them back if I don't hear back from some after 3 days. When you have a manager opening advocating abusing his own company policy I can't image anything good becomes of it other then corporate write off and higher prices because of inferior management and policies. This outlet store is nice to see all your Skechers options. Staff was chatting it up while I was in however they were eager to stop conversations when I saw people asking for help. They were also very friendly to me when I was checking out. Those awesome totes for bags! Love them! Now this is considered a Factory Outlet but the prices don't really reflect that. They do have sales going on like Buy One, Get One Half Off. I was comparing prices to Amazon and the base prices at this outlet are more. Even with the BOG50%off sale, the prices were still a tiny bit more in shop. Of course the advantage is that you can try them on and see what you like in the store. I was a bit disappointed though and didn't think I would buy anything here. Then I came upon their clearance racks! Still, even on clearance, many things weren't that great of deals. But there were some that were 70% off and I ended up buying a cute pair of white & shiny silver casual shoes for $13 - Score! I'm all about them deals and this Skechers Outlet just doesn't do it for me. I may pop back in the future and head straight to those clearance racks though! read more

Row upon row and rack upon rack of shoes, mostly sneakers. There would be fewer rows and racks if they didn't display three or four of some colors and styles right next to one another. There might be three of the same shoe, in the same color, in the seat size, dispalyed right next to one another. Why? No idea Anyway, there's a lot to look at, and a lot to try on. Prices are reasonable for what it is. Staff are nice, but a bit... clueless? Disengaged? Running on empty? I don't know. They just weren't very helpful, but they weren't rude, either.
