I can't stand cheap fake leather that peels. I'd love to get Fryes but they don't have them here. I donated a pair of shoes and saved $10. Visit # within 2 weeks. I was looking for suede cleaner but found a kit for $21.99. The selection of leather conditioner was sparce for a shoe store. I had a 20% off coupon and a $5 email coupon. The 20% had a ton of exclusions. I looked for plain black shoes but couldn't find anything I liked. My size 7 is always sold out. I found these sparkly blingy sneakers by Betsey Johnson and magically that brand isn't excluded. The heel slipped while walking even with socks so I chose a 6.5. I also saved some money and they were $62. I'll probably wear them in spring/summer and they are so adorable. I usually don't splurge on myself but I've had a terrible couple of months and I deserve it. The store is big and they have a good selection of shoes for kids, men and women.

I've found many great deals on those tables from phone charging cables, toys, luggage bags, home goods, tools, and decor. Items here are mostly store overstock and returns so item quality and variety can be a mixed bag. Most items are in fairly good, almost new condition though. I don't come here to find the staples, instead I stop about once a week to see what deals I might find. You never know what you might find which always makes it an adventure and surprise! I browsed the men's section first since the shoes are pretty much the same, I couldn't find them at first so I went across the store over to the women's and couldn't find converse in women's either. I did notice the women's shoes wasn't as busy as the men's. I browsed around a bit (no one greeted me or anything in men's or women's). I did finally find them under a table display and they only had platforms for women's so I went back over to men's to take another look. I did find them and waited for a salesman to assist me. A man walked up (after me) and the shoe he wanted was next to stock room so he was helped right away. I waited and asked for help.. I was told by a rep that he had to go check on some other customers, I kept waiting and being ignored to the point I witnessed reps asking people still looking around if they needed help and finally someone came up to help me, I asked for a 7 (as I'm a 8 1/2, 9 in women's), he came back and told me the smallest size they have is an 8 which is too big. He asked who I was shopping for, I said myself and he asked me what size I wear and I said about a 9 in women's and he said "well this is men's" as if I was blind. Shipping was my only option. I'm golfing on Sunday and I won't have the club I needed to replace. Classic bait and switch; don't use this feature, it's a trick. This is why the store "Dicks."

What we do is ask them what we can help them find. Especially when they are quickly walking around trying to find what they came in to get so as not to keep the employees too long past closing time. When I pointed out that they could get us out faster if they helped us find what we came in to get instead of standing at the register being mad that we were even there. What I got was major attitude and total disrespect from the young man, he proceeded to sass me and tell me I never asked for help and maybe if I did he would. At which point I admit I was 1st shocked and then I got mad. I will never shop at that store again. Not that far to go to Shakopee where the staff is helpful and well trained in customer service.
