I really enjoyed my food and would come back when in town. The food came quick, it wasn't super busy.

First time to Morristown and my wife and I decided to try this place. I'm so glad we did! I got the Carolina Pork Pile and she the Creamy Cheesy Mexicali. Both are Amazing!!! They have a TN brewed IPA which is good too. Staff was super friendly and on the younger side. Love it !!!!

We stopped in here on our way through town and ordered lunch to go. This place is a gem! Everything we ordered tasted fresh and delightfully homemade. I had the Chicken Avocado sandwich as a wrap, with a side of Dill Potato Salad, both were flavorful and tasty! My husband ordered the Hillbilly Panini with a side of house Chips, he raved about the savory flavors and scarfed it down. My daughter had the Garlic Herb Panini, she said it was scrumptious and cheesy. For dessert we had the Gluten Free Chocolate Cake (Flourless Chocolate Cake), the Birthday Cake, and the Cheesecake Parfait and shared bites of everything. Yummy!!!! If you're looking for some healthy, fresh, made-to-order food look no further than Redbud Deli!

The food was fresh and tasty. The ladies at the front who took my order were friendly. The food came out very quickly and everything was a good temperature. The inside isn't my style but it's fairly cute.

They have a cooler where you can purchase items to go.

Ok, I am somewhat of a snob when it comes to restaurants. I want to be seated, look at a menu and give my order to a server. Hey, don't judge, I said I was a snob. Well, I said all that to say this- I will waive that snobbish behavior any time for this restaurant. It was AWESOME and my hubs and I will definitely be back! So many delicious menu items to choose from and we want to try EVERY SINGLE one of them!! Today we chose a cup of the tomato and smoked Gouda bisque with a pumpkin muffin. I would have probably been happy with that and just that but I wasn't expecting the "cup" of soup to be a bowl! We split the Creamy Cheesy Mexicali which was a bowl full of deliciousness with such a blend of flavors and textures. It starts with grits and they're topped with black beans, pork, red bell peppers, green onions and creamy cheese with Mexican spices blended in all of it. It was fantastic and a large portion too. The service was great and everyone was helpful and friendly. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed EVERYTHING about our lunch and experience at Redbud. We didn't get any of the cakes because we were way too stuffed. But next time...

A stellar find! Clean and great food. Our favorites were the the two yelp standouts, Cheesy Mexican-Cali and Carolina Pork Pile. The loaded potatoes that can be loaded fries too. New favorite spot in Morristown! Kids grilled cheese snd Panini were dry not faves of ours.

Redbud has been my two sons and my favorite lunch spot for years. It's always been consistent in cleanliness, friendliness, quality and value. Those can be hard things to stick to after several years in the restaurant business--especially when you have seasonal menus that change several times a year! Today, my son stuck with his favorite--kids Mac and cheese meal with gold fish--while I tried the chutney power bowl. It had lettuce, cranberry chutney, grains, carrots, broccoli, sweet potatoes, avocado and dressing. The flavors were pretty good. My only critiques are 1) there was an over powering flavor (I think the chutney) that while it wasn't bad, it stood out above the other flavors...if it were me, I'd keep that flavor and take out one of the other ingredients to make it less "busy" like the mashed avocado. 2) the bowl was drowned in the dressing to where it wasn't as pleasant to eat but I consider most of this to be my fault since I usually ask for dressings on the side but I completely forgot this time. Other than those comments, it was still the same great restaurant with smiling faces and a nice festive atmosphere now that they are decorated for the holidays. Can't wait until our next visit!

Had the Mojo pork on ciabatta and it was excellent. Tender and very flavorful. The chips were great too. Will definitely be back.

There is plenty of parking with spaces adjacent to the building as well as across a traffic lane. There are handicapped spaces near the front door. There is a step up to the door but there is also a ramp by the handicapped spaces. The interior is bright a clean. The ordering counter is directly in front and a deli case is to the left. The menu is above the counter on the rear wall. The specific bagels available are on a chalkboard on the left wall. Seating consists of a few tables. We decided on our breakfast bagel sandwiches from the menu. We also ordered a few bagels from the available choices to take with us. The bagels were pulled as we ordered them. We waited maybe 10 minutes for our breakfast bagels to be made. Be aware the "extras" for breakfast sandwiches include things like lettuce, tomato, and onion and are all extra cost. Both sandwiches were quite filling. They were freshly made and the bagels were very good. They had the right amount of crunch with a wonderful soft interior. the specialty bagels we ordered were all quite good and are excellent examples of how bagels should be made. TN Bagels is a good place to satisfy your bagel craving, and they offer decent breakfast and lunch options as well.

I could've got a T-bone steak a bag of frozen fries and made my own gallon of iced tea for $30 and had enough food to be full. There were two of us ladies, we had never been there before everyone else in front of us the menu was explained. But not us. We both wanted brisket, but a misunderstanding we received two of the driest burgers I've ever seen. My friend could hardly swallow it. She had to have a refill on the tea, due how dry it was, her opinion it was so dry. The buns were cracked dry to boot. Eating a boot may have tasted better. Her burger had a gob pimento cheese all in one side and inch thick ice cold and disgusting with a dry bun and a dry burger. It was like eating cement. We also noticed the restaurant was full of people and they had good meals and for $30. I expect something edible. It was not good. I don't even want to describe my food. I wrapped it up put it in my purse to take it home to show my husband just how bad it was. We were extremely disappointed because we were at Smokies in Dandridge when they were at the Square and it was very good but this one whether it's the same people I wouldn't go back too expensive for what you get. I left hungry that's I even left a tip and I am just appalled. By the way we are treated by the food. We were served felt like we were singled out too old ladies trying to have a nice lunch would recommend it. Family three were eating their meals. It looked delicious. We did not get delicious food. we did not get any sides. When I read the menu, I swore that the little piggy and the cow sandwich that came with the side for like $11 but for the price we paid I was just mighty unhappy that the food was in edible buns cracked and dry not dry like they grill them dry but old dry stale on top of that with a burger, and an inch of pimento cheese ice cold it was nasty. The tables were sticky, but they were busy. I could overlook everything. It was hotter than blazes outside. It was just as hot on the inside. So we definitely didn't wanna ever go back and we definitely won't be recommending it to any of our friends. In fact we're telling them what happened and we have pictures.
