Reached out to Reddi to have some long overdue plumbing work diagnosed and fixed. Had initial called for 2 specific issues: garbage disposal issues and a leaking bathroom room sink. The technician James Michaud diagnosed and resolved all of those issues quickly and took the time to explain root cause. Disposal needed to be replaced (rusted blades) and bathroom sink needed a new drain assembly line. He even went above and beyond to beyond to diagnose a low water pressure issue I've been having for years that I assumed was due to old plumbing (it was actually a clogged faucet screen that needed a separate heavy duty vinegar soak). When he left, I noticed he tightened a loose cabinet hinge in the same bathroom he did the repair. Pricing was reasonable and work took maybe 1.5 hrs tops. Will definitely use them again for other plumbing jobs and request James specifically! read more

We love Reddi Service for both plumbing and a/c and have been using them for years. They are always extremely efficient, fair, and get the job done right. We always feel like we are never told to have something done that isn't necessary. They make recommendations with estimates and then leave it up to us. There is never any pressure. We renew our service agreement every year as well, which saves us a bundle. We just had Mattox out to our home to replace two bathroom faucets and shut off valves and a complete shower set last week, and then back again this week for another bathroom drain stopper and to do our AC spring service. We live in an old 1955 ranch home that has lots of issues. Matt went above and beyond to get the jobs done and make sure they were perfect. I'm pretty ocd and he made sure that I was completely happy with the work done, by the time he left both days. We have had some pretty poor experiences with AC and plumbing companies in the past. I recently suffered a slow hot water heater leak in my garage, from a 19 year old hot water heater. As a result, my finished basement took on water through the ceiling and wall below. When I first discovered the moist carpet, I hadn't a clue as to the origin. He was so sweet and patient, taking his time to help locate the origin of the leak. We came to discover that it was the hot water heater. Kevin quickly turned off the power to the heater and commenced draining the 50 gallon tank to limit further to damage to my home. I decided on a Bradford White water heater and Kevin made sure to pick up the model that I wanted on Saturday and by noon, he was back at my house installing the heater. Kevin was very professional and caring. He did a beautiful installation and helped me move items in the garage that allowed access to the area. Had a leak from under my toilet that my backyard contractor couldn't fix. I decided to buy a new toilet at the local supply store, then called Reddi Services and they scheduled someone to come out quickly according to my schedule to install the new toilet. Pepe arrived on time and did a very professional job replacing the toilet. He found that the new toilet should have a double wax ring to seal better, so he added it on his own at no extra charge.
