Once again Reddi Services has exceeded my expectations. Our AC stopped cooling the house on Saturday 8/27/2022. Made the call to Reddi Services to see what they could do. They scheduled me for a visit on Sunday 8/28/2022 and Chris Groth had come out and checked my system outside and in the attic. He seemed to have found that the motor for the blower unit is not working. Because it was Sunday he advised me that he wouldn't be able to get the part until possibly Monday. Setting the expectation and that was appreciated. He was able to get the part Monday evening and had come out with Jason on Tuesday. Again, like the first time with another Chris, communication was on-point and notifications were awesome! Chris Groth and Jason showed up and had a heck of a time replacing the motor because rust. They had done so and realized that Carrier had given them the wrong motor. They had to go back to Carrier to get the right one and they advised me that they would be back within an hour. Sure enough they were back but I had to go to work so I left them to deal with my father-in-law. Chris advised me that all was good and also recommended a better air filters with a Merv 8 as the one's I had are Merv 13 and he said they restrict airflow and they're not a good quality. He mentioned and provided me the ones he personally uses. Needless to say I'm extremely satisfied with the work they've done and all the information they have provided. So insightful as usual. Please give Chris Groth and Jason my upmost gratitude. My family and I are finally back in our home. He also advised me in the Disconnect outside and provided me a quote to make that better. We have had a slow kitchen drain since we bought this house two years ago. However, it got substantially worse recently, and tried to play plumber ourselves by renting a snake. We were happy for about 3 hours as it seemed to fix the problem. But later that same day, we had standing water that was going NOWHERE. Having never called a plumber before, I was admittedly nervous and had no idea what to expect in terms of cost or service. About an hour after we initially called, we received a call back that a tech would be out within 30-40 minutes. AND HE WAS. He started at the problem where we started, under the sink, but realizing this clog wasn't messing around, Ben determined he would have to try from the vent in the roof. Mind you, this is about noon in late June in Phoenix, so it was already nearing 110 degrees with substantial humidity. He got up there and worked at the problem for a while, came down to check his progress, then went back up. Within five minutes of him going back up there, WHOOSH! The standing water was flowing through the drain. Once he got through the funk, we could actually hear the snake working its way through the other side of the house. It's not even 1pm yet, and he left about 30 minutes ago. Ben was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable and one HELL of a clog buster!! The price was reasonable to restore the use of our kitchen sink, and we also got a gallon of the Reddi Clear to help keep the problem from returning. Ben isn't just a plumber, he's a plumbing hero!! Based on the professionalism and service we experienced, we will ABSOLUTELY be having them back, should we ever need such services again. Re: Brent Sanderson 8/26/22 We want to compliment the work of Brent Sanderson with Reddi Services. We had a whole house plumbing problem where everything was backing up into the showers and tub. We had called our home warranty company but the person they sent out was unable to help because we didn't know where our clean out lines were buried in the yard and they were not certified to get up on the roof. So...we called Reddi Services for the second time this week. They have really come to our rescue! Brent Sanderson arrived and said - sure we can get up on the roof but I think it would be much better if we could find your clean out lines that go from the house to the sewer. We investigated the logical spots based on where our neighbors clean outs were located. We could not find them. He dug around the possible bushes where we thought it would be but to no avail. Then he put his line into the clean out location on the side of the house. He sent his line through and it reached a stopping point. Miraculously, he could hear a tapping sound and sure enough, he had found the clean out valve underground! It was buried about 6" under the dirt outside a bedroom window...in a totally different location than any other home on our block. He dug it out and found the other line a foot or two away. His perseverance really saved us! He cleaned out the line from the tree roots that had encroached into the line in a couple of spots. He saved the day! He also resealed the toilet in the house that had been the initial point of leakage. We can't thank him enough! His professionalism, care, and perseverance were unmatched! Thank you so much... Our AC stopped working last night at about 1 am due to the monsoon. I called 3 other companies first as they popped up on google, 2 did not answer the phone and one did. Around the time the tech was supposed to show up I found out they had to cancel cause their truck broke down. I called Reddi Services and they told me I would be bummed up to the top of the list due to our emergency. About an hour later there was a tech at my home. He was courteous and fixed the issue right away. He did not try to sell me anything, just replaced the broken component and answered all of my questions. He could have tried to sell me a new system as mine is 14 years old but told me all I needed was the blower motor and even had the component with him. The whole process took about an hour. He did tell me while my system should be replaced due to the age and lack of efficiency there is a good chance I can still get another summer or two out of it. There was no pressure to replace the system like some places will do, he just wanted us to have a cool home and to not have us spend more than needed. While I do agree with him that the system needs to be replaced however, I would rather not spend a few thousand dollars at this time and will hold a few more years if I am able to do so. All in all I am very satisfied with the service that was provided to my family and I and would recommend Reddi Services to anyone. This is my 1st ever review that I will have posted. As a service manager of a High-line dealership in Peroria Az., I have had many needs for plumming and other waste diposal services including sump wells being cleaned. I have used Reddie Services many times for these and other. It was an emergency call to Reddie that was taken care of from 1st contact to repair completion in a 24hr turnaround that made me feel compleled to write this review. An internal wall plumming leak in our Mens Room had finaly leaked to an external veiw. I called Reddie and with-in 2hrs Ben Aguilar showed up. Ben disassembled my wall, gave me a daignosis and fair estimate. He then reassemble my wall and gave me time to get a second opinion. My effort to have anyone else even acknowledge my emergency or make an appointment to come out for an inspection, cost me more time than just letting Ben fix it while he was here in the 1st place. Reddie services does not cosmetically refinish after repairs are performed and that was understood when I said "come fix it". Ben was out the next morning (at a time I chose), cut out the tile and drywall to access & repair a 2" water supply line inside the wall. When he was done, he cleaned the work area up very nicely. He managed to not ruin/break the removed tile and set back into place for it to be cosmetically put back properly at a later date. Great Job Ben. read more

I am more than skeptical with hiring any type of contractor. It seems most contractors these days do care about the quality of work they do or the condition they leave my home. As such, I do as much as I can myself so I know it is done 100% correctly. BUT..... I encountered a plumbing job to cap of drains, water supply pipes, remove and relocate the drains for a shower project. With hesitancy I called Reddi Services. Gerald showed up on time (a rare trait nowadays) and explained to me what he was going to do and why. He did the work quickly, efficiently and with no interruption to me. When he had finished he showed me what was done, how the new water supply and diverter would be working in the shower and where the new linear drain would be located. I had no cleanup to deal with, no concerns or questions on the quality and will never hire a different plumbing provider EVER should I need one. Did I say EVER? I mean never ever. I hired George Brazil once to remove my old water heater and install the new one I had purchased (both electric). Being charged $600 for that job make me decide to never call them again and leery about all other plumbers. Reddi Services has given me hope that truly skilled professional services at reasonable prices still exist. Forget the other guys who are all over television.....call Reddi Services. read more

Jorge Prieto-Moran is an absolute God-send. We had called Parker & Sons due to their advertisements pretty much everywhere, and they took 5 minutes to look at the drain and quoted us $1200 saying the pipe from the kitchen to the wall was broken and they needed to rip out the wall and replace the pipe. The problem with this, is I'm not a fool and already snaked out the line and accessed the pipe from outside the house in the cleaning line. The water was going through the pipe just fine and was backing up once it went down below ground, NOT in the pipe they wanted to replace. Needless to say, we sent them packing and went with the company referred to us by a friend - Reddi Services. Best.Decision.Ever! Jorge came out and within a minute, he came to the same conclusion I had and began to snake out the line with his gear. 10 minutes later, the water is flowing clear and clean and no more backing up into the house! $120 is MUCH better than $1200!!! Jorge was extremely professional and an expert at his job. He gave us some quick tips and advice to avoid future problems and even on how to repair the damage the last guy caused when he took apart the sink. I will gladly call these guys again if I ever need plumbing help again! read more

Reddi Services is awesome! My husband was out of town and my washer drain would not drain. It was Friday, I thought I would do my husband a favor and get it fixed so he didn't have to spend his Saturday messing around with it. I called Reddi Services on my way to work in the morning just to ask a few questions; estimated cost, scheduling time frames etc. Next thing I knew I had an appointment for them to come out same day as late as 5:00 so I did not need to take time of work. No 2-4 hour window! I told them I needed 20 minutes to get home. At 4:30 Reddi called to say the Tech was about 30 mins away followed by a text with my Tech's name, short bio AND his picture. I immediately felt comfortable. Bryant explained the options and pricing clearly, so I felt I could make the right decision. I was pleased with the pricing and with a 50 yr old home; we've done this many times over the years. Bryant got to work and cleared the roof drain. He also snaked my sink drain as a courtesy so everything was draining the way it should. Bryant had me run water from my washer just to be sure it was all good to go. Matt Mattox is my hero! During a powerful storm this past Sunday, our air conditioning suddenly began making a loud grinding noise and within minutes stopped blowing out cold air. I'm at a complete loss in this type of situation and began to despair after two sleepless 90 degree nights. I was fortunate that ReddiServices was highly recommended by my manager and when I called them, the Customer Service Rep was very accommodating in scheduling my service appointment so I wouldn't miss work. Matt showed up right on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. During the storm somehow a fan blade came off in my AC unit and got jammed into the motor causing it to burn out. I was very anxious about what was to come next, but Matt calmly explained what needed to be done and an estimate of the costs. The final cost was right on and I also purchased a very reasonable maintenance plan that includes a free hot water heater flush, so it's already paid for itself! Matt was professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. We discussed some other plumbing issues in my home and what a relief knowing that I can depend on Matt for these future projects! read more

Benjamin Aguilar is great! I had Roto Rooter come out for a free estimate on my garbage disposal the day before. The plumber there flipped the switch, heard it hum and told me that it was too broken to fix. The standard way to fix a garbage disposal is to put an allen wrench in the bottom and turn it. The guy from Roto Rooter said that it would likely make the whole thing explode but would do it for me if I really wanted him to, but that he didn't feel good about doing it because I was likely to get injured. He quoted me at $550 but said he'd give me his personal number to do the job on the side. I got sketchy vibes from this guy and so I had Reddi come out. They were quick to get ahold of, called me to let me know Ben was on the way, had a service that I could track Ben's location to know how near my house he was. Ben was able to fix my garbage disposal for $80. I don't know if that's a reasonable price. He said if he couldn't fix it, then I would owe nothing. I was glad I had Ben come out because I felt that Roto Rooter was just trying to scam me. Ben was really authentic, genuine, and great at his job. read more

On 8-3-18, I called Reddi Services as I had a serious leak coming from the main water supply to my residence. This leak was outside the City of Phoenix meter box, making the repairs my responsibility. I requested an inspection and estimate to correct the problem. Within an hour, the Reddi technician, Jorge Prieto-Moran, arrived, inspected the leak and offered his findings. He gave his recommendation and answered my questions in an extremely professional manner. He was very patient with the many questions that I had. He completed the repairs, and before covering his work, asked me to inspect it for my approval. He also took the time to discuss future options if problems were to occur with any plumbing problems. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the work he performed prior to and after the work he did in resolving my plumbing problem. I felt that he was very professional, responsible, and his honesty up front illustrated his integrity and definitely gained my respect and trust. We have been using Reddi Services for many years. We don't trust just anyone to come to our house and fix our air conditioning or plumbing. We have used Reddi for both and would highly recommend them to anyone. Our family members use Reddi Services and whenever friends mention they need service we tell them who to call. Most recently, last week when it was hot and humid our blower motor on our air conditioner was not functioning. We called Reddi Services at 2:30 PM to request a technician come to the house. By 3:00 PM the dispatcher had already called us back to tell us a technician would be there within the half hour. Chris Groth arrived to fix our air conditioner. We were pleased to see him as he has been to our house before and he is very professional and knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain the problems and the repair. He also makes sure that everything is working properly before he leaves. He is a master technician for our house and we will request him for any of our future calls. Great, smart plumbing service at a fair price. We were having a slow toilet issue. Even after snaking and removing the toilet, the flush was slow and a had lost its previous strong, full flush. Matt H. came over and, after I explained the issue to him, put on his thinking cap and came up with a solution. He figured that it was the 'jet hole' in the toilet that became clogged with years of calcium buildup due to our hard water here in PHX. Sure enough, he reamed it with a brush several times and voila! the flush was once again strong. He recommended a solution to break away even more calcium. Thanks to Matt H.'s diagnosis, we were able to avert installing a new toilet. Instead, we're now focused on proper maintenance. And, oh yeah, we have a functioning toilet once again. We have received service like this from Reddi Services for years now. They value a good relationship with customers. I don't ever feel like I'm nickle-and-dimed by this company. I called Reddi Services on Friday afternoon for a second opinion about a leak under my kitchen sink, and to get a second quote for the installation of a new faucet that I would supply. I was amazed that a tech was sent out within a short amount of time the same day at absolutely no charge! There were no strings attached; no service call fee, no hidden charges, no catch. Service Specialist, Benjamin Aguilar, was personable and professional. He answered my questions, and gave me a significantly less expensive quote for installing the kitchen faucet with the same labor warrantee as the first quote I received from a competitor company. While Ben was at my home, I also inquired about a needed new hot water heater, and he was once again very knowledgable and professional. I am really impressed with the professionalism of Reddi Services, and their prompt service. The gentleman that answered the phone (Ken) shared with me that Reddi Services does not charge extra if a customer calls for service on the weekend. I had a complete blockage in 57 year old plumbing with very outdated configuration making it nearly impossible to get to the clog. I had a different company out first. Their technician spent 3 hours, trying very hard, then decided they couldn't fix it without digging up the slab. Reddi Services sent a technician who spent 3 hours, followed by a second technician who spent another 3 hours. They were both terrific, consulting with their supervisor, trying different things. The first technician from Reddi Services was Brent (didn't get his last name). He was pleasant, answered my questions, explained what and why, and worked very hard. The second technician was Ben Aguilar. He was also terrific for the same reasons, and spent another 3 hours working on the problem which he finally solved successfully! I was resigning myself to having to dig up the floor when his sheer determination saved me thousands of dollars! My spouse and I have been using Reddi for about four years and have been exceptionally happy with the service specialist. We had been lucky enough to get the same service man on a number of calls so we thought it would be interesting to meet another service rep. We were certainly not disappointed. Raymond Vasquez was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I had normally done my own work for years but discovered that there really is a reason to have other people take on the responsibility of some of these tasks. I found that after retiring I wasn't as agile as I used to be. Raymond picked up on my problem and was wonderfully polite in taking over the job. Raymond explained where the problem was and was very intuitive in handling a fussy old guy. The repairs to the faucets and plumbing were done expediently did not look like something I could have done without a few expletives. Steven Torres @ Ramone Torres were 2 of the nicest most honest septic repair men we have ever met. We had thought the multiple septic pumping companies we had used over the years were doing a good job, but when steven first came to our home due to an issue with the septic, he let us know that the previous pumping providers had not properly pumped our tank and now there was nasty build up and water pooling where it should not have been. Steven gave us the bad news, very nicely though that the septic still may be having some very costly issues but sent their Septic expert Ramone Torres to evaluate the tank. Ramone delivered the best news I've heard in a long time! He did not feel that we needed to replace the tank or tie into the city sewer, and that we should get a few more years before we might have to start thinking about doing those expensive repairs. I had an emergency plumbing situation come up and called a few companies. One company came and quoted me a price to snake the toilet and then another price to replace the wax ring. The quote was over $650 - even I know how outlandish that is, taking a few bolts off a toilet and replacing a ring is not difficult. Frank Mata from Reddi Services showed up and discovered that the toilet didn't need snaking and there was no need to replace the ring. He went to the outside of the building and did a procedure that cost me $119 and solved the problem. This company is my new "go to" for any plumbing issues. It is wonderful to work with people who solve problems without doing unnecessary procedures. I also liked that the man who answered the phone was very personable and told me that there would be no charge if they didn't do any work and that took the pressure off as well. They arrived within 2 hours of my call and even had someone call me to give me an idea about arrival time. Very appreciated. I would recommend to anyone. read more
