Hygienist attempted to use Cavitron, and again I told her no. She told me she can't do manual cleaning in future appointments because it hurts her hands. Hygienist stated that I needed a new cap. I never saw the dentist while I was there. At other dental offices, the dentist looks in my mouth after the hygienist is done. I decided to go for a second opinion because of this. When I called and asked for a copy of my X-rays, I was told I could have for $45.00!!! Secondly, they asked me if I wanted a oral cancer screening for $150.00. In other dental offices, the hygienist checks under the tongue and pulls out and checks inside my cheeks ( included in price, not this office) Profit over patients, how sad.

After having traumatic experiences with dentists in the past, I let a number of years go by before seeing a dentist. His staff was very welcoming, warm and friendly. When I was calling to make my appointments my calls were met by compassionate and friendly receptionists. His dental hygienist Michelle is awesome, thorough, detail oriented and really gets my mouth super clean. Dr Cingel himself is straight up AWESOME! Not only did he help me get my mouth back into shape, he also did an incredible job fixing a cosmetic issue on my front tooth making it look better than it ever looked before. For the first time in years, I smile with my teeth showing. I love Dr Cingel so much, I made it a family affair and he now also treats my son. This is the worst dental practice I have ever been to. It's all about money, money, money here…read more I paid over $1,500 for 2 simple fillings, and that's after many preliminary visits for the same 2 fillings. When I balked about the high cost, the dentist actually said that I had to pay for "chair time"! WTF?? The final straw came when I suggested having a small, removable partial made for a lower missing tooth. They took impressions, yet never asked me to look at the color of the tooth replacement for my approval. Sure enough, when I returned to have the partial fitted, not only did it not fit properly at all, but the color was way off! This partial was to cost me another $3,500, but I refused to accept it after the bungling dentist here could not get it to fit me. I also asked why they had never conferred with me about the color. After muttering amongst themselves for awhile in the back, the front desk woman came back and said "We'll call you"...which was their snarky way of telling me that unless I accepted this $ub-quality dental appliance, they don't want me as a patient anymore. So, I'm out $1,500 and need to find a new dentist just to fix the botched-up mess they made in my mouth. Keep your mouth and your wallet shut tight and look for a different dental practice than this scam outfit.

I have found my new dentist!…read more Full disclosure: I have an irrational fear of the dentist and my last dental visit was over 10 years ago. A few weeks ago I visited a dentist and was told I needed a number of things done - 11 cavities, 1 crown, a night guard (even though I told this dentist that I didn't grind my teeth, nor did I preference one side while chewing), as well as a deep gum cleaning. The total charge out of pocket was going to be 4k after my insurance. I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Gasperini. Dr. Gasperini was so kind and gentle and explained everything that he was going to do before doing it. I never had any of those awkward moments where my mouth was left open needlessly. Very aware of the comfort level of his patients. In the end, Dr. Gasperini told me I needed only one filling! Only one filling! I trust this doctor completely, and have found my new dentist. Thanks, Dr. Gasperini. Oh and PS, his office is nicer than my house.

He listened to my wife in great detail, she is experiencing severe facial pain and has not found relief from several other doctors. He has followed up with her to check on her well being and the effects of his care. We trust Dr. Zeines to help my wife as much as any dentist can.
