I visited Redeemer Pizza last night last night and was very impressed! Indoors is super cute and quaint. You can sit at the bar and order whole pizza or slices. There is also sit-down tables - you can only order whole pizza there! They also have a back patio in the summer. The staff if super sweet and friendly. Everyone I interacted with made my evening great! When you go you definitely have to order the garlic knots! They aren't the normal twist garlic knots that we are used to - they have the cheese on the inside! the flavor is insane! They give you a honey chili sauce to dip in and i think it's one of the best sauce I've ever had. The ranch is also DELICIOUS! We ordered the standard and winter squash pizzas and every bite was delicious! They are 16 inches and 8 slices each! They do not have parking, but there is plenty of street parking available in the RiNo neighborhood. They are open until 10pm normally but midnight on weekends. I had the special for the day which was the sausage; basil, mozzarella, and chili crisp! The chili crisp was slightly sweet and it was so good Going in at lunch, you go into the back patio to order. An extra minute in the oven would give a crispier exterior and personally that'd bring it from an 8 to a 10. But truly, that's me nitpicking and it ain't my business after all! But hold up. They have some INSANE garlic knots. Now here's another thing people will freak out about. However, authenticity doesn't mean anything, FLAVOR means everything. These don't look like the traditional garlic knots of yesteryear. The cheese is on the inside, the knots resemble a rice ball aesthetically, and the dipping sauce is hot honey. FTW, how high were they when they created these? These are 10/10 in my oh so humble opinion. These cats are popular. During the few times I've been here, I've missed out on a few of their daily slices. And dammit, the daily slices sound SO good. Located in the alleyway, the signage and graffiti immediately drew my attention, and I had to find out more about these slices around back. We also ordered garlic knots. The garlic knots were good, and definitely different. They are a fried ball filled with cheese, which is different than the twisted dough covered in butter/garlic.
