The chiropractor I see does good service and pretty organized but during this pandemic they need to have stricter guidelines. On several occassions I have come to my appointment and the waiting area is crowded nonsocial distancing, no mask requirement since many don't wear them. At my last appointment 4 people were not wearing a mask, receptiknist said nothing and neither did the medical providers that saw them in reception. Doesn't feel like the safest place I'm thinking about switching providers. BEWARE! MASKS ARE NOT ENFORCED! read more

My chiro is Dr. Hirpara, and he's the best! I pay him a visit when my backs killing me, and also when I am perfectly fine. When I'm in bad shape, he fixes me up. When I'm fine, I go just to keep my back in check. After you visit the chiro, he usually sends you to the back for the recommended therapy. They accept insurance. They also offer massage and acupuncture. I've been for a massage before, I didn't like it much unfortunately. I really want to do acupuncture, but, I'm not fond of needles. read more

I am so glad I found a chiropractor that opens on Sundays and takes same day appointments. Unfortunately my insurance was not accepted, but I'm in pain and don't care. My office visit was $90. The secretary who made my appointment and dealt with my paper work provided me with excellent customer service. Th chiropractor himself was awesome. I believe his name was Dr Cole. Really good doctor. He checked my pain spots out, asked me some questions and he did the adjustments needed. After my adjustments I also got a 10 minute therapy. Look no further. This needs to be your chiropractic office of choice! Love, love, love Dr. King. He is a miracle worker! Here is my whole experience. I went elsewhere to a walk in maintenance chiropractor in town and it was a joke. Worst experience I've ever had. I didn't have chiropractor insurance so I thought I wouldn't be able to afford anyone else. I was wrong. Redlands Chiropractic was affordable and convenient. I was able to get in same day which...trust me I needed! I couldn't walk. Upon arrival, I wasn't too impressed. The front desk girls didn't seem to really care if I was there and were there just to do their job. No big deal. They weren't mean, just not very welcoming. I think they assumed everyone had been there before and were just yelling out room numbers to go to. I'd never been there so was very confused. And they seemed a bit too busy to really care. After they walked me to the room, Dr king came into the room within a couple of minutes and I was instantly impressed. You could tell he actually cares and was concerned at my amount of pain. He saw me walk and how I moved and said, "I don't plan on putting you through grueling tests as I see how much pain you are in. Can you point to what hurts." This was music to my ears as the walk in clinic made me do so many more tests that made my pain worse. Dr King was able to pinpoint my pain within a few minutes. He explained the whole process to me and even gave me options for relief. He was able to manually manipulate me and then Suggested I hook up to a machine that he had at the office that sends ultrasound waves. I was able to walk the next day. I visited two more times and honestly, probably didn't need to the third but wanted a clearance from him to resume life as normal. I loved that he didn't say keep coming back every week as many doctors do to get money. I highly highly recommend Dr King in particular. Professional and friendly. I will be back! I was scheduled for a 15 minutes cupping and was sent back and forth between two buildings to turn me away and reschedule my appointment. That process took about half an hour when the visit itself should've not taken longer than 15 minutes. No big deal, mistakes happen so I rescheduled the appointment for another date. Half an hour before my appointment I received a phone call to rush to the office so I can fill in some paperwork and that would take time. I had half an hour between my phone call and my appointment during rush hours. When I got to the office, the line began to format and instead of honoring the line system, people were allowed to cut through the line and the service was rude. When I explained I received a phone call rushing me to be in the office, I still had to wait and was met with unpleasant service. Customer service deteriorated and it seemed I was getting the run around due to the lack of experience and knowledge. read more

Until one day he became one of the supervisors and stopped giving treatment. Then I've heard that he's back on schedule at Redlands Chiropractic so I went to see him. I was very excited to get treated by him again. He's personable and caring . Saying he's Simply the best is an understatement. Also, the place offers 2 additional therapy like a massage and or an ultrasound to the services they offered which I think is a plus. The price is so worth it. I only recommend one chiropractor and one only... well his office but I trust his judgment when hiring Drs. Having EDS I pop out a lot. And I don't always pop back in. For that I need Dr Jeff. He helped me with learning about Eds and pointing me in the right direction to getting diagnosed. I admit I've gone to other Chirocractic places and I regret it every time. He was very attentive, and made sure that I received the proper treatment. I also needed some xrays, and he made sure to explain them thoroughly. This place is a joke... what is the point in having an appointment when they have you wait for over an hour just bcuz they forgot to write ur name on the list.. and this happen 2 times out of 3.
