Even if I put aside the shocking price increase for a battery replacement, the fact that the customer service was so poor and definitely could have been better is the main reason for this unfavorable post. He said that the ring would fit fine in a couple of days. I returned a few weeks later and said that the ring was still too tight. The woman measured the ring and said that it was size 8-1/4. I told them that it was supposed to have been 8-1/2. I had already paid $90 to get the ring re-sized and he said that it would cost me another $65 for him to make it the size that he was already paid for! I disagreed and he just kept repeating, "If you want me to fix it you will have to pay!" I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS FIRST.
