However, once the service was done I noticed this crack in my windshield. When I asked the lady that worked there what happened she said it was already there. NEGATIVE! I told them when we went over the imperfections there was no crack or else it would've been stated. The crack is extremely noticeable and wasn't there prior. They "checked the cameras" and couldn't prove it was there before. I spoke to the owner who said he would get back to me as soon as possible to resolve this issue, it's been 2 weeks and no response still. I get accidents happen but unfortunately, the owner never followed up with me. I expected better communication and accountability, especially after damage was caused to my vehicle while it was in their care. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a business handles them afterward. In this situation, I felt completely ignored and left to deal with the damage on my own. I would strongly recommend considering other options if you're looking for a shop that stands behind its work and takes responsibility when something goes wrong UPDATE: it looks like the windshield was previously cracked & we did not know. The finished tint looks great, and the front windows are dark enough for the privacy I wanted without going overboard. While I was there, Steve also repaired some curb rash on one of my wheels. He kept me updated throughout the process and I picked up the car today and it looks gorgeous. Am really pleased with the results, and also with the follow-up. Am bringing the car back in two weeks for a first wash and (in the unlikely event) touchup, if necessary.
