This was my second visit, and I forgot to leave a review last time. I had a **static noise** coming from one speaker, while the other wasn't working. Other places just quoted me for a **speaker replacement**, assuming that was the issue. **Shelby's actually diagnosed the static noise problem** instead of just replacing the speaker. They **fixed the static issue** along with replacing the blown speaker. On this visit, I got my **factory stereo replaced** with a new unit featuring **Apple CarPlay**, and I'm happy with the purchase and installation. It's **wired CarPlay**, but the installer suggested getting a **wireless dongle** from Amazon for added convenience. They also **connected my existing aftermarket backup camera**, which was installed on the rearview mirror elsewhere. I bought a used Tesla Model 3. I love the car but I found it annoying to glance at the center screen for information. I bought a Hansshow HUD after doing a lot of research for HUD options. Videos on YouTube lead you to believe you can do it yourself. No Way. I am handy but my time is valuable and I would rather leave it to a skilled installer. I spoke to Shelby and he said they can install the HUD. Jose did a fantastic job installing the display. So happy to have an Instrument Cluster, Apple CarPlay and Navigation in line of sight. Took my 2016 Jeep Wrangler in to correct an amateur stereo system installation and replace amp subwoofer. Tech ended up rewiring entire system correctly and added a rear camera mount in the middle of back spare tire. Took it in on a Friday and was ready Sat evening. They stayed open late to get it done by promised day. Stereo sounds AMAZING. Price was a little more than I expected, but considering the results, I could not be happier and feel itwas well worth it. I'v been bragging about my new car system designed and installed by Shelby's car stereo. My other half is a Church musician who's taken the brunt of all this. Today we pared his phone to the radio, and then he said to me "I have something that has distorted every stereo I've ever played it on; You say this is so good, let's try this!" My car locks weren't working and I had Shelby take a look at it. Given the world situation, we understand that having the parts being sent for repair may take a while but these guys are very honest with estimates. They will not scam you or give any hidden fee and they value customer service, they won't settle for less for easy convenience. They're very responsive and update you. My car is just as how I first got it and they do amazing service. Of course while waiting, we also got my radio updated when we came back because it was getting old and outdated since it didn't have a GPS. Shelby knew just what the car specifically needed. Came in a couple weeks ago, with my 2010 Ford Escape. I wanted a new stereo and a reverse camera. Everything was great, until yesterday when the screen would show up black when I would reverse. I wasn't sure what was going on. Came in today and saw Tony who took care of everything and got it really done really fast. Originally going to get everything installed I didn't feel any pressure to upgrade or buy anything extra. I just knew I kind of didn't want crap.
