Absolutely terrible service. We called at 10:00 a.m. and by 12:10 p.m. nobody had shown up or even bothered to call with an update. When we called them, they first lied and claimed the tow truck had already come. Then they changed the story and told us to "give them another 20 minutes." Completely unprofessional and dishonest. If you can't provide basic communication or accurate information, you shouldn't be running a towing business. They are also charging $173.25 for a basic tow. Terrible terrible!! I contacted them around 6pm I was stuck on 95th right across from the redline at the McDonald's that's closed down my car was not drivable, the towing company isn't far from here. He didn't arrive until 11pm. But every hour that went by they sent a message saying 25mins left. I was put in a very dangerous situation waiting for them. Gun violence and fights breaking out. If they had been there atleast within an hour til contact I would have made it out without experiencing something so traumatizing. The dispatcher had an attitude on the phone, could care less that I said I've waited over 3hrs. And kept saying oh the driver is 10mins away! Whhhyyy the hheecckkk does it take sooo long to come from freakin 10103 kitty to 95th!! If I could post this review without giving stars I would. We waited 4hrs for a tow at 2a. The original ETA waa 120mins (okay cool). Everytime the tracker got within minutes of us time passed & no one showed i would call & they would say another 40mins, then another 30mins...after the 120min mark My thing is stop being so money hungry if you cant provide quality & sufficient service just say that. I hit a pot hole and slashed the sidewall of my tire and needed a flatbed to tow my car to the shop. Redline was called out from my OnStar roadside assistance and the only good thing was that they did come out relatively quickly. However, that would be the only positive thing that I can say about them. While my car was in transit, the rope holding my car broke and there was damage done to my car. I had reached out to the towing company and spoke with their Manager, Mike. They refused to provide me with insurance information and said that I needed to work with the Driver and his insurance. Once I had told them that I was going to have my insurance reach out to them, they stopped responding. I've sent the Driver messages and he leaves me on read. Now I am stuck with filing a claim under my insurance for something that I had zero involvement with. My insurance found me Redline Towing to tow my car from the scene of the accident to my home since it was after hours, no collision repair center was open. Tariq called to confirm my location and came shortly after. He quickly put my car up onto his truck, and he gave me a ride home. I was pretty shaken up after what happened, he told me a bit about his experiences in the past after an accident which is helpful since it's my first one and I had no clue what I was doing, and he also made small talk. It was a straight shot from the scene to home. When we came back to my lot, I told him which space is mine and where to put the vehicle, he did exactly that. I also paid for the tow through the insurance company's portal, and it ended up being reimbursed back to me. TLDR: Don't work with this company, terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible management, namely an individual named Adrian. They will hangup on you, and call your wife a B**** should they ask questions or have concerns with the service. Now in talks with my insurance company, USAA to do my best to ensure this company never provides their horrendous service to any veteran again... I hope this review spares you an unneeded stressful ordeal. I'm surprised this company has any reviews above a 1 star, but here's my reason for a 1 star review. I requested a tow by my insurance company USAA, for my car that was in the driveway as the battery was dead and I wanted it towed to a shop to have it looked at. Upon the Redline Towing Inc driver showing up, they jump the car and put some air in the tires and tell me its fine to drive. I explain that I don't feel safe driving the car as I know it has issues, and I am requesting a tow in the first place to avoid any accidents or damaging the car. The tow driver refuses, and says as long as the vehicle as running it will be fine to drive. I then call Redline Towing Inc. directly and ask to speak to a mechanic or a manager to see if what the tow driver was saying is true. They go ahead and say that if the car is running its fine to drive. At this point the tow truck driver is gone before I'm even off the phone with their company. Unsurprisingly, the car dies almost immediately after driving it a few feet. To which I then call the company back immediately and explain the situation yet again. I am told "sorry its not our problem, you have to put in another request through your insurance and if we get assigned to you again we will send another truck out, but it will be about 30-40 minutes" So I do... but I ask to speak to someone in a management position to figure out why I was being instructed to drive the car, when I specifically requested a tow. Upon speaking to the manager, or at least who they told me was the manager, Adrian. I ask why he's giving advice to drive cars that are needing tows, and why they're tow drivers refuse to simply do the requested work. Of course Adrian must be in too high of a position to deal with this issue, so he hangs up on me. My wife then tries calling and talking to Adrian, to which he then calls her a B**** and hangs up... With all this being said, I am now speaking with my insurance company to ensure that they never use this company as a service provider again. While I can take the brunt of the horrendous service and just deal with it, I am going to do my best to ensure that USAA never uses this company again, as no veteran should have to deal with this type of anger when in a position seeking genuine help. read more

I don't understand the negative reviews here. I placed a tow truck request through my cars roadside assistance phone (I was told to not put request through insurance as it takes a lot longer) . I probably waited 1.5 hours but that is very understandable considering that there is traffic and they have other customers. The driver who came was professional, knowledgeable, and quick. They towed my car with the flat bed tow truck, which was what my car needed as it's 4wd. He even informed me that the wheel lift truck would damage my cars transmission. They know what they're doing and I would trust them with my car. The location I input into request was the exact location they took my car to. Overall, no complaints besides that I wish I got the number so I could always call the same guy to tow my car if ever need be. read more

A tow that I paid for up front that was $100, turned into $2,000 in fees and my car was never even towed to the location I needed it taken to. So my car was basically taken hostage and the money I paid up front for the tow is unaccounted for.
