Very transparent dealer. I shopped around and they were upfront about all taxes and fees. When I got there, no games and no hidden markups which is always appreciate. Friendly staff and great atmospher.

Hopefully, I can save the next person that attempts to get their vehicle serviced here. Dealing with Josh was a nightmare. I came for an oil change and breaks. He approved work to be done on my car without checking with me first. I was almost charged $890 for breaks & rotors for the front and back. When asking him about it he stated "well u didn't specify which brakes you wanted done". In the system it stated I just had the back replaced in March 2024. He also approved a throttle body cleaning, fuel injection cleaning without my consent. When informing him I will not pay for that since I didn't authorize it he offered me a payment plan with zero interest. The issue wasn't the money. It's the fact that I didn't authorize any work to be done. I then spoke with derrick and was left a voicemail by Dan. I was reassured I wouldn't be charged for the back brakes and rotors and would receive a 20% discount due to me not authorizing it. I asked for my total before getting off the phone and was told they didn't have that info in front of them. I also informed them that I no longer wanted to deal with Josh anymore and he also texted me off his personal number. Upon arrival I was hit with $1,000 bill. Again, I asked what am I being charged for it should have been front breaks, rotors and oil change. After 40 minutes of arguing and being told to lower my voice they finally agreed to not charge me for the work that wasn't authorized. Oh and they didn't even perform the oil change that I requested . ZERO STARS crooked a** dealership. I was told 2 people screwed up here & they had a "coaching lesson" regarding it LOL

A huge shoutout to Wilson Quiñones--he was incredible to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. I also have to mention Megan from the BDC department. Her cute video reminder about my appointment was such a nice, personal touch--it really stood out and made me feel valued even before I walked through the door. And I absolutely love my new 2026 Acura ADX--it's everything I wanted and more! Overall, top-tier customer service and a great team. Highly recommend Napleton Acura to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable car-buying experience!

I purchased a $15,000 used car from Ed Napleton Acura in Elmhurst on July 24. The sales experience…read moreitself started out well. I worked with Danny, who was pleasant to deal with, and we had a reasonable negotiation. Sales manager Chris became involved at the final stage and we agreed on the price. Earlier in the process, I had specifically told Danny that I did not want any additional warranties, protection packages, or services added to a six-year-old used vehicle. He acknowledged that. The one extra they would not remove was approximately $500 for wheel locks, which I was told were standard on used vehicles on their lot. Considering wheel locks can be purchased for a fraction of that price, I wasn't thrilled, but I understood the dealership wanted to make some additional margin and accepted it as part of the deal. My mistake was assuming that, after agreeing on the price and declining additional products, the paperwork would reflect what we had agreed to. Even though I was paying cash, I still had to go through the Finance office to complete the transaction. Only after I got home and reviewed the paperwork carefully did I discover that an additional $375 had been added for "windshield protection" -- something I had not requested and had specifically said I did not want. When I returned the next day to pick up the vehicle, I immediately raised this with Danny and Chris. Both acknowledged the issue and, in fact, told me they didn't know what the charge was for and that they would get me a refund. That was four weeks ago. Despite multiple phone calls and follow-ups, I still have not received the promised $375 refund. The disappointing part is that this was completely avoidable. Danny was pleasant to work with, the negotiation was reasonable, and I was happy with the purchase. But adding a $375 product after I had specifically declined additional services, then acknowledging the problem and promising a refund that still hasn't arrived four weeks later, has completely changed my opinion of the dealership. My advice to anyone buying a vehicle here: carefully review every single line of the final paperwork before you sign or pay, regardless of what you believe was agreed with the salesperson or sales manager. Aug 27 As an update the matter was resolved with the dealership and I did receive a refund.

From finding the right car to making sure every detail was handled perfectly, Joe went above and beyond. He stayed well past his regular hours to ensure everything was executed smoothly. I was only able to arrive after work to pick up my vehicle and his associate Mariela also stayed late to give me a thorough, personalized walkthrough of all the car's amazing features and technology. Their patience, professionalism, and genuine excitement made the delivery feel truly special. I've worked with many dealerships and sales professionals over the years, but Joe consistently stands out. He creates an elevated, personalized experience every single time and makes you feel like a truly valued customer. I couldn't be more thrilled with my beautiful new 840. Big thank you for another exceptional experience! **Original review April 2025: We had the most incredible experience from start to finish... Joe Svoboda ensured a flawless transaction for us on a very special vehicle with stunning red seats! Moreover, he went above and beyond to bring the red bow to our house (on his own time!) to deliver the extra special surprise... He also took the time to answer questions and customize all the options/settings to perfection. I've been a loyal customer for years and have generally had a great experience with the brand, but Joe exceeded each and every expectation. Thank you - we are very grateful!

This review is based solely off of the pricing regarding my experience at Honda on Grand. I needed…read moremy 2017 Civics rear brake pads, rear rotors, and brake fluid flushed/replaced. The total cost was $963.83. This price feels very. $699.03 for parts/labor on brake pads/rotors and $199.95 to replace and flush brake fluid. DOT 3, the fluid used for the braking system, is roughly $12 a bottle and filters are $8. I was charged $199.95 for parts/labor. Flushing the brake lines, refilling it and bleeding them is a simple job and has no business being priced like this. Ridiculous. Brake pads and rotors. Charged $128.60 PER DISK. OEM on Hondas website is $88.58. So that's about a 30% markup. You get the picture. I am being overcharged. Unfortunately, the labor price seems consistent with normal dealership chicanery, albeit still too expensive for the service. A full brake pad and rotor service would make this current labor price make sense; however, it was only the rear of the car. Labor is $230/hr. I would not recommend going here due to pricing. I would like to see at least a third of the cost refunded.

Absolute NIGHTMARE buying experience. False advertising, disrespectful communication,…read moreuntrustworthy, negligent lies about the warranty my car came with. Save yourself and go elsewhere. They advertised a Honda CERTIFIED odyssey, but upon test driving it there was an audible mechanical issue with the brakes (on this so-called certified vehicle) and the car had not been detailed. They agreed to replace the brakes and rotors, so I came back the next day hoping to purchase. They rushed it out of service when I arrived but when I test drove again it now needed an alignment. They agreed to complete the alignment but said they don't do detailing in house, so I just asked that someone wipe away the crayon and spills from the third row. The sales guy assured me this could be done, so we proceeded with the sale. When I finally received the car, no one had even looked in the third row, so I had to clean that out myself, I didn't have time to argue with them because I was already late to pick up my kids from camp. NEGLIGENT Lies: During the sale, the salesman explained the certified car to come with an extended warranty with the drive train covered until 2030 and a bumper to bumper for 2 years. He refused to provide any documentation, saying Finance would give that to me. Finance says no, that's sales. Days later I call Honda Corporate, because I'm not even sure if there really IS a warranty, and they tell me yes, there is but it's the opposite as was explained to me. Only 2 more years on the drivetrain, not the 4 I was sold on. NIGHTMARE and DISRESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION: Within 24 hours of driving it off the lot, I used the defrost briefly and the windshield developed 2 cracks. I reached out to my sales guy and he said "bring it in and we'll take a look at it and resolve it if it's a problem" I asked for more assurances before I drove an hour out there, but he ghosted the rest of my messages. They took my car on a Friday morning, I waited in suburbs all day to hear if I could pick it up, but their phone system is Kafkaesque and it's impossible to reach the service dept. Saturday went by with NO information. When I finally reached someone in service on Saturday afternoon they said they weren't working on the car, it had to be handled by sales. I finally got a sales manager on the phone, and he said maybe it would be done on Monday or may not until Wednesday. I asked for an update on Monday and he was belligerent saying that would be a waste of his time to call and give me an update if it wasn't done. On Monday it was finished, no call from the manager, just a text from service. I reached out to my salesman asking them to bring the car to me and swap the loaner. He happily agreed, and then ghosted me for another 24 hours. When I finally got him to respond again, he didn't seem to know which car we were talking about. On Wednesday someone finally brought the car to me with no notice, so I wasn't home when they arrived. They replaced the windshield, but the car was returned to me with another piece of the passenger window shaking loose. I sent a message with photos asking for a manager to call me about this, and now it's the next day and I'm still waiting for a call. This is the most money I've ever spent on a car, I'm a busy mom of 3, during the summmer! And we are a one car family. This experience has been a NIGHTMARE that won't end.

I made an 11:30 AM appointment to look at a Kia Carnival SX in Ceramic Silver, but when I arrived, the car wasn't ready and I was forced to wait 30 minutes just for them to bring it around. After test driving with Lance, I was ready to buy. Their website listed the vehicle at $48k--significantly lower than the $50k-$51k market average. However, this turned out to be a classic bait-and-switch; that price only applied if you qualified for every single stackable discount (loyalty, military, etc.), which was incredibly misleading. When I tried to negotiate, they initially refused. I walked out, only for them to magically meet my price after "checking with the manager." We shook hands on the deal, and I explicitly re-confirmed the 2.9% APR based on my top-tier credit score after agreeing on the price. The final straw came in the finance office. When reviewing the final paperwork, I noticed the interest rate line was missing. When I asked the finance guy to confirm the 2.9% APR, he casually informed me it was actually around 6.8%. When I called him out, he blatantly lied and said, "We told you about the APR," before claiming I had to choose between the price discount or the promotional rate--something never mentioned during negotiations. They kept me there for nearly four hours, clearly trying to wear me down into signing a bad deal. They are disingenuous, manipulative, and completely untrustworthy.
