Hopefully, I can save the next person that attempts to get their vehicle serviced here. Dealing with Josh was a nightmare. I came for an oil change and breaks. He approved work to be done on my car without checking with me first. I was almost charged $890 for breaks & rotors for the front and back. When asking him about it he stated "well u didn't specify which brakes you wanted done". In the system it stated I just had the back replaced in March 2024. He also approved a throttle body cleaning, fuel injection cleaning without my consent. When informing him I will not pay for that since I didn't authorize it he offered me a payment plan with zero interest. The issue wasn't the money. It's the fact that I didn't authorize any work to be done. I then spoke with derrick and was left a voicemail by Dan. I was reassured I wouldn't be charged for the back brakes and rotors and would receive a 20% discount due to me not authorizing it. I asked for my total before getting off the phone and was told they didn't have that info in front of them. I also informed them that I no longer wanted to deal with Josh anymore and he also texted me off his personal number. Upon arrival I was hit with $1,000 bill. Again, I asked what am I being charged for it should have been front breaks, rotors and oil change. After 40 minutes of arguing and being told to lower my voice they finally agreed to not charge me for the work that wasn't authorized. Oh and they didn't even perform the oil change that I requested . ZERO STARS crooked a** dealership. I was told 2 people screwed up here & they had a "coaching lesson" regarding it LOL

Soon after I brought it home, I found that there had previously been an accident involving the driver's side bumper. Rather than fixing it during the pre-certification inspection, it was sold to me with the busted bumper which had been taped together with duct tape. I found this bumper issue because the driver's side tail light was popping out and needed to be fixed. I took pictures to the dealership, spoke with the Sales office, then the Assistant Manager who told me that the dealership would fix it. When I showed up to have it fixed, I found out that the Assistant General Manager had quit 2 days prior. I then spoke with the General Manger who stated that they would not fix it. After driving the car for awhile the car felt like it was going to tip over when going around curves on the highway. When its wet outside my car slides all over the place. I can't imagine the safety issues driving it in the winter. I spoke with the GM at a different Mazda dealership who stated that these cars are only sold with Bridgestone, Goodyear, or Yokohama tires. When a mechanic inspect them, I was told that I had the cheapest China made substandard tires that are made, and that when its a pre-certified car the dealership is obligated to provide original tires for the model of my car.

Upon arrival I walked in and it was like I walked on the deck of an abandoned ship. Two employees typing away on computers failed to greet me and only after I started the interaction I got a grunt out of one of the mad typers. I was directed to the outside with a head nod as I asked where the CX-50's were With no assistance from anyone there I went outside and discovered a lot filled with new cars as well as used cars and I discovered every new car was marked up by $5,000. I know we are living in some tough times but the lack of interest and the total feeling of non interest displayed by the staff was extreme I usually don't bitch but I wanted to pass this experience on

The show room was large and complete with a good number of cars and a nice seating area to wait. The staff was quick to pull up the model we were looking at after we arrived for our appointment and the salesperson was very knowledgable about all the features of the car. We were not pressured to buy and were presented with all the add on options, but they were not pushy about buying a ton of extra things we didn't need. Filling out paperwork went pretty smooth and quickly and all the different warranty options were presented, and again we were not pressured into buying lots of extra things we didn't need. Overall, I'd come here again in the future if I'm looking for another car. I appreciate how smoothly the car buying experience went, and how prices were quite competitive to start -- avoiding a lengthy bargaining process.

I scheduled through…read morethe Hyundai app (which gives no option to choose full synthetic), yet the advisor put conventional oil in my car without confirming anything. My previous service there used full synthetic, so this should have been verified. It wasn't. I also paid for a wheel alignment but never received the required alignment report. I was told the printer was down and it would be emailed later -- but my email was entered incorrectly in their system, and days later I still received nothing. I now have zero proof the alignment was ever done. The Hyundai app even still shows my car as "maintenance required," which normally resets after proper service. That tells me crucial steps were missed. Communication was poor, documentation was missing, and multiple basic service processes broke down. This doesn't feel like a one-off mistake -- it feels systemic. I walked away feeling like I paid for a service I may not have actually received. Extremely disappointing, and I won't be returning.

From the beginning, the vehicle had ongoing mechanical problems that have resulted in major repairs, countless inconveniences, and a tremendous amount of stress. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I was sold a warranty that did not cover the repairs the truck ultimately needed. It feels like the dealership knew the vehicle had serious issues and placed me in a warranty plan that offered little to no protection for the problems the truck was experiencing. As a single mother, I depend on my vehicle not only for transportation for my child but also to earn a living. The constant breakdowns and repairs have made it extremely difficult to work, keep up with my responsibilities, and provide stability for my family. Despite making payments, I am now stuck with a truck that requires major repairs and is worth far less than what I still owe on it. I expected a reliable vehicle and honest guidance when making such an important purchase, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. Buyers should thoroughly research both the vehicle and any warranty coverage before signing a contract.
