The truck that arrived couldn't pick up due to the traffic in the parking lot. Lyfted our way home and started calling other companies. Reached out to 1(a)st Priority and planned to have the truck picked up after business hours so there would not be an issue with traffic. The representative I spoke with said I should call back around 7:00 p.m. I tried about 20 minutes early and was connected to the company's voice mail. I called back at 7:00 pm...and 7:05... and 7:10. I was ghosted by 1(a)st priority. Can't speak to the quality of service because I never got any. If you're stranded and need help on a Sunday afternoon, don't call Last Priority.

My car got towed not to long ago and they damaged my car by the way they hooked it in I came in and…read moretried letting them know but couldn't even get a word out kept saying oh I'm not giving you any money for that, I'm not paying for that, then told me I have to wait until the boss is there and I asked when will that be and replied oh I dont know he's on vacation. I brought receipts, the bill of $2,000 of damage that i have to pay and also pictures of the damages for them to tell me oh I'm not a mechanic I don't know what im looking at. Overall horrible experience can't even take accountability for their mistakes and lets not talk about the customer service.

Arranged tow with D&R for car to be towed, then confirmed and paid through roadside assistance. D&R…read morethen said they would not tow to place of business due to only one entrance. Asked if they would tow if we could get the other entrance opened by auto shop and they still refused. Had to call back to roadside and cancel then had to find another tow company. Second tow company had no issue with getting into auto shop location with only one entrance open. to top it all off, dispatcher was annoyed at auto shop and was rude to me.
