Like most of us, I work my butt off day in and day out to live the life I want. I take pride in the things I own; especially the things I have worked so hard for. So, after many years of trial and error with vehicles I did not necessarily care for, I finally saved up enough for a car I truly care about. This car was a mint, one owner, special edition car that I had my eyes on for quite a while. Then in less than one year of ownership, I had an uninsured driver back up into my car carelessly. I had never been in an accident before in the almost ten years I have been driving. While not major, this accident was a whole new experience for me, and I was very nervous that I was not going to be taken care of correctly. The model of my car is not unique, but trim and parts it came with from the factory are (being a limited run edition car). We all hear the horror stories about going to a mechanic or autobody shop and getting worked over, getting treated poorly, or expectations not being met. So, I did my research and I had heard from a few of my peers that Marshall's Autobody Experts was a great place to check out. After dealing with an appraiser from my insurance company, I brought my car to Marshall's, and I got an estimate for the damages. The most important part about this estimate that I liked was the fact that I did not have to tell the man looking over my car what needed fixing. Without telling him, he listed all the parts and repairs that had to be addressed. He saw both the minor and major details that needed to be addressed, and nothing was left unaccounted for. He knew that the parts I needed were unique, and he assured me that it would all be taken care of. I was sold. Mind you, this was after my insurance company's appraiser tried to put the wrong, cheaper parts on my car. Marshall's saw right through their nonsense. Marshall's was booked a couple weeks out initially with appointments, so I had to wait a couple weeks to get my car in for repairs. This was fine because I have another car, and I was not in a major rush to fix my other car (all the damages were cosmetic, and my car could still drive if needed). Fast forward a few weeks later, I went to pick up my car. Before going into Marshall's office, I observed my car in the lot to give it a thorough look-over. I figured that it was wise to evaluate my own car and the repairs before someone else guided me through what had been done (to catch any issues or inconsistencies; if there were any present). Every single aspect of my car had been returned to factory quality. They used the right parts, the correct paint code for my car (mine is slightly different from the normal, grey color this car comes in), and every little detail was accounted for (like re-applying the clear bra on my car, and a small crack on a panel under the hood). I then went in, paid my bill, and happily received the keys to my car. Marshall's even sent me home with a goodie bag and a survey to fill out about their performance. Going forward, I will always come here for autobody repairs. I cannot recommend this place enough, and its worth coming here to have your car taken care of the right way. I had such the best experience today with Marshall's that I feel compelled to write a review. I was backing my 2018 Nissan Rogue out of my garage this morning forgetting the hatch was open. The hatch door hit my garage door frame and I was unable to get the hatch to close all the way and I cracked the tail light covers trying to force it to close manually. When I forced it and it still wouldn't close all the way the automatic hatch opener/closer wouldn't work. I was extremely upset nearly in tears. I googled auto body shops near me and came upon Marshall's. I called the office and spoke to Karen. Karen was calm and reassuring and they fit me in right away. Greg looked over the car and his best guess was the door wouldn't close since the hinges had bent. He took my car in and he was able to not only straighten out the hinges and get the hatch to close but he was able to get the auto hatch open/closer to work. Needless to say, I am one happy, grateful, lucky woman. I can't say enough about the service and compassion I received. I've spent most of my life in the customer service industry so I have very high standards and I am more than satisfied with my experience. I have owned 5 cars in the 39 years I have lived in Billerica, and I may have been to Marshall's Autobody only 4 or 5 times. I trust them completely, but they amazed even me yesterday. If your car was new, and you want it to look like new again, they will do that. If you just want to get back on the road safely, and don't need your older car to look any newer than it is, they can do that. They can have a rental car waiting for you when you arrive. They completely handle the insurance company for you. They give accurate detailed estimates up front, are open and clear about issues while the work is in progress, and get things done when they say they will. When I wanted to replace a badly rusted tailgate on an old station wagon (remember those?) they searched around for days, and had a used part shipped from out-of-state to save me money. Yesterday was the best, though. I have an 8-year old car which had been hit in the back by an unidentified car in a parking lot. The lower body work that was damaged is some kind of plastic. They looked at my car, asked if I could wait about 10 minutes, and took the car out back. I made myself a free cup of coffee, and before I could drink much of it, they drove my car back out, damage repaired, no charge!! These are customer-focused, genuinely nice and honest people doing top quality work. read more

I recently purchased a new car and last week, with less than 150 miles on the car, scratched the front bumper in a parking garage. The car is dark blue and the scratches were very noticeable. As the car is brand new I didn't want to just live with it and assumed I would need to get the bumper repainted. I called Marshall's on Monday and spoke to a very kind young man who told me to bring the car in so they could assess the damage: When I went in the next day the same person I had spoken told me that most of what I was seeing was not paint scraped from the car but rather paint from the concrete I had hit. He then took the car in the back and 10 minutes later returned it with 90% of the affected area buffed out and only a small scratch remaining which is hardly noticeable. There was no charge for this and he even refused to take a tip! This whole experience was one in a list of stressful occurrences during the past year and I was so thankful to have contacted a company that has such kind and caring employees. I experienced the misfortune of driving over debris which had fallen from a truck while driving on rt. 93. This large piece of metal smashed my front end, side and wheels. I had to look for an Autobody shop, my insurance company provided a list and Marshall's Autobody Experts was listed, I had driven passed Marshall's many times but never had the need to use their services. I had heard through friends that Marshall's did excellent work and were terrific people. My first impression driving in the lot was how well kept the property was and the same was true as I entered the office. I was greeted very warmly and professionally and felt confident having Marshall's Autobody Experts repair my car. I was given a very reasonable time line for the repair and Marshall's also handled getting me a car rental while my car was being repaired, which was waiting for me when I dropped my car off. Needless to say, after a tree falling on both my vehicle and my husbands vehicle during a wind storm we had to have significant repairs done. Like most guys they "love" their pickup truck, well so did my husband, he was devastated, "the truck will never look the same". If you need body work done to your car this is the place to go. I had a problem with paint coming off my car due to getting banged and there being a defect with the paint. It was quite a process with the insurance company, as well as with the manufacturer. Jim the owner and the staff, especially Karen, were always so courteous and helpful through the entire ordeal. When my car needed to go to the dealership for inspection, they loaned me a car for the afternoon. They handled all of the tedious details with the insurance company which was so helpful. Growing up in Billerica, MA , Marshall's Auto has always been the best of the best with their flawless body work and unmatchable customer service. The men and woman working there are dedicated to not just to their community and services they provide, but to their country. As returning veteran home from the Marine Corps, with a time crunching window and OCD mentality, I asked them to fully detail my truck. Even with their schedules booked, they still made the appointment possible and provided me with a complimentary vechile while the work was being done. I'd had a minor fender bender recently and a coworker suggested I go to Marshall's Autobody. I work in Billerica but was not familiar with many local businesses, so I appreciated the recommendation. In the morning I called to see if they could take a look at my car, and I got a same day appointment. Then, when I got there a repair rep met me and told me he could fix the bumper on the spot. 10 minutes later, my car was repaired and the rep said "no charge". When was the last time a service was taken care of with a smile and without expense? Needless to say, II couldn't believe it and I told him I would tell all my coworkers what a great experience I'd had as well as write a review. I can't say enough about Marshall's Auto body. My car is a year old and I am trying to keep it pristine. Unfortunately someone scratched it. Left no name or info. I brought it to Marshall's where Christian could sense my dispiritedness in having to pay a deductible. The scratch was deep and could not be buffed out. Christian said let me try something. I trusted them because I had used them before and knew of their reputation. It came out looking like new. They are all awesome. I would strongly recommend them. I just picked my car up today, and let me tell you, my car has never looked better! I brought it in to repair my back bumper. Someone had rear ended me, and I had minor damage. The process took 4 business days, but it was worth the wait. My car was detailed inside, and out. Everything looked wonderful. I had heard mixed reviews about this auto body shop, but my insurance recommended them. I'm glad I took my car here, and I would highly recommend others to do the same! Great workmanship and very professional. I brought my car to Marshall's twice in the past three years. First time I was rear-ended and the second time I was side-swiped while parked. Both times my car was flawlessly repaired and I was very pleased with the end results. Also, during the repair process I was called and given periodic updates by Karen which was also a big plus. I have bought some vehicles from Marshall's but never needed The autobody shop. Just got my car back from a minor accident. Never expected the interior of my car to be cleaned because it was not even involved. But it was shining and the customer service couldn't of been better. They even took care of my rental for me. Second time using them and the customer service only gets better. I already knew they did great work and the second time around was no different. Let me just say.. I'm a car guy and have an eye for crappy body and paint work (wavy panels, orange peel in the clear coat, tape lines, etc etc..) NOT THESE GUYS. The finished product comes out as good if not better than factory. The vehicle was completely cleaned inside and out, got a fresh new air freshener and if that wasn't enough they hand out an ice scraper and a DELICIOUS bag of cookies baked fresh on premises. I was rear ended in my Honda CRV by a pickup truck back in October, 2018. My windshield and whole back trunk and left rear were in need of repair. The timely updates and communication was appreciated while my car was being repaired. When I was notified in was ready to be picked up, I was able to bring my rent-a-car there which made things very convenient. I was in awe of how well my car not only looked on the outside but how clean the inside was as well. It really felt like I was getting into a brand new car. I was recently in a car accident and I had my car brought to Marshall's to be repaired. I found the owner, Jimmy, to be very transparent and honest and everyone in the office was really nice and helpful. They worked in my best interest when dealing with my insurance company, who were being rather difficult throughout the whole thing. When the car took a few days longer than they expected to be finished and my insurance coverage was no longer in effect, they covered the cost of a rental as well as a few hundred dollars in additional repairs. Sourcing parts was tricky but they were on top of it and very easy to communicate with for updates. I brought my 2012 Lexus RX350 with 238,000 miles to Jim at Marshall's after being hit by a driver on Rt 495. Marshall's turned a dented and tired looking car into one that it's hard to tell that it has 38,000 miles let alone 200,000 more than that. Jim and his staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and while I couldn't spend a lot of money he told me what he thought would make my care look best and his staff did the rest.
