First off, Beau and Andrew are extremely knowledgeable in the field of cosmetic dentistry. They are extremely professional and the office staff and ambience in general is very welcoming. They stand by you in every step of the process to ensure you're having the smoothest experience possible. As an attorney, my schedule is very busy and it was somewhat difficult for me to take days off to appear for the procedure I wanted to get done. When putting in my temporary veneers, Beau was extremely accommodating, much more so than I ever expected. Due to my busy schedule, I was only available on a Friday, a day in which the clinic is usually closed, but Beau agreed to do the work for me on a Friday after I was off from work to make it so that there's less issues with my schedule. I arrived after work and Beau was able to place all of my temporary veneers on that same day. After doing so, he provided me with his phone number and told me to text or call him at any time if I have any questions or concerns, or issues. This level of care and service went above and beyond my expectations, and I am extremely thankful for the accommodating service, professionalism, and high quality of work that I received from Da Vinci Dental. It was obvious that the previous front desk person who scheduled me didn't do so successfully, but the front desk didn't care and simply said they couldn't do anything, as if I just showed up randomly at a time never scheduled for me. They did not try to check if I could still see the doctor today or try to schedule me for another day. I immediately cancelled my future cleaning appointments and will not come back again. My wife will do the same. It isn't the first time they messed up things. For at least 2-3 times, they had to charge extra than they initially claimed. They once charged my wife extra for my previous visit but I already paid what they claimed the cost would be during that visit. For another time they didn't file claim to my insurance correctly and I found it after 6 months and notified them. I mean I only started visiting them since like 2 years ago and their error rate was so high. I don't recommend to any one.

However, they performed a periapical (diagnostic) X-ray instead of a preventive one, without informing me, and billed it. As a result, I was unexpectedly billed out-of-pocket. When I brought this up, the office manager insisted this is their standard practice, and that patients are responsible for charges insurance doesn't fully pay--even if the procedure wasn't clearly explained or authorized. They threatened to send the balance to collections. This experience reflects a serious lack of transparency and patient-centered care.

I am always curious to know why any dental procedure needs to be done and when would be an optimal time to do it. Even though, I left with sadness because it's still a bit below my expectation, yes my chip was fixed but it's not as comfortable and smooth as before, when I got home, I can tell this front tooth is longer than my regular teeth.
