Great selection and friendly staff! If I lived in the area, I would definitely frequent this business.

"Opened till 7pm". Pull up at 6:40pm to find a closed store... at least leave a note or change your hours.

I went there for the 1st time looking for some Fortaleza tequila. I was so suprised they had it, and was willing to hold it for me until I could drive out there to pick it up. When I got there, I was amazed of how many great brands they had even all the hard to find ones. The lady that helped me was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up picking up 3 bottles, and also got a 10% off. This is going to be my best store for buying alcohol from now on. The icing on the cake was that the prices were great as well, except for the Dam WA alcohol tax. lol read more

Stopped in to grab a bottle of vodka thinking it would be just the standard liquor store. Pleasantly surprised to see the variety offered here! Tons of different brands, flavors - and better pricing than BevMo! Really happy I found this place. They give you a 10% discount when you buy three bottles. They offer tastings and growler fills. They will also special order anything you want. Don't let the exterior of the building fool you! This is a great spot to pick up wine, liquor, or beer. Hope they start a Facebook page or some sort of social media to get the word out. I should've taken some pictures! Did I mention they have a fridge full of cougar Gold cheese? Price gouging, and lying seems to be what they're all about. My wife went in to purchase some Cougar Gold cheese. It's difficult to find this time of year, but RRL&W had four cans in their refrigerator. She talked to the cashier, who offered to help. While she was perusing the store, she overheard a man in the office saying that since Cougar Gold was all sold out, even at WSU, that they should be charging more money for it. She went over, got a cart, and put the four cans of Cougar Gold into it. The cashier was near the register at this point, clearly within eyeshot of my wife. She walked over to peruse their whisky selections for another gift. After selecting a bottle, the cashier informed her that that there was a limit of two cans of Cougar Gold, because supply was limited. Parenthetically, she avoided eye contact during this exchange. My wife told her that she would have taken only two cans, if there had been a sign saying so. The cashier explained that somebody must have moved the sign, because it was there yesterday. The point is, the sign wasn't there, and the cashier acknowledged this. She balked at the cashier, and told her that if there was a limit, then there should have been a sign. The cashier said that the owner had set the limit. Frankly, if the limit was so important, then somebody should have checked to see if this ephemeral sign existed before opening, if it had ever existed at all. The owner said, from across the store that there was a limit of two. My wife told her that there wasn't a sign, and asked if it was because they're all out at the university. She said no. My wife said that she'd just heard the man in back talking about it. The owner said that they had been talking about it, seemingly unaware that she had just admitted to a lie. All the while, she is loading even more Cougar Gold into the refrigerator. She once again told her that, if there was a limit, then she really should post a sign. At this point, the owner ignored her. It was at that point that my wife left. Don't patronize this business. They're not honest people. read more

Came in looking for Japanese whiskey. The woman who owns the place welcomed me and gave me a quick rundown. If you buy three bottles, you get some sort of discount, if I remember correctly. They also list the prices to include tax, which is helpful if you aren't from the area and the price shock of the liquor tax of the state. Made my first visit yesterday and found three bottles of bourbon that I've been searching for all summer, including in Kentucky! I found an excellent selection, reasonable prices (despite Washington's exorbitant 25% tax on liquor) and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Pleasant surprise was to hear they offer a discount on purchases of 3 or more bottles and, on Tuesday, a discount for seniors. Easily the finest liquor store I've found in this area. read more

Great option to a big box store like Total Wine. I like stopping in to see what bourbons they have in stock. I often find bottles not found at Total Wine. I like how their prices tags reflect 'out the door' costs. Their prices, are for the most part, similar to Total Wine. The staff is always friendly. I am super impressed with this place! Went in tonight and the first thing I saw when I waked in... A fridge full of cougar gold! Are you serious!? I was immediately excited! The store had a ton of great options, wine, beer tap, champagne, etc. they were even doing wine tastings when I was there! The staff was super friendly and nice and offered to help me choose wine as well as gave me a run down of all the wine they sold there. There was even alcohol accessories (shot glasses, wine bags, etc.). I definitely want to go back for my next alcohol run! Awesome! read more

This is a fantastic liquor store that has a decent selection of spirits, wines, and beers. They recently installed a 24 tap growler fill station with a rotating selection. All of their spirit prices in the store include WA State's ridiculously high liquor taxes already, so you know exactly how much you'll be paying for each bottle out the door. In addition, they have a fantastic special where if you buy 3 or more bottles of spirits, wine, and/or beer you get 10% discount off your entire order (MSRP price before tax of course). I have yet to walk out of this store with fewer than 3 bottles because of this. The staff is usually pretty knowledgeable and can give decent recommendations. The store has a large selection as is, but if there's a bottle you can't find in stock, you can ask them to special order it in for you if they can get it. I am from California and came to Washington to visit family. One of the things I specifically came to WA for was cougar gold cheese. I had heard so much about it and had to get my hands on it, but the WSU creamery was a 5 hour drive that none of us were willing to make. I researched and this was the only place I could find within a reasonable driving distance that stocked cougar cheese. We drove over an hour to buy it, and I walked away with 3 cans of cheese! Needless to say, I am one happy cheese-eating Californian thanks to the owner of this store. Thank you!! read more

I was in search of a rare bourbon and had checked all the large retail stores in the Seattle area with no luck. My last call was to the Redmond Ridge Liquor and I was very surprised to learn they had two bottles! Needless to say, I swooped in and bought both. The place was immaculate and the staff were extremely friendly. I was invited to one of their wine tastings coming up that Friday. Though I would not be able to attend based on a prior commitment, I still purchased a couple bottles to try. I highly recommend this business! read more

Let me tell you- this store is amazing. I was attempting to find a bottle of Limited Release Ardbeg Supernova after a big chain box store that promised a "Total" solution for me fell through. They got it and took care of me. Upon arrival, The manager discussed future special orders with me and Bob at the counter pursued my business too. As a salesman it was great to work with another salesman that was listening/helping and not just trying to make a quick sale. Good growler taps, wine and spirits here. Do business with these folks and stay away from national chains that "Total"ly leave you hanging. read more
