They off the Payrange App for us that never carry cash. They have a well stocked vending machine that includes laundry soap and softener for us that often forget to bring our own. They upgraded the security cameras for our safety. But the number one best feature is CUSTOMER SERVICE. TAP PAY IS A PLUS The bathroom requires an access code, but all you have to do is text the number provided. They check the cameras and quickly send you the code. I was putting my clothes in the dryer and a very rude lady with a mullet came up to us and aggressively asked why I didn't grab a cart for my laundry, I was confused and continued to load our clothes. She then yelled loudly that I can't dry my clothes and last wash and dry was at 8pm. I asked why I couldn't dry my clothes since I wasn't washing them and it was about 8:15pm and they didn't close till 9:30pm. She told me I needed to take my clothes out. She began ranting about how her boss made the rule and nobody can think for themselves there? My toddler got scared from her yelling and I was physically upset. She then told me I need to leave when I asked why and pointed out the other dryers had over 30 minutes left.
