I bought what looked like an almost new Samsung gas dryer for my daughter at the end of 2025. The female staff was accommodating and all appeared good. Just after their 3 month warranty, the machine broke. i contacted the store and to say they were rude, below unprofessional and accepted ZERO help is a generous statement!! Purchased a Refridgerator that was installed with a door misalligned enough that allowed cold wair to escape. Reds Appliance made me go through the manufacturer for repairs rather than sending someone out to fix this install issue. When I called to place my initial order, I informed Ana over the phone that I did not have any connections for a dryer so to have the installers plan accordingly / advise me on anything I could do to hasten the process. They told me nothing was necessary and when they could not install it the first time due to missing parts for a connection, they re-charged me the delivery fee for coming out again! Clearly, I would not have let them dispatch delivery the first time if I knew this. After that, the dryer needed repair only two weeks after installation. At this time, operations manager(supervisor) Amanda was rude to me over the phone and did not help so I had to cover the costs through a third party repair after their non-responsiveness. Reds appliance, 1) The owner Joe was extremely helpful showing me all the washers and dryers in selection. New/used pros/cons and ultimately going with the best value for my needs. 2) They called me the day before delivery; gave me a timeframe 10-12. Called an hour before and showed up on time. One thing I hate is when a company gives you a timeframe 8am-6pm make you wait all day and may or may not show up. Most companies are so inconsiderate and couldn't care less if they waisted your whole day. 3) The install was quick, clean, and efficient. They removed my old washer/dryer. They were done within the hour. 4) From beginning to end the service and satisfaction was 5 stars. This is a rare company combination of service and value. Have to say I had a problem while purchasing a used appliance. We had a disagreement about the warranty so although I will post a warning to read the warranty on used appliances I will also say that management ended up being good guys and meeting me in the middle to resolve the problem. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! Bought a dryer, had it delivered. Delivery guys took paint off my door frame, THANKS FOR THAT. 2 days later dryer starts making a screeching noise. I call and they tell me yes you have a warranty but you have to bring it in. No, THEY DO NOT SEND A REPAIRMAN TO YOUR HOUSE. Actually got a friend with a truck to help me bring this dryer, that I paid a delivery fee for, to Reds so they can spend 20 minutes throwing wet towels in and tell me it works fine. Called reds appliance around 12 pm today Saturday to fix electric dryer and washing machine. Giovani, receptionist, promptly called me back and arranged for technician to come by at 4:30. And to my pleasant surprise arrived promptly at 4:30. Jesus, technician, amazed me that h was able to identify problems and he even had replacement parts in truck for dyer. Washing machine had a small plastic obstruction that he quickly identified. Everything was very professional, courteous, prompt and very reasonably priced. This is now my go to place for any repairs. Horrible customer service. What a nightmare this turned into! Who's running this place? First we are told they will be open until 3:30 on Sundays. Walk in at 2:50 on a Sunday, knowing the stove I want and was immediately greeted by Anthony with "we close at 3." I wanted to leave and go back another time but was told by Anthony "you're here now, might as well stay." He showed me on the floor what I wanted, but it was "dented" and not the right color. Looked at his warehouse inventory and gave me a price. . . great! Ordered and also picked up refurbished dryer. $90 delivery for both pieces and overcharged $50 for gas conversion kits. Delivered - wrong stove! Turns out - wrong stove was ordered! I didn't order the stove, I just bought it! Okay, now please get me the right stove ASAP - sure if I pay another $90 delivery fee and be home on a weekday when I'm supposed to be at work! What a nightmare. After speaking with Anthony, Amanda and Anna (who knows who is a manager/supervisor/vice president ) and Amanda admitting that it was a "50/50" mistake (still not sure how this was my mistake, but okay) I offer to "split the difference" in the delivery fee and pay $45 for delivery. NO, the best they could do was give me $20 off of delivery! So basically for $45 - $20 = $25 they lost this customer and many others we would have recommended! REALLY? BTW the refurbished dryer is not working as it should! UGH read more

Gave me a fridge that did not work. Had my husband pulling his hair out after he lugged it up our stairs... we filled it with food...After 5 days had to unload the fridge because it stopped working.. trucked it back down the stairs back to the store and the guy said I had to give him another 50$ for another fridge that was the same... if I paid for delivery it would've cost reds a lot more to do the swap... he charged me 50 more dollars. I tried buying a ventless dryer here and it was a very negative experience. I called and asked for inventory and they listed 2 ventless dryers that they had in stock. I had purchased over the phone and traveled 45 minutes to pick up the unit. When I arrived, I paid the balance, and they loaded the dryer into my vehicle. I noticed instantly that it was not ventless. I asked the worker and he tried to tell me it was. When I went back inside they confirmed it was not ventless. I was upset and asked about the other ventless unit they have. It turns out that one was not ventless either. I was refunded and left very upset. I am glad I know what I am looking at because this staff clearly does not. I went to Willies Appliances about 20 minutes from them. They had a ventless unit, I purchased it, and it was a good experience. read more

So unless you just one something will last 90 days which is surprisingly there warranty don't buy from them spent over $550 on used stove fridge fridge for small tenant apartment . Guess what stove still kinda works fingers crossed but the fridge stopped working , I am not gonna carry this big bridge 20 miles to their store in my small 4 door car to get it repaired , just buy from a local place or new else where . So, it's only the first day I've had the washer dryer, but they both worked first time, the prices I got from them were cheaper than they even said on their tags. HORRIBLE!!! customer service and their "90 day warranty" just had 3 pieces (1,100) delivered and paid the charge (90.00). Hired contractors and plumbers to install a stackable washer and dryer. Ran the machine and it was full of brown paper looking like potato skin or cigar wrappers. Smells like mildew and full of old detergent. The dryer has a scraping noise every turn and doesn't shut off when it buzzes. It just turns forever. When I called I was told I have to bring it back and have them fix it. Obviously I can't strap this machine to my back at 7 months pregnant and I paid for delivery. They advised I will have to pay another 90.00 for pick up and delivery to have this machine fixed that was brought to my house broken..... We bought an electric dryer there before and had no problems with it but recently bought a used stove and it stopped working only after a few days at which point my only option was to let them fix it. No refunds after three days! What? Curiously no one was around to check it out the time I came in to return it or get I repaired and then I was told I'd have to pay a 15% restocking fee if I used the store credit to buy another machine; I eventually settled on a new machine there because I didn't want any more problems and then they graciously waived the restocking fee (how generous of them). The new machine was no break off of the normal prices in the normal stores as were most "open" box items they had; why would anyone shop here? Total rip off place unless you absolutely have no other choice. Then the icing on the cake was that they couldn't load the new machine into my car or remove the old one from my car; once again no one was there to help. Also I was referred to in snarky Spanish terms (which they evidently didn't think I understood-sorry I do speak Spanish and you shouldn't talk about customers) when I came back to pick up my broiler pan which had been left in the old machine : they stink stay away! read more

bought a fridge and they worked with me it was too big we did have to rent a uhaul to get fridge and they exchanged it with a smaller one, it works and freezes great. we also bought a stove and the oven dosnt work but getting a appliance man friend from church to look it over think my kids hooked it up wrong or there is a issue with the old plug, if it is defective they have delivery charges of $65 not bad cheaper than uhaul which I paid $120 so they did say would exchange it with no problems. sold me a refrigerator and started to freeze everything after 3 months. try adjusting the temp control (knob), and found out that there was no switch behind the knob. Unless you are willing to take the whole appliance apart to verify that all parts and pieces are there (sarcasm applied), don't waste your money on buying an appliance from REDS.
