    Excellent Customer Service and Knowledgeable Staff…read more Our washing machine finally broke down, after about 8 years.We are very thankful that we had been able to extend the service agreement into 2026. With the help of Managers (Brian and Jonathan) at the Plainview store, along with Terry and his supervisor, Geraldine, at the Service Center an exchange was able to be worked out. I had gone to the store to finalize the exhange and arrange delivery, for the washer. While there, I saw and spoke with our usual salesperson, ALI. He always is very helpful and knowledgeable and takes his time with us (not rushing us through). We ended up not only finalizing the exchange of the washing machine but also decided to get a new dryer as well. Hopefully, I won't have to go to the laundromat anymore. Thanks again Ali, Brian, Jonathan, Terry and Geraldine for your time and patience in the overall process. This is why we have been going back to PC Richard for years.

    I ordered a GE front load washer (Order #005-1851163) and it was delivered on 11/29. I did my first…read moreload of laundry on 12/2 and the machine started shaking so violently during the wash cycle that it hadn't even reached the spin yet. The shaking was strong enough that my dryer which is stacked on top came off the hose and the washer shifted from its original position. This was definitely not what I expected from a brand new appliance and felt like it was going to explode as the shaking was aggressive. The delivery experience wasn't pleasant either. The two delivery guys asked me for an additional $130 to install the machine which felt wrong since they were separately asking me for it and it wasn't part of any official fee. It left a bad impression and made the whole process stressful. The reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is because of Ali the sales associate who helped me. He was professional, polite and genuinely kind throughout the entire purchase. He made the buying process smooth and answered all my questions. I highly recommend working with him if you need assistance at this location. Overall disappointed with the delivery and the washer performance but Ali deserves recognition for his excellent customer service.

    1 Star (would give zero if possible)…read more Absolutely terrible experience with RTV Appliance Service. They were assigned by Frigidaire to repair our microwave. A technician came out, diagnosed the issue, and told us he would return within 3-4 working days with the required part. Then... nothing. For over a month we heard nothing. No update, no call, no email. When we tried contacting the company, their phone is almost never answered. When it does ring, the automated system says "caller 2, caller 1" and then simply disconnects. Emails also went unanswered. After repeated follow-ups, they eventually sent a second set of technicians. They arrived with the wrong part and told us the first technician had left incorrect notes. Ironically, their diagnosis was almost word-for-word the same as the first technician's, and once again we were told the part would arrive in 3-4 working days. It has now been another month with zero communication. Meanwhile, they have already taken payment for the service/maintenance. This company shows complete disregard for customers' time, communication, or accountability. Calls are not answered, emails are ignored, parts never arrive, and appointments go nowhere. I genuinely do not understand how this company is still in business. Avoid if you have any other option. We are still waiting.

    Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Donna at RT Appliances. My washer…read morehas been broken for over a month, and throughout this entire process there has been little to no communication, no clear appointment timeframe, and a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. When I called frustrated -- understandably after waiting so long without answers -- Donna was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help resolve the situation or de-escalate the conversation, she spoke over me, refused to let me speak to management or anyone else, hung up the phone on me, and then threatened to cancel my order entirely. Customers deserve basic respect and communication, especially when dealing with an ongoing appliance issue that affects daily life. This experience was stressful, frustrating, and handled very poorly. I would strongly recommend improving customer service, communication, and professionalism.

    On May 23rd, I entered into a transaction with Capuano Home Appliance for the purchase of a DCS BBQ…read morefor the agreed upon price of $3,999 plus tax. Upon receiving my DCS BBQ, the item was not fully operation with the rotisserie burner not working, so Fisher & Paykel (manufacturer) was called into fix the item. The repair required 4 visits and was finally completed after a span of 5+ weeks. During this time, the BBQ was disassembled and reassembled as the technician attempted to isolate the issue. Furthermore, during this time modification were made which resulted in poorer working conditions to the main burners. Prior to the 3rd visit we demanded a replacement BBQ, as we were dissatisfied with having to wait and felt the BBQ was a "Lemon", which could only be resolution by replacing the entire BBQ. Our demands were ignored and the company finally completed the repair on July 3rd, and offered to extend my warrantee by 1 year. Upon examining the BBQ, I noticed several washers were missing from the back panel and told them that there offer was not enough, as the BBQ was now refurbished. This complaint was ignored by Fisher & Paykel. At this time, I again reached out to Capuano and told them Fisher & Paykel was not treating us fairly, as we now had a refurbished BBQ which was not part of our agreement, nor was it reflected in the price paid. I explained if they refused to do a full replacement, then we should expect to receive a discount which is appropriate for a refurbished BBQ. The Salesman, attempted to convenience me this was an acceptable outcome, at this point the situation got worse as I felt insulted. When I attempted to reach out to the owner, he never returned my phone calls. Ultimately, Capuano did nothing to assist, although they were the ones that sold me the unit and the only ones with the power to right this wrong. Furthermore, this was not a $200 BBQ and Capuano was compensated nicely for selling such a luxury item, even though the agreement was not upheld. IMO, this was about buying power, that Capuano doesn't do enough business with these companies and has little power when it comes to representing the consumer. My biggest regret, not purchasing this BBQ thru PC Richards, as I know I would have been protected and would not have gone thru such an ordeal. All in all, stay away.....
