Went above and beyond to make the purchasing process smooth and quick. Repair shop on sight and clear communication about known issues.

I was informed the repairs could take up to two weeks. I asked them to pause the payment process until the car was fixed because I did not want to make payments on a "new" car that I couldn't legally drive just four days after buying it. Instead, they told me to come pick out another vehicle. They had me test drive three more cars -- one of which even had a check engine light on. After wasting my time test driving these vehicles, the manager, Sheri, then told me all of the cars I drove would cost significantly more than the original vehicle. Why put someone through all of that if those cars were never realistic options? What makes this worse is that this was my second car through CarHop. My first vehicle also failed emissions because of missing parts, including a fan and gas cap. At this point, it's hard to believe they do proper inspections or due diligence before selling these vehicles. Please get your car checked immediately before the short grace period runs out.

I am really not one to complain and this is actually the first time I have ever been compelled to…read moreget on yelp to leave a review for an experience that was negative, however I must emphasize that US Bank is the worst financial institution that I have ever interacted with not just this branch but the entire cooperation as a whole! I have been an account holder at US Bank for nearly 20 years. It was the bank where I opened my first checking and savings account as a 14 year old, and as I aged I opened additional accounts, lines of credit, retirement accounts, investments, and used their services for loans on some of the biggest purchases a person makes in their life which have since all been completely paid back in full. As time has progressed I have noticed that the service, attention, communication, cooperation, collaboration, and positive aspects that were once seen at this company have been dwindling and worsening more and more. This has caused me to close certain accounts and use other financial institutions to take the place of needs that I once came to US Bank for. In fact the only account I still possess with them is a personal checking account that I only use for gas, groceries, and emergencies. When I started my own business I did not even consider US Bank for my Business accounts because their services had already dropped to abysmal standards. However now they have lost me as a client altogether... Today I needed to get some gas simply to return home and unfortunately the only card I had on me at the time was my US Bank Debt Visa tied to the checking account that I transfer about $1,000 a week into. It is Friday night and I had not yet made my weekly transfer into the account and apparently had less in the account than I had thought. However I have overdraft protection, and have been a client to their company for 20 years now, so I decided to try to get gas and thought to myself "The Overdraft Protection will cover the cost until I can return home and make a transfer into the account." Boy was I wrong card was declined at the pump 3 times and when I went inside to pay at the register for no more than $10 of gas which would take the account negative by $1.58 the transaction was again declined. I called the bank and was told that even though I have been a long time customer who has deposited hundreds upon hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years that the overdraft protection does not mean I am able to bring the account negative by my choice but that US Bank is the one who decides whether they will approve the transaction or not and apparently the $1.58 that I was going to be in debt to them for the 30 minute drive home was too much risk in their eyes and I was told that they would not approve the transaction and that there was nothing they could do to push the transaction through. So why do I have overdraft protection at all and more importantly why should I continue to use US Bank for any of my personal, business, retirement, investment, or recreational financial needs? The answer is I shouldn't and I will not be! They have made the decision for me to close that final account held with them one of the easiest choices I have ever made! I would not recommend that anyone use their services whether they were my enemy or my best friend. I would not. Suggest that anybody I know even consider their corporation as a potential institution to handle their finances of any kind. There are dozens of other options for people to use and each of them is leaps and bounds better suited to the needs of financial services desired. PSA: To current U.S. Bank account holders I suggest you try other banking options and see how a financial institution should care for their clients, experience the benefits and bonuses deserved for choosing to place your financial earnings into one of these other banks that realize you have other options. If you're looking for a bank to do business with of any kind. Save yourself the hassle, headache, frustration,, and most of all time and money! Take your business and money to a bank that will provide you with the best possible financial assistance and grant you access to the financial services that you are interested in. Because US Bank will not provide you with a beneficial or pleasant experience and will only provide you with the ability to live on a break even basis in the long run. Use one of the other banks that will do their best to help your money work for you while they are in possession of it. You will thank me! I hope this helps to those wondering if US Bank is the financial institution for you. "NO" this Bank has an agenda but that agenda has nothing to do with excellent service or benefits to the account holders. They receive‍‍ Two thumbs down and 3 smiling emoji poops! ‍ Just saying...

The next day the website showed my loan payment date had been moved. I was trying to change it from the second of the month until the 20th. And this is what the website stated that my payment was going to be pulled on the 20th. Come to find out they still pulled my payment on the second. Which left me in a financial behind because my payment is 700+ dollars. When I contacted the branch to clarify this, I was told that I didn't fill out the proper form and I needed to do another form in order for this to be complete. I'm not sure why their website would show that my payment had been moved. I was told that I submitted one form, and I was supposed to submit another. I'm not sure how I consumer is supposed to know all the forms they are required to submit when you're employees do not even know. They would not reverse the money. They pulled since I did not know. I was supposed to submit a second form. Make sure you ask all the right questions when dealing with this establishment. Apparently, the consumer is at fault for not knowing.
