Today, October 7, 2023, my husband and I came here to watch the Lakers preseason game and we were not greeted by any servers or bartenders. The only hospitable employees were the two hostesses in front of the establishment. One waitress was too busy flirting with some young guys but she passed us on a few occasions and didn't say a word. I normally don't post but I have worked in this industry and know the importance of customer service. Later, I saw a young Asian server who smiled a lot. She greeted the table next to us and even dropped off a couple Resorts World water bottles for them. I had to get our drinks from the bar from a young blonde lady. I asked her earlier if we get our own drinks at the bar, or if we have a server. Her reply was simply, "Either or." We were going to have dinner here but based on how unfriendly they were, we wouldn't want them to spit on our food. I thought that they would be nice to my hubby when I left to go to the restroom but to no avail, he was still ignored. Decided to try out Red Tail at Resort World as the menu looked good and the atmosphere looked cool. The place was slow. Not many patrons, just a handful of people were there. It took 43 minutes to get our food. Once they brought our food the server indicated he would bring us plates as we were sharing, but the plates were never brought and we certainly didn't want to wait another 43 minutes for plates so we just placed our wings on small napkins. The truffle fries were good, but the wings didn't have much chicken, mostly breading and fat. The flavor was good. It was just lacking in substance. Service was horrible and food pricey for what you get. They don't seem to care for their customers and provide service. We will never eat here again. You will starve. read more

It is inside of Resorts World and is a great way to pre game before the club! It had the amazing food of a restaurant with a fun bar/club vibe!
