Agave Bar & Grill @Resorts World pool area was a surprising gem! We spent the early afternoon by the pool and picked this spot for lunch and refreshing frozen drinks (perfect for the Vegas heat). The kiddos enjoyed mocktails which were light and tasty. They also loved the chicken strips & fries which hit the spot. Although, the real star of this lunch was the Branzino! Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The chef was also super accommodating with my food allergies, which made me feel completely at ease. The atmosphere is exactly what you want for a poolside restaurant: Misting fans to help you stay cool, great music in the background, and nice views all around. I left this casual pool side eatery impressed. Whether you're there for a quick bite or a full meal, Agave Bar & Grill is the place to be. Can't wait to come back here next time we're at Resorts World! *Cocktails & frozen drinks approved by Moms: 1.The Barry white 2. Spicy Mango'Rita 3.Blue Raspberry 4. Frozen Margarita (add ) *Kid approved mocktails: 1.Blueberry Mojito 2. Kiwi Quencher *Fast & friendly service!

Agave Bar and Grill is the poolside dining establishment at Resorts World. You can dine in or get drinks poolside. We chose to make a reservation and dine in for lunch before heading into the pool. The location is beautiful but the booth we were seated in was in the direct sun and was uncomfortably hot. I felt like I was going to pass out. The drinks were great but being as hot as it was and in direct sun with no shade meant they got warm very quickly. The food was okay. Nothing mind blowing. We started with the shrimp ceviche. It comes in a cute pineapple. It was good. We then got buffalo chicken wings, Hulu chicken skewers and Mahi Mahi tacos. The tacos were quite soggy so we didn't enjoy them. The chicken skewers were the best thing we had, the sauce that goes with them was really nice. The service was pretty average and the wait time was longer than we'd have liked considering the heat and sun. Not sure I'd book here again. If I did I would ask for a seat in the shade.

Ah, man. How disappointing and such a hot mess. Had a staycation here and we planned to chill all day at the pool. Wanted something to eat for lunch so off to Agave Bar and Grill for some food. The hostess told us to scan the QR code to place an order. You cannot walk up and order at a take out counter. You cannot place an order with any live person either. So you're making us download Grubhub app to our phone? I don't want to download any unnecessary apps whom I won't be using again. The app glitched out which made ordering our chicken tenders+fries and chips+salsa+guac so complicated. WE ONLY WANTED TWO ENTREES....that's it. Ridiculous ordering process. What happens if someone didn't bring their credit cards to the pool? What happens if they wanna put all charges to the room? How about VIP players? How are they getting their pool food & drinks comp'd if there's no actual customer service taking care of them? Such a shame, I don't think we'll do a staycation at Resorts World again due to this complicated, unnecessary ordering process. The pool area is nice and chill but this was such a turn off. RW must have some contract with Grubhub. And on an another note, this is why RW is getting such horrible reviews on their Yelp page because I've seen some reviews mentioning they don't exactly have your traditional room service. You have to....yep, order through Grubhub. Oh, and if you want drinks, you have to order it separately at the bar. Separate orders, separate transactions. Stupid.

We ate here twice during our stay at the nearby Hilton. It's a great poolside restaurant with plenty of options to choose from. The price is very much expected for Vegas but the portion sizes were quite large. The quality of offerings is always what you hope and expect from a Vegas restaurant. Lunch: The hubby devoured their Jalapeno burger (complete with a seriously spicy pepper on top) and their triple fried French fries. He said it was very good. I ordered the SW chicken salad which was also very good. I loved that they served it on a bed of fresh mixed greens vs. cheap and boring iceberg or romaine. It had a spicy ranch and the topping were all very fresh. Our friends ordered the chicken quesadilla and the chicken strips and fries. Basic but also very good. One little issue with the chicken though - it was way overdone and they asked for a fresh order since it was very hard, dry and tough to eat. The management returned in about 5 minutes with a new order which was cooked perfectly. They also offer margaritas and a few other mixed drinks (from a slushy type machine) for your drinking pleasure. The smallest size was about $20 so expect to PAY for the privilege of drinking poolside. The service was great and when we asked to split the bill, they said it was policy NOT to do that but they did anyway - on both visits.

So I was at the pool and since you can't order food at your chair, you either have to place a grub hub order, or go to Agave. I mean, you could also walk yourself over to any of the restaurants and bring it yourself. But, I digress, Agave is the easiest option. The service is super quick. The place was clean and comfortable. I got the nachos which were priced as expected for a pool in Vegas. They were ok, nothing amazing but they did the trick as an afternoon snack. I wasn't a big fan of the salsa, but, the toppings were spread out in layers so they covered most of the chips which was good. Again, easiest option if you're planning to be at the pool all day.

Was lounging by the pool but unfortunately there is no pool menu for food. So walked over to Agave which was the pool restaurant. It looks cute and well decorated. Ordered chicken nachos to go so we can eat at our pool chair. I was surprised that the total so expensive for nachos but then again you're at Vegas. Total was $34.68 not including tip. Came back after about 10 mins of ordering and was so disappointed to see the nachos. It was the most unappetizing nachos I've ever seen. I believe the chicken was about $6 extra to add on and there were barely any bits. The toppings were minimal... as you can see in the picture we had prob a total of 2 cherry tomatoes and a scoop of sour cream. Nachos is sort of hard to mess up IMO. Was extremely disappointed.

For a quick early evening drink, we stopped at one of the several bars around the pool area of the Conrad Hotel @ Resorts World. We orders virgin spicy mango 'rita & virgin mermaid punch. Unfortunately they couldn't make the punch virgin so we ordered an orange-tangerine virgin mojito. The mango rita was fantastic - refreshing with a slight spicy and bitter kick. For sure will try again. The orange mojito was unfortunately extremely sweet and almost non-drinkable so wify decided to not consume it. Won't try again. Our bartender Isaiah was fabulous though...he was extremely busy but nevertheless kept us abreast on his progress. He was able to attend to us in about 10 mins and the guy was running and making drinks through it all with a smile! We found him to be very charismatic and professional! Kudos to Isaiah because even though we didn't care for the mojito, he still made our experience quite pleasant.

(07/15/2021) EXPECT OVERPRICED. It is a bar inside of a hotel on The Strip. Nonetheless, RESORTS WORLD. Now let's talk about food. Presentation is on point. Portion size is minuscule. Expect that as the norm. The flavors were great and the food tasted great but if you are eating with family the price will add up. If you are on a date, it's an OK place to eat, sitting under the shade beside the pool, the food hits the spot. I will say, that Mango Sherbet saved the day. It had some Tajín mixed in which gave it a great contrast along with the fresh coconut. Very refreshing.

Nom Nom Nom! This restaurant is at the pool in Resorts World. At this point you have to have a room to get to the pool on Level 6. That would also mean that you need to have a room to get to the Agave Bar and Grill, which is a shame. Maybe they will open this up at a later date? When you get to the pool area this is the first restaurant you will see on the right side. Plenty of seating available and booths. We chose a booth that overlooks the pool for some good people watching. The Mermaid Rum Punch is delicious! We also ordered Chicken Nachos and they use Mexican cheese so it was so creamy and melt in your mouth fantastic! The servers and staff were so friendly and recommended the Agave Street Sundae. We said Why not?! We are so glad we did because it is so refreshing on a hot day and there is a perfect blend of sweet and fruit. Get one!

Lol The place is very retro and I loved the beer cans on the wall. They have a photo booth located in the back right corner for $5 for 2 strips. Honestly, this place was cool but only downside was I felt like it had dead air. I was sweating in there, but the vibe did overpower my only complaint. Service was good. We sat at the bar and were helped right away. I looked through their menu and settled on a fruit beer while my friend had a stout. Trust, there's something for everyone whether you love or like beer. You also can really see when your light is green due to the bar not having much of an area to see the reflection. I only ended up getting 2 free drinks. Round Five Espresso Martini Day Review…read more Drinks: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Came in for their espresso martinis, which were all delicious. We ordered the Biscoff Cookie Butter with Cookie Butter Cold Foam, Crème Brûlée, and Affogato. All 3 were delicious! Sometimes espresso martinis are hit and miss for me, I like them on the creamier and sweeter side vs. the espresso side and all 3 of these matched my expectations. We wanted to try their espresso martini Jell-O shots but by the time we got there they were sold out. Service was okay but still good. Weren't greeted when we walked in and they were just very busy. We were kind of confused if someone was going to come and take our order or we needed to go to the bar. When I was here before, someone came to my table to get my order but then today I had to go to the bar to order my drinks so that was a bit confusing for me. :/ I would definitely come again for an espresso martini day!
