Everything at the Encore is perfection just like this Lobby Bar that is beautiful and has delicious drinks and finger foods. After spending some time at the pool we had two hours free before heading to the airport so we came here to have a drink and a snack. I ordered a spritz which I always enjoy very much. We got the guacamole with corn on top served with chips. OMG if you are reading this and you are the bar order it .... It's sooo good. We also got shoestring fries that was good but I wish it was fried a minute longer. The service was great so was the chill ambiance. We have stayed at the encore many times but it was my first time at this Lobby Bar and won't be the last for sure.

Located in the Encore Resort at Las Vegas, it was the most convenient place to pick up carry-out snacks on the 2nd night of our four-person visit to Las Vegas in Feb. The requirement was to bring back light snacks (so we wouldn't lose our appetite for our late dinner) that were shareable and could use resort credits against. The Lobby Bar definitely satisfied that. It is located on the casino floor near the elevator banks to the Encore rooms. It's primarily a bar, but also serves elevated bar food for dine-in along with the drinks. The menu is located near the entrance, near a high traffic area. For carry-out, you place your order with the bartender, and then need to wait...definitely got the impression that they wouldn't care if the consumer got the food or not. Like most other restaurants in the casinos, getting carry-out is the least important revenue source, and thus the least effort put in to optimize the consumer experience. Patty Melt Beef Sliders ($23) - two well constructed sliders, using very high quality hand formed beef patties (choice of doneness) served on extremely buttered/greasy and grilled brioche bread, topped with swiss cheese, grilled onions, and mustard. Crispy Pork Dumplings ($17) - two pieces (each piece having two fused dumplings), along with chili oil and soy dipping sauce. It had the nice crispy skirt that indicates the care put in preparing it. Shoestring fries ($12) - generous amount of deep fried, McD's like fries. Great for sharing. The food was good and the service was what you would expect for carry-out

A one hour wait time for a table at Wazuzu brought us to Lobby Bar at Encore. ATMOSPHERE: Intimate setting that overlooks the casino. I was surprised at the amount of cigarette smoke wafting into the bar from the casino as the hotel used to have a very good ventilation system. COMPLIMENTARY: Cashews are my least favorite nut but man, the ones they serve here are fire! The honey mustard ones are good but the bloody mary ones are out of this world! BEVERAGE: Buena Vista Made with vanilla vodka, this was an excellent espresso martini served super chilled. Highly recommended. SERVICE: Seat yourself. Female server was very friendly and professional. OVERALL: Chill lounge with amazing cashews and killer martinis.

I love the Encore hotel but this Lobby Bar really fell short of the spectacular customer service and ambiance that Encore usually exudes. After a night of partying at XS, we decided to stop by for a late night (guess early morning) snack at 2am. They are open 24/7 and you seat yourself. It took over 15 minutes for the waitress to actual come over and take our order. Minus one. Then the food came out and it was TINY and salty portions. $23 for 3 mini sliders?! $12 for overly salted fries? A small cup of guacamole for $13? Nobody is filling my water and they forgot to give me a plate. Another minus. Then at the end, we are tired and bloated from the salty food and just want to check out but our server is nowhere to be found. Then we realize she is too busy gossiping with another friend/employee in the corner of the bar. I had to ask the bus boy for our check. Another minus. I know it's 3am but I still expect good customer service especially for this price point. I'll need to find another place to fill my late night cravings after clubbing as I do not plan to return here again.

Like many Vegas hotels & restaurants, Lobby Bar in Encore is extra AF with its decor; the plush red & gold color palette is eye-catching, as is the towering tree goddess (see pic.) Good quality duo of complimentary cashews -- the Bloody Mary ones packed some back-of-the-throat heat & the other flavor was slightly sweet. My dining partner liked their creamy hot chocolate. Unfortunately, my sticky toffee pudding was so sugary, I was loathe to take more than a few bites. The coffee ice cream also didn't pair well with the overly-sweet caramel. Hard pass on this dessert. Total: ~$19 not including tip.

This is my go to bar for evening drinks when I'm staying at the Encore (which is the only place I stay at in Las Vegas). My drink(s) of choice are Jameson Rocks and a Stella Artois. All the staff is very friendly and John seems to always be working while I'm in town. If you are staying at the Wynn /Encore, chech them out.

    Buena Vista (Espresso Martini)

Tried their Buena Vista (Espresso Martini). They use the blond roast version of Khalua, which is slightly more sour than the normal version. And on this day, they used a bit too much of it. They also use Absolute and charge $22 for it. They can probably do better, but it's open 24hrs so if you need an emergency 3am Espresso Martini, this is probably the place.

One of the most beautiful lobby bars I have seen. Of course the Encore is one of the most beautiful hotels in Vegas. A wonderful place to hang out for a quick drink, a great place to chat with friends, or a great solo working environment. Nice list of custom cocktails as well.

Great lobby bar at Encore while we waited for our friend to arrive. Sat at the bat and the bartenders were super friendly and we got to know them by name. We ordered some chicken tenders and cauliflower bites and they were good. Your typical bar food. Drinks were really good and definitely the right amount of alcohol. I got the Paper Tiger which is Casamigos Blanco Tequila, Ancho Verde Liqueur, habanero-spiced agave nectar, fresh lime, chile salt. Super tasty!

Nice open setting with nice variety of seating choices - bar, table, lounge and a solid selection of speciality cocktails. Great spot to relax and grab a cold cocktail!

Still the place to see and be seen when at the Encore. Just behind the registration and before the elevators is a plush and swanky bar with fancy drinks and appetizers. If you're single and ready to mingle or even with your partner - you'll enjoy a drink or two here. Remember to brush your hair and your teeth lol Cheers!

A few people in the club took their phones out on occasion, but it was nice to be mostly distraction free. The people I saw attempt to take photos were reminded of the policy and forced to delete the photos. I watched it happen twice... The security was locked in this night- Huge security staff and everyone could see them enforcing policies. The bottle service was great. Expensive, of course, but you know you're paying for that. The venue itself is beautifully designed, with a more intimate, sophisticated feel compared to larger Las Vegas clubs. It's a great option if you're looking for something stylish with a strong music and ambiance focus. The overall vibe is smooth and elevated -- great music, well-dressed crowd, and an atmosphere that feels exclusive without being overwhelming. One thing worth noting is the camera policy. The venue emphasizes a no-camera experience, which I understand is meant to maintain privacy and keep the focus on the moment. However, I did notice a few cameras out and about during the night, which made the policy feel a bit inconsistent. Not a major issue, but something that stood out. We were seated at the bar and had a nice time interacting with the cocktail craftsman/man in charge, Davey. The menu is his creative brainchild and changes a few times a year, with the current one based on the movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. There's a 90 minute limit and 2 drink minimum per guest. Because of the craft and attention to detail that goes into each cocktail, we finished our 2 drinks just about right at the 90 minute mark. I really enjoyed both of my cocktails but the one that stood out to me the most was Strange Medicine. It was reminiscent of a martini but with Brie-washed Old Bison vodka, Cocchi Americano, and herb oil. It was so good that I wasn't sure what drink to choose next, but Davey was helpful with a great recommendation for another cocktail served with a chunk of parmesan cheese on top. Keep in mind that you're paying for the experience and the level of craft. So with a 2 drink minimum it won't be a cheap experience but it's definitely something worth checking out for the unique, creative cocktails.

Pro: Fear and Loathing menu, updated furniture, yummy drinks…read more Con: Not the previous Laundry Room you remembered, glorified tourist trap, lack of atmosphere control. Slow drink service. The Laundry Room is dead, long live the Laundry Room. The remodel that took place during Jan to May 2026 saw a wide amount of change from Corner Management, the mother company of LR. They got rid of the absolute corner stone of the lead bartender, Anthony, and redecorated the place to look more like the sister bar, Doberman Drawing Room (5 Stars). The remodel was absolutely needed, as the regulars and Dean's List could point out, the place was kind of falling apart. From water warped bar top, uncomfortable chairs, and chipped paint/worned carpet, you would think this place WAS left over from the Prohibition era. What sets this establishment apart from any of the pretend speakeasy on the strip is the atmosphere. At any given time, you could cram 16 people there at a time, even with the reduced drinking time cut from 2 hours to 90 minutes, this place could only cycle thru 50 to 60 people from the reduced nightly opening of 4 hours from 6 hours previously. This make LR special, not some faux speakeasy in Cosmo or Resort World that could jam in 80 people per hour with room to spare. Gone is the rugged identity of the old laundry room for El Cortez, this is spiced up, every square inch of the wall is covered with some art piece, very much different from the Depression era decor. Some art selection are just straight up chaos from the management, the main cherub piece behind the bar is just insanity. The new master of house, Davey, showed skills with his new 14 drink menu, but fell short of what made LR great in the past 14 years. Now, the man had just two months to create his drink list and per himself, had to start from the scratch from when he took over.. So, with that said, let's focus on the drinks. Hemingway Dalguiri, Dust + Ether, and High Noon Static - all great in taste, presentation, and talent, abet we can see the hesitation when making his own drinks, thus slowing down service by quite a bit. My party saw him struggle making 6 drinks at once, 4 of them the same drinks. Recommendation from someone else, maybe record the drink making process and try to eliminate non productive habits and motions via video viewing. Since Davey is a visionary, looking in the past is a deal breaker for him. If you are trying to finish up a previous menu for the Dean's List, the joke is on you, that is a no. Where the hostess (the only person that survived the purge from the remodel) explained to him that exception needs to happen to keep the Dean's List going, the answer was a no since no one at management told him about this. When asked about what will the new requirements will be for the future, it's simple, finish the menu before it's replaced with no chance of catching up. Once a menu is done, it's done. I guess it's easier to keep the drinks under control with less ingrediencies needed behind the bar, but wait a minute... drink number 15, Research and Development, that should give Davey some leeway to non menu drinks right? Turns out, not so much. Sidecar- cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice. Simple right? He leaves the room to get something from Commonwealth... didn't management installed a new fridge to hold the larger ice cubes, where previous bar keep have to venture out all the time? Turns out, there was no Cognac or any Brandy in the Laundry Room. I can see how things are shaped, strict bottle control is for the benefit of the bar, not for the customer. There is now Vodka, foam, and milk wash but lost Cognac or Brandy, but besides the freedom of choices were also compounded with complete lack of rules. For the last 14 years, the hostess and bar staff on rotation were friendly yet firm about house rules. First given upon entering the secret or window doors, then by the bartender after an aperitif is given (now eliminated). No photo, religion, politic, standing at the bar, name dropping, brawling, telephone calls, PDA, and smoking, plus don't be creepy, be patient, and know your limit. Most of these were not enforced the first 2 times my party of regulars have visited since the remodel. The cardinal sin of allowing one single 4 top to seat 2 people at a time is just wild. But hey, no rules are listed on the new simple menu and none giving at the door or at the seats. So what is this place now? 20 to 23 dollars for a drink plus more for popcorn. All for the experience of being in a noise warfare between Commonwealth and La Mona Rosa's speaker systems, with LR's own music turned up high, and the piano only used one night of the week. I would recommend Doberman Drawing Room as of now for better drinks options, less noise, and vibe. The new menu to replace Fear and Laundry will come out this Fall, will be bring some regulars with me to check on LR again and hopefully give more than 2 stars on the next review.
