Hedgerow has many different types of loose-leaf tea, including some premixed blends designed to alleviate various issues (such as sleeping issues or an upset stomach). They also sell individual herbs, and you can choose the types and amount you need. If you are unsure what products might work well for you, I would recommend asking a worker for advice. The woman I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable about the different products, and she recommended a tincture to reduce cramps. I was pleasantly surprised by how much of a difference it made! It reduced the pain and I did not experience any negative side effects. It was a great value for my money, and I would definitely purchase it again.

This shop helped me get rid of horrible, itchy acne I had for 2 years that not even the dermatologists at OHSU could remedy (sure, I had to drink a special tea 3x a day, take herbal capsules 2x a day and steam a few times a week - cleared up in 2 months!). Whether you're a novice or make your own plant medicine, this is the place to go. I will note that sometimes there can be very inexperienced herbalists working on their own who won't be able to answer questions or help you find a solution. They were having a grand opening on Saturday but I was too ill to go so I went on Sunday. I explained what was happening, sore throat, congestion, headache, cough, etc... and they recommended the mint tea with CBD infusion to help with my symptoms. I ordered it and sat and drank it there while I chatted with the owners. They are also brothers so that was super cool. They said they were the only game in town and how did I hear about them since I was traveling and I said Facebook. They were kind, gracious and knowledgeable about herbs and I totally dug that. They also ship all over the country and to Canada which is cool. I shared that I also love the hibiscus plant and they recommended the tea they had so I got some to go. Alright, alright! You made me admit it, this place, Super Supplements, is freakin' Disneyland for supplement addicts! This place is pretty new, just opened a few months ago so when you walk in it still has that new store smell to it. Marie Thompson, the manager is incredibly knowledgeable especially in homeopathy, her staff continues to impress me with great customer service every time. Helpful, but not pushy, they let you browse without hovering and always great suggestions and sometimes even have free samples of products you can try. My main interest is in Nutrition 53 products (owned by former NFL Linebacker Bill Romanowski) and they have most of the products I need in stock. Any that I want but are not in stock can be in store within 4 days maximum, without shipping charges. I have used them to pick up Kelp, Vitamin D, a shaker bottle and a variety of proteins and amino acids. Prices are fair, I know some people think they are a little high but you have to realize that Super Supplements doesn't carry junk like some drug stores or big box stores, everything there is from a quality manufacturer made with the best stuff. So yeah, take your $4 Walmart vitamins, you'll get out of them what you pay for them. Once you try stuff that really works you'll never go back. Speaking of shaker bottles, they carry this amazing bottle called the Blender Bottle, it has a round wire ball inside of it to act like a whisk. It is so freakin' cool! There's always this wet, powdery glump at the bottom of the bottle or glass when you mix by spoon, but not with this thing, you shake it up and even the hardest thing to stir (for me that's Nutrition 53 Neuro1) is perfectly mixed, no glumps or clumps. Best $7 I ever spent. Somewhere, some person thought of this and is a multi-millionaire now. I hate that person. In closing I just have to say, get out of drug stores and big box stores for your healthy supplement needs, go someplace with knowledgeable people, a good selection and where everybody knows your name. Like this place.
