We brought five 8 year olds for a birthday party and had an absolute blast. The staff were extremely helpful and worked with me to include a little birthday message to my son at the end. It was perfect. They gave us small helpful hints when we needed it to keep the kids interest and we were able to get to the end. The kids did great and were so proud of themselves for their accomplishment. Plan your kids next birthday here! No party room or over priced/over stimulating arcades. Just pure puzzle fun. Lots of fun! We played the easy room as this was the first time for our group of 6 and that was a good choice. It takes a minute to figure out how it all works, and then the real fun begins. Our group had a really great experience here on a Friday evening. The location is a little odd, but inside it's cozy and feels very homey. Our host gave us a very warm reception and was fully committed to the pirate themed game, accent and all. We especially appreciated how she showed us how directional locks work and told us what not to waste our time on. There were lockers in which to stow our personal belongings, and we were allowed to take off our masks during the game. The room was small and not overcrowded which helped prevent distractions. We loved that the floor was made of real sand and the room smelled like coconut. With her clear directions and hilarious hints we were able to solve the game with five minutes to spare. I would like to suggest that they make the speaker system in the escape room louder as it was hard to hear unless we were completely silent. We were a group of 7 and at any given time 2 of us were just standing around while the others were crowded around a lock, so I would definitely suggest limiting your group to 4-5 people for an optimal experience. Overall we had such a blast and definitely want to try the other games offered! read more

This was our first escape room experience and I couldn't have been happier. Easy to use website, clean and inviting space, and the escape room itself was just challenging enough for the three 11-year-olds and this 43 year old chaperone to get out in the nick of time. Throughout, the girls were high-fiving each other, shouting out, "We did it!" and, my favorite, "We've each solved at least one puzzle!" Really fun. Took my 15 year old with three of his friends. We did the pirate one 4/5 in difficulty. I pretty much just supervised. They needed a few clues (I would have too) but they finished it in just over an hour 1:05. Would recommend. read more

As avid escape room visitors around the country, we really enjoyed this experience in Santa Rosa. We did "the Babysitter" and were pleasantly surprised with a number of twists in this fun room. With only two of us we needed a few hints to stay on track but it was manageable. We finished the room with a few minutes to spare. Shout if to our fun game master, Ty who knew when we needed a little push to keep us going. I then called multiple times a few hours later and the next day, and now their mailbox is full (even though I haven't left more messages). This was my first escape room experience ever, and it was absolutely great!! I went with a group of adult friends and kids and a good time was had by all. Laura was so hospitable and really made the whole experience special. I was slightly nervous about being "locked" in a room, but Laura assured me I was always safe and free to do what I want. It really is a great experience for all ages, it was challenging enough for the adults but there were also things that the kids were able to help out with. At first I was a bit unsure of it all, but about 5 minutes in, you are totally engaged with all the puzzles and the time flies by! Lots of laughs were had by all and we enjoyed reminiscing about it the next day. The facilities were very well kept, a great lobby with complimentary water bottles and clean restrooms, as well as lockers for your phones and personal belongings. Laura was as sweet as can be and I highly recommend this escape room!!! A great way to connect with loved ones in a fun way!
