Our second escape room with Reed, and definitely the most exciting! We had so much fun, that even a minor black out during the game couldn't put a damper on it. The staff was super professional and quick to respond/check on us that we were ok, and the lights came right back like it never happened. The rooms are built very well, and you definitely lose yourself in the experience. The puzzles are well thought out and just difficult enough so they aren't obvious, but that they can be figured out with enough outside the box thinking. Everyone had a great time! My son wanted to do the babysitter room for his birthday. There was one adult and five kids. The puzzles were challenging and we did request a clue at one point. I liked that it was an actual clue, not just the solution, and it confirmed some things we already knew and gave us a few ideas for some different things to try. I also appreciated that we weren't actually locked in the room and that we were checked on to let us know how much time we had left and to inquired if we were stuck. Having a group is helpful/necessary as not everyone will see things the same way and some of the "unconventional" ideas people had ended up allowing us to find the solution. I'd never have solved it by myself. The kids, with a little adult help, solved it with six minutes to spare, which was cutting it close, but everyone was super excited with the victory. If we hadn't solved it, I would have wanted to go back and try again. Highly recommended for a fun and unique activity. read more

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR FIRST TIMERS!!! Such a fun place! My very first ever escape room (along with my fiance, brother, and his girlfriend) and it did not disappoint! Don't let theme fool you, The Babysitter was quite challenging! The set up is in a child's bedroom and you need to find a special toy belonging to the child (you.) It's a very cute escape room but there are A LOT of great puzzles inside that really get your brain gears turning! The smile on my face throughout and after the experience said it all, I was truly impressed! The difficulty was great for us first timers, not too hard but definitely not too easy! Our age group was between 22-28 and we were able to finish the room in just over half an hour! The owner, Laura, was a delight within herself. She was incredibly enthusiastic and you could tell that she really loves what she does. She gave a lot of helpful tips before we even got into the room and that helped with our success by a landslide! She also was on standby, ready to give us a hint if need be (we take a lot of pride in only needing one haha!) She also showed us a few awesome card tricks and had some other handheld puzzles in the lobby as well. The whole environment of the place was just overall very welcoming, as if we were visiting a longtime friend. Laura made us realize that we definitely want to do more escape rooms and make it a tradition when we're all together. The lady was so kind, friendly and professional, she got the kids even more excited than they already were! Went for both of the kids birthdays and she tailored the final surprise with a wonderful happy birthday message and even gave us a little extra time since we were obvious novices! We wanted something fun to do as a family on Mother's Day and took the Philosopher's Stone portable puzzle home to try as a family. We had so much fun! It was difficult, but not impossible and allowed the four of us to work together, share laughs, work through frustrations, have epiphanies, and celebrate when we finally reached the end. So much fun! 3 friends and I did our first ever Escape Room and had a blast! We chose The Pirate's Treasure 8/10 difficulty. We were able to solve the puzzle - with a few hints from our hostess - and it was very challenging and entertaining. Some of the puzzles were seriously so ingenious! There was quite a variety of puzzle types, locks, and many were quite difficult. But they are listening in the whole time, and you can either ask for hints or they will offer up hints if you're so stuck that you might run out of time. I think we could have eventually solved them all with no hints - if given a whole lot more time. The story setup was fun and interesting and the room itself was set up nicely as the pirate's hidden hoard on an island - there was even sand! Every time we solved a puzzle was exciting, and when we finally found the treasure, it was quite a thrill! Our hostess (one of the owners) was very friendly, engaging and helpful thoroughout the time it took us to solve the puzzles and find the hidden treasure. They took pictures at the end for us, and even made me a sign for my birthday! I highly recommend visiting this escape room if you have the chance. You'll have a great time! read more

Proxy did not appear to be paying full attention and clues were not helpful as they were about parts we hadn't gotten to yet or things we had already solved. Went here for the first time and I will have to admit I had a great time. Im not the kind of person that would ever do this but went with my wife and grandson for his 15th birthday. When it started I was not really into it but darn it if I didnt start to become interested. The clues were hard to find but after you got them I thought "that makes sense...how did I miss it". We took the whole hour but it flew by. If you are one of those guys that says "I dont want to do that...they are way to easy" you are wrong.
