In a very beginning, there was quite a few issues which left me very upset, but I called to speak with someone who was in charge. They told me to talk to. Derek Wayne So I gave it a chance, considering we all are human and we all make mistakes but God's grace falls up on us every day that we are living and we have to show example of his grace and mercy not only was Mr. Derek Wayne very understanding about the situation. He was also compassion about the situation and was determined to get to the bottom of it, but at this point I was done and could not take anymore. It was very emotional for me for one reason my father gave me this truck and that's why it made me sad after I paid money to get services done. There was still issues but again I say, Mr. Derek Wayne Was trying his best to make things right despite the era he asked me what would you like to be done? I told him I'm just going to get rid of the truck and start over but what done is done, but I would like to have part of my money back because it wasn't right and he agreed I didn't ask for it all back because God knows the truth and that's all that matters so I pray that he blesses Mr. Derek Wayne her being an angel during this time thank you again.

Left car disgustingly dirty with no effort to clean fingerprints left.

Made an appointment for 8 am to get an oil change and a service recall. Jeremiah was very condescending the whole check in process. When I asked him how long he looked at me and said "today?" He said they had me scheduled for a drop off. I said they never told me that and I made an appointment. He said yeah we don't take appointments normally because we're so busy and it's going to be a while. Awful customer service. Go to another ford for service.

I know very little about cars, but I do know and appreciate working with a good salesperson. I can promise, if you walk into Hendricks Toyota and ask to work with Alijah N. you'll have a great experience! He is a sales person who really knows the product, he knows how to talk to people, and communicates information clearly. Plus if you are stuck at the car lot all day, he is genuinely an enjoyable person to spend the day with. He was so nice in fact, as we pulled away, after being there for a long 5 hours, I joked to myself, we should probably add Alijah to our Christmas card list. He took the time to answer all of my 80 year old Mom's questions. He treated her with respect and kindness the entire day and honestly was a "great host" to us- offering tea to warm up or a drink of bottled water. He stayed late to set up her phone to the car, which I'm sure is not uncommon, but then he impressed me once more. He was holding my Mom's phone, showing her how it works with her new car and he noticed the phone beeped. He must have someone in his family with diabetes, because he instantly knew the alert was my Mom's blood sugar monitor and without skipping a beat, he politely offered to get her a snack. I thought it was so nice that he acknowledged it, instantly offered a solution, and did it all without making it a big deal or making my Mom feel uncomfortable. The guy is a class act and a great salesman to work with. If you are in the market for a Toyota, check out Alijah N at Hendricks. There was a 2nd guy at Toyota who ensured we had a really positive experience at Hendricks. His name tag said, Anthony but he introduced himself as A.J., I believe he is a manager, he is one of the guys they have sitting in the office zone who come out and negotiate when necessary. I ended up seeing AJ twice over my Mom and I's "car shopping week". Honestly, I probably gave him a bit of a hard time the first day, I'm weary of people ripping off my Mom, so guards up. But A.J. won me over by the end, I felt he was genuinely doing what he could on price to earn her business. He seems like a go-getter, a hard working type who really is putting in the effort to build up return clientele for the business. He seemed honest, and not nearly as swarmy as so many sales guys you meet. Since you'll see him several times a year, after buying a car from them (oil changes, tire rotations), I think it's good to feel like there is a manager who wants to help you out where he can. I feel like, if we have a problem down the road, at least there is a manager there I can call who will help make things right. So, 5 stars for Hendricks Toyota for the experience I had with Alijah N. and A.J.

Another employee handed me my invoice, and I noticed that I had been billed significantly more than I anticipated. I mentioned that my initial quote was considerably lower. The employee reviewed my invoice and confirmed that I should not have been charged for certain items. I was billed an excess of $400 beyond the original quotation. Furthermore, the final invoice differed from the initial estimate. Consequently, I was highly dissatisfied and contemplated ceasing any further transactions at this facility.

I've been…read moreworking with Jen for over 8 years now, and she has always gone above and beyond every single time I bring my car in. She's professional, but also very warm and easy to talk to, which makes the whole process feel a lot less stressful. Most recently I was in a tough spot with my car, and Jen didn't just deliver the bad news and send me on my way. She really went to bat for me and worked through the situation with the dealership and warranty team to help get things resolved. The amount of effort and care she put into helping me truly meant a lot. I drive quite a bit, so having a dependable car is really important to me. Jen has always been great about making sure my car stays on top of the maintenance it needs and keeping me in the loop the whole time. She's knowledgeable, trustworthy, quick to respond, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps. If you have a Lexus and need service, I highly recommend working with Jen. She's the reason I keep coming back year after year.

Do not trust Hendrix management team. You should see his billionaire home in Fort Lauderdale as he how's his management team ripping off customers on small items. Be fearful! So after receiving the note to call them. I did and Kathleen does not even exist according to the receptionist informed the receptionist on what was going on and she didn't seem to carry either. It's just common practice for Hendrix. I will be selling the car.

Battery: dead Schedule: busy…read moreAvailability to take car to dealer: no Mobile service needed: yes Prymo did a fairly primo job for me. My car, like many cars that are on the market today, has tons of bells and whistles, so adding a battery means doing a reset and reprogram. Guess what? I don't have the tools or the knowledge on how to do that. Could I change a battery many years ago? Absolutely! Could I change a battery now? No way... That's why I needed someone with the tools, the know-how, and the availability. I put in a request via Yelp to get a project started, and Prymo was the first to respond and had availability the next morning. They sent a tech to my house, he quickly diagnosed that the battery had no charge left, even though I had a jump the day before, and he commenced replacement. I didn't have to do anything other than do what I usually do, which is work from home. Fast-forward a half-hour and the job was done. I had a new battery, the tech had reprogrammed everything to its proper state, and he was on his way. Prymo accepts debit and credit, though a credit card purchase will come with a 3% charge, which is very fair since that's what the banks stick to the business. It wasn't cheap, but most of the cost was in the actual battery itself, which came with a five-year warranty. Great response, simple to navigate and schedule, and the tech was professional and skilled. Great experience and highly recommend if you're in the same situation.
