Sold us a car and within a month noticed a bad oil leak. Took it in and were told that there was a coolant leak too and the coolant was empty. I thought enterprise checked their cars before selling them, but apparently not. They're very helpful when getting your money, but once they have it, they could care less about the lemon they sold you. Extremely frustrating. read more

I came here after an awful experience with a local Toyota dealership. I told Matt the GM that I did not want to haggle. He said that's great because they don't haggle. I sat with Craig and he did a great job of discovery asking questions of how I am going to use the car. I took a few cars for a test drive and made a decision quickly but at no time did they pressure me. I met with the finance guy Thomas who got me a great APR. he did push quite a bit to add on an extended warranty. but after a few "no's" he conceded. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in. In fact, Craig let me fill out that part on the tablet knowing I had a bad experience at Toyota. The entire experience took about 3.5 hours but I left with no "buyer's remorse." read more

My husband and I recently bought a brand new vehicle before he deployed from a large, well known dealership. The car buying process was a nightmare, they never informed us on what options did what, and sold us a brand new car with way more miles on it than we signed on for (I mean hundreds more). Needless to say we wanted to get rid of it, as the car seemed to be nothing but bad luck. After searching at similar near by dealerships for a larger car, it was the same pushy pushy, lying attitude most car salesmen have. Finally I realized Enterprise has car sales, and had the make, model, trim, and year vehicle I wanted with low mileage at a good price. They gave me a great trade in on my 5 month old car as well. No one in this office pushed anything on us, no one in the office made us feel like I had to buy it now. The guys that I dealt with helped us understand what was what, and when we declined further warranty coverage, that was the end of it. No further pushing. I would never consider buying a car from any other place, this was the most pleasing experience in terms of purchasing a car I've ever dealt with. Personally, I find buying a car stressful. Glad I don't have to do it often. But my experience at Enterprise Sales was amazing - Matt, Brandon, and Jesse were phenomenal. From helping me select the right car to helping me deal with paperwork and financing, I went in merely looking and drove out with a car I love. No high pressure sales tactics. No condescension either. And I think their "haggle free" policy is smart - they have a very fair price on their retired rental cars so you're not wasting time with (for me) the worst part of the used car game. After visiting a few dealerships as well as Enterprise Car Sales, the difference was stark. I couldn't believe how easy the process could be until I visited Enterprise. They actually ask your name and REMEMBER it. I felt heard and cared for by not just one person at Enterprise, but by all. Everyone went out of their way to take interest in providing the vehicle that was best to meet my needs. I have had amazing service at ERAC locations but my recent experience was the best. Kelly, Neil and Kyle were so friendly and helpful during the process. I called the night before my rental reservation requesting a specific make and model. I wanted to try it out before a possible future purchase of the vehicle. I had a pretty good experience with Enterprise Car Sales. On the other hand, I have a few issues with the company. They need to do a better job at having all the paper work together and better expectation of the car before turning it over to the new car owner. These are the only issues that need to be fixed. My vehicle was stolen and the insurance agent put me in a rental vehicle with Enterprise for a few weeks. The rental agent referred me to the sales side since it was a total loss and I had an amazing experience working with this team. I'll admit I was skeptical at first since I hadn't bought a car through a rental company (I actually hadn't bought a car in over 10 years). They understood my situation, knowing that I needed a car but also didn't want to rush into something. I wasn't in the market for a new car, so I had no clue what make or model or body type I wanted (not to mention the various colors and features). I had contacted several other dealerships during the process and was constantly harassed by phone and email, begging me to come in, offering me one deal after another. It was just too much to handle. Calvin, the sales consultant at Enterprise, was very helpful in explaining the process and was overly genuine in making sure I found what I wanted. Everyone in the office was helpful and the general vibe was the exact opposite of what I had experienced at other dealerships. There was no sales pitch, no "what's it gonna take to get you in this vehicle?" speech, and definitely no smoke and mirrors to try and confuse me. Everything was well laid out. Mostly this is due to the no haggle price, which makes everything much easier from start to finish. I did my research all along and couldn't find a similar car at a better price. I looked at other area car dealerships for my first adult car and not only did I get the highest trade value for my trade in but also by far the best customer service. I went in without my fiancé and was worried I would get taken advantage of, as I felt at other dealerships. On the contrary, I felt so comfortable w my sales agent and all the agents at the dealership. They were all very friendly and courteous and I never felt rushed or pressured. They even let me drive the car for a few hours so I could really determine whether I liked it. I will probably never buy from any other used dealer.
