The service, experiences, expertise and care has been exceptional every year under each doctor. The support staff has also been excellent. In recent years I see a LOT of new faces but again, the experience is flawless. The only piece of feedback when I do call to order lenses is I get asked what I wear and typically when I call I'm at work (hey gang..... you're in front of your system and my records - help me out... ;) ) Yesterday's wait time was a bit delayed again, not by much. Maybe 10 minutes delayed in what...16 years? I'll take it. My fiance goes to PVC now and he too has great experiences with the staff. I used to be so specific only seeing one doctor and over the years you let it go and I've seem a majority of them whenever something would happen and I needed immediate care. ALL of them are very reasonable and very much partner with you on care for your eyes. I trust my care with any of them. Huge huge fan of Professional VisionCare.
