Their price for the kit was very reasonable and it included all the items I knew I would need (bags, heat pack, insulated styrofoam box, etc). In my moving-across-the-country-stress-induced haste, I ordered the kit, and entered the incorrect shipping address! I entered in the California address as opposed to the New York address (which is where my fish and I still resided for a few more weeks!) This error came to my attention when I saw the shipping confirmation email. Oops. I called Ship Your Aquatics within an hour of receiving the shipment email, and a human actually answered the phone. Yea, that is a rarity these days. His name was Brad, and he was more than friendly and helpful in accommodating my issue. He contacted fedex and had the address changed. Unfortunately I trusted the advice given to me by Jacob and I purchased a flower horn blue polar parrot hybrid juvenile. When I got home and did some more research I realized how unfit my tank is for this type of fish. It has already began eating the fins off of my long fin Cory's and it is also going after the Khuli loaches. I now have to rush around and try to find a different home for this fish. Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend going here unless you know what you are looking for and you know not to take their advice cause they are only trying to sell you fish you don't need can't provide for. We left with 5 fish and some bacteria stuff. 6 days later and they still seem happy and healthy. We will be going back in the future.
