I was leaving the country soon, and she helped me in a huge way to go back and have his uniforms printed. She brought them out to me still hot with the logos still needing to dry and cool. I can not thank Melba enough and want to say that even in a small store, filled with waiting parents, her staff was ALL very kind and friendly. There were over 20 people standing around waiting. I saw no employees in the shoe department. We hung around for about 10 minutes and then decided to take our business elsewhere. While walking towards the exit around 2:44pm I said to my wife I wonder where all the help is located and that's when I saw it. There were 6 employees standing at the front counter chatting away. A few gentlemen even high fived one another. But once again upon leaving no one could've been bothered by us enough to say have a good day. Before writing this review, I scrolled through the history of reviews and observed only one from 3 years ago that spoke to the customer service of the place and they stated it was a terrible experience. I can't blame the employees. I blame the leadership. They should hold their team accountable. With poor leadership follows poor employee service. Do better Dick's.
