This unfortunately isn't a very generous window. To my dismay I was on day 6 so they said they couldn't. I explained that I live about 30min away and am off work around 630/7 so it's VERY difficult to make it down within the 5d period. After explaining this they said they could make an exception. The one downside is their driftwood pricing. They do have sims decent selection; however there's no set pricing guidelines. Other LFS stores use color-coded zip ties to denote price; here they don't. Online it says they sell based on weight; however the times I've bought pieces they've never weighed it: it seems like they just come up with a number and that's what you pay up. I guess another downside is they have a smaller selection (of goods in general) than other local LFS stores and they're a bit pricier.

It was weird but I contacted them and they sent it for delivery on Thursday. Order gets here it's missing one of the nice corals I was hoping for. I contacted then and after a few days without a response they took responsibility for the missing pieces but would not ship it to me even though they forgot to send it. I'm waiting on a refund as I don't want store credit as I will not purchase from them again till their service improves.

We road-tripped to San Diego to pick up our auction winnings and ended up hanging around so long I'm pretty sure John started wondering whether we were planning to move in. The entire crew was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient, even while I repeatedly attempted to negotiate my way into owning several shrooms that were very clearly outside my budget. To their credit, they politely declined my brilliant proposals involving discounts, sympathy, and what I considered highly persuasive arguments. The coral selection is absolutely insane. Every time you think you've found your favorite piece, another one appears that you suddenly "can't live without." The auctions are an absolute blast and have become one of the highlights of the hobby. Great people, great deals, friendly competition, and enough excitement to keep everyone glued to the chat. Honestly, they're more fun than a frat party, and judging by the number of times "explain that one to your wife" comes up in the auction chat, I'm clearly not the only one making questionable financial decisions in pursuit of beautiful corals. Most importantly, the corals are stunning, healthy, and exactly as advertised. If you look closely it's a decomposed baby crusted gecko, looks like it's been there maybe months. His eyes were sinked in. Basically just skin I couldn't believe my eyes i thought it was just his shed that had came off.. however after really looking at it, i knew its been dead for a little bit. Not only that but there are spiders INSIDE the enclosure. Black widows from what it looks like, they have a lot of spider eggs just chillen in there with these live baby crusted geckos . I'm not sure if they check these animals often . After seeing that, i told the people that worked there and they not only did he confirm it was dead he actually discovered a SECOND one dead in there.. im not sure how often they check these animals, from the looks of it, not often at all. but a lot of these reptiles looks sad and sick. But this is something that amazed me. I just couldn't believe it. DO BETTER PET KINGDOM PLEASE Also on a side note, their prices are ridiculous. 34$ for a fake plant for an enclosure. The cork is expensive. Branches are small and expensive I guarantee you anyone who buys a reptile from here , their reptile is already sick and or will die due to parasites and bad health.
