Discovered on recommendation from the Korean Store up the road. This is a very good fish market. It has all the usual fish and shellfish suspects and a few we did not know. Spacious for fish browsing. The large cafe is attached. Friendly service and good food. We had the catfish sandwich on nice flat white bread. it was very lightly fried and not a smidge of grease anywhere. I piled it high with onion, lettuce, pickles mustard and hot sauce. Pablo had the mullet platter. Boney but he does not mind picking through for the flesh. It's far to go here from our beach west end but worth a trip every couple of months methinks if over in PC. read more

Hidden gem! We love oysters. We have been to just about all of the "famous" oyster places around. RTF should be at the top of that list. Our party of 3 also has the crab claws, the fried shrimp and the fried catfish. All superb. Walked right in on a Saturday night during peak season. 10-14 dollars on pictures of cold beer. If you're wanting some SERIOUSLY fresh seafood, they have everything you'd want & more! One side is the seafood market and the other is the restaurant. We bought a good amount of fish & they cleaned/fileted them for us. Bagged on ice while we eat at the restaurant. Very professional service! The guy who sold all our fish to us when we came in, he was pulling crabs! That's so very important for fresh crab, not to allow any dead/almost dead crabs to linger with the live ones. Afterwards, we went into the restaurant. I got the shrimp platter with fried okra and baked beans. My husband got the grouper sandwich with fried okra & mac n cheese. The shrimp were fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned! Even though they didn't need it, their housemade cocktail sauce is incredible! Baked beans are absolutely delicious and one of a kind, chock-full of onions, peppers, and sausage! Fried okra was good and cooked perfectly, but lacked seasoning. They gave us 2 hushpuppies and they were so good!!! My husband devoured his grouper sandwich and helped with my shrimp , as they give you plenty!! You really need to give them a try. We've been here twice. We got jalapeño cheese curds as an appetizer with marinara sauce this time. They were so hot and tasty and came out quickly! For dinner I had the Cajun grouper, with hush puppies, green beans, and cheese grits. The portion size was well worth the price. This was not just seasoned fish; it was served over rice with tri-colored bell peppers, onions, and a Cajun sauce. I was so impressed and the flavor is unbeatable! Service was friendly, and prompt. So disappointed! We've driven by this restaurant for months and have admired the number of cars there each time. So we went: My husband's FRIED OYSTERS WERE MUSHY AND HIS FRENCH FRIES WERE SOGGY AND SOFT. Though the fries were redone, he ate his not-so-wonderful oysters begrudgingly, he still was STILL WITHOUT his coleslaw! His first choice would have been the Blue Crabs, but they didn't have any. I ordered sauteed scallops and RECEIVED FRIED SCALLOPS INCORRECTLY and was assured that my sauteed scallops were being prepared. Okay. So, I picked at the macaroni and cheese (good flavor, but not hot) and the coleslaw (attractive and yummy) and a few of the fried scallops (I was hungry, after all) and waited and waited for the sauteed scallops to arrive. Yum! Yum! when they finally came. My husband agreed the new order of scallops were much better than the fried ones. My water was never refreshed. And when the waitress asked if everything was okay, she interrupted me as I attempted to explain. Really? After the meal, we went to get some fresh oysters for take-home, AND THEY WERE OUT OF THEM TOOO! NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. NO COMPENSATION WAS MADE FOR ANY OF THESE BREACHES IN GOOD SERVICE--SAD, BUT TRUE. $40+ DOWN THE TOILET! read more

Fried grouper throats were nicely breaded and delish. The sides were frozen and small. They would do better to cut their own fries, and batter their own okra. I mean their batter would be great on the okra. Selection of beer is good and cold. Grouper sandwich basket had plenty of fries. so maybe that's the way to go here. They need to step it up to get more stars for these prices. $11.99 for throats is fine but thin sides are not. Should get two sides that are full sized. Service was fine, and fast. I am a snowbird enjoying Florida this month. Asked my fishing guide today where to get some good shrimp. He said go to Reel Time and get the Low Counrty Boil. Boy was he right. You pick the fresh shrimp you want, they cook along with corn, new potatoes and the best andouille sausage I have ever had. Staff super friendly. Grand opening of restaurant is March 3. This is not fancy, just fresh, fresh and well cooked! Need to try oyster bar and gumbo next time. They shuck them right there. read more

WOW. I was so impressed by this local seafood restaurant tonight. The staff is amazing. Our waitress, Amy, MADE OUR NIGHT! Seriously, she was so funny and interactive. It's my dads birthday and this lady MADE HIM A FULL CAKE and gave him a T-shirt. My dad and his cousin were messing with her all night and she played along and had an amazing attitude. Everything came out fast too. Very efficient and fresh. The food was incredible too, and prices were more than reasonable. I can't wait to go back.
