I went into the office this morning very skeptical because of some of the reviews. I was met with…read morethe complete opposite experience here. 1. The $295 fee was told to me during scheduling and I understood the need as the issue couldn't be found with a simple X-ray. Actually, no issue was found with an X-ray. If it weren't for the scan, my issue wouldn't have been found. With the pain I'm in, I am happy to pay to find answers. I know this gets people super mad that they have to pay it but that is an insurance problem. If you want to get to the root of your needs, this is probably very necessary. 2. From the moment I walked in the office until the moment I left, the entire staff was so kind to me. I asked questions, they answered. I even called when I got home because I wanted to clarify some items, they were completely informative and answered everything I needed. 3. I would have been able to get this taken care of the very next day if I needed it. That's always a plus considering the pain I'm in. Overall the process was smooth and painless. This was a consultation only and I do go in for the actual work next week. I will definitely follow up for a second part based on experience. So far, I recommend this place.

Dr. Alexander gave me a thorough breakdown of treatment, even voicing concern of postponing until after the holidays to minimize my risk of having temporaries on for too long. He was able to perform both tooth procedures the same day with minimal discomfort, explaining what was being done in the process and actively ensuring the numbing agent did not wear out until the procedure was done. Highly recommend.

I'd advise anyone who is pregnant or plans on becoming pregnant to avoid this office. Dr Lee does…read morenot feel comfortable providing even a basic cleaning to 1st/3rd trimester pregnant women despite all major guidelines including American Dental Association and ACOG (ob gyn guidelines) ensuring it is perfectly safe and strongly recommended. It's extremely important that pregnant women get routine cleanings during their pregnancy as they are at increased risk of gum disease. Dr Lee chooses to go against all major guidelines and enforce his own policy denying pregnant women important dental care that they need. I find this to be a red flag, if he's uncomfortable doing a basic cleaning for someone who's pregnant, I wonder if he is truly confident in his skills as a dentist overall.

After my procedure, they got me right back in to complete my crowns, and I couldn't be happier with the results! This was by far the best root canal and dental experience I've ever had. I'm so grateful for the excellent care I received--thank you to my dentist Dr. Daniel Lee and his wonderful team for making this such a great experience! Debbie R

As is a common experience for many, I really doing like going to the dentist, but that changed once…read moreI started going to Orange Village. Dr. Ray and Amanda and the rest of the team have been so kind and thorough with their care. I love how Amanda informs me along the way about everything that she's doing so I know what to expect rather than just being told to "open up". She truly has become a household name and all we want to do is make Amanda and Dr Ray proud.

Moved into the area and decided to find someone more local than my previous dentist (who I…read morerespected). I made an appt with Dr. Hasan. Filled out my intake form in office noting I was pregnant about 3-4 times. They took me in for an xray. After the initial head scan, I was scanned maybe 3 more times in the chair. Only until I was spun around in the chair I saw the sign that said if pregnant to inform the tech. Tech had no idea I was pregnant due to my intake form not fully loaded on their end. You would think its standard of care to ask especially if they havent had the chance to check the intake form. The cleaning itself was subpar, it wad done by Dr. Hasan. The prep by the assistant flossing my teeth was longer than the actual cleaning. It felt like my teeth was only polished. And she recommended that I do some laser treatment because my gums had slight bleeding (granted she poked at them with a sharp tool). I was giving her the benefit of doubt that she had my best interest. She even mentioned given my pregnancy it is common to have more bleeding. I agreed to the laser but after speaking to another dentist at different office they said it was an elective procedure and I only needed to be more diligent in flossing. Of course my insurance didnt cover it and it was around $250 for a 5 minute procedure. I will not be returning here, they also overbook and I was there for 1.5hrs for subpar cleaning and a lot of waiting. My husband also had a visit the same day. They only did xrays and imaging and claimed he needed deep cleaning which will cost him around $300 after insurance. But it would make sense why he needs deep cleaning since all they do is polish your teeth rather than actually cleaning. Also never in my life did I have to hold my own suction tool to aid the dentist and assistant during a "cleaning" They dont have your best interest, they just want your money. Go somewhere else. Also overheard a pt coming back for follow up because his filling came out. Lol definitely have never heard of that happening.
