When I went to pick it up, I showed her the receipt where I had purchased the chain there. She was not happy. When he finally returned to the front of the store he said that the face of the watch fell off by accident and he lost the tiny second hand. She asked if she could go in the back room and look for it. He said no, the area was such a mess, she would never find it. He offered to have his usual out-of-town watch repair person fix it. She shipped the watch to his preferred shop. The repair cost $25, the shipping to and from with insurance was $20. He refused to pay any of it. This is beyond unconscionable. I have never met any business person who broke something and didn't take responsibility for it. He boasts that he sells Rolexes. He flaunts ruby rings on his Facebook page. But he's too cheap and to pay $45 for his own blundering. My mom is a hard working person. Totally unjust treatment -- of a senior citizen at that. Upon arriving, I was met by Roxanne who welcomed me. This review gets better! Upon leaving, the battery in my key fob died so Roxanne saw me trying to find where to put the key to open the door. She appeared but it was a mystery so we went back inside where she found out how but Michelle began taking my key fob apart & while Roxanne was reading instructions, Michelle replaced it with a new battery!!!
