Been coming here exclusively for the refilling of our Canon MX-452 all-in-1 printer unit for over 2 years now. Printer ink cartridges are a ginormous rip-off yet one finds themselves at the mercy of the manufacturers of said office equipment if they want to print their stuff. So what does one do to not feed the corporate machine which overprices the required ink cartridges? Well I use OEM whenever possible and then have them refilled at this joint. Savings for me on this Canon unit? Around $10 bucks at least by refilling verses buying the Cannon Brand. Positives of this shop: 1. Same two dudes running and servicing it for over 2 years now. I like consistency and they have provided that. 2. Readily available OEM ink cartridges for purchase at less than going market rates in the event my own cartridge has died and is no longer refillable. 3. They are open 6 out of 7 days a week AND are lickety split in turnaround time from drop off to being able to pick up your refill. 4. Close proximity to my Casa. Located off of Arden Way with a Subway sandwich shop right next door and a KFC in same shopping complex. Cons: 1. If you drop off your empty cartridge for refilling and don't pick it back up within say a few days there's no guarantee your going to get your cartridge back at all let it you may be given someone else's cartridge as to date they refuse to take your name and phone number to identify your own stuff. 2. No customer database. To date there's no computer or otherwise customer database to track your purchases or drop-off refills. Hence my suggestion to pick up your items(s) the same day or wait for them to be refilled on the spot. 3. I have to admit that I do wonder if what they are telling me is actually true about my dropped off cartridge being "dead" requiring me to buy a new one typically from them. I'm at their mercy as I have no clue which is why I'm here in the first place. Again, I have no proof of this but it's happened enough times to make me contemplate the possibility. Will continue to frequent this shop yet would like some competition with another shop so that I can actually compare the experience... read more

I've been refilling cartridges here for years and they really know what they're doing, and give useful advice to help their customers win the Printer Ink Wars...in case you don't know, printer manufacturers make their money on INK, not printers, so they are constantly sending out hardware updates that attempt to deactivate "unauthorized" (i.e: refilled) cartridges--but these guys have the tips you need to get your printer to accept refilled cartridges, saving you lots of money. They use good quality inks, as well, and I've never had a problem with one of their refilled cartridges. I used to refill the cartridges myself, but it's a tedious and messy job, and sometimes my printer wouldn't accept them. I'd rather pay these guys a a a reasonable price to do it right...and use their know-how to bypass the printer manufacturer's amiable attempts to rip me off with overpriced ink. read more

I love the integrity of this business. I brought in my Brother ink cartridge to have it refilled, and Stan explained that they don't usually do Brother cartridges anymore because it's hard to tell the exact size of each. For example, there are 2 small cartridge sizes; one for a trial cartridge and the other for a regular small cartridge. They look exactly the same and so when refilling it they don't know which one it is. I guess what has happened in the past is they thought a small cartridge was a regular size, when in fact it was a trial size and it leaked ink all over the customers printer and can ruin it. So what they do basically, is they sell a brand-new Brother cartridge for the same price as a refill. That is excellent service and integrity as they could be hiking the price up by a lot, like other companies sell them for. Integrity goes a long way! read more

Cheapest prices for ink refills by far!!! I had called Office Max and another discount ink refill place on Fulton, and the difference in price was pretty significant. Office Max's price would have been twice the price because they no longer do refills for my Cannon printer, only new. The other discount store was about $5-$10 more. I needed black and a color refill. The total price for both was $26. I was given the option to wait while they refilled the cartridges, so I had a seat in the tiny lobby. Ten minutes later one of the 2 staff came out and rang me up and gave me little instruction on troubleshooting.
