Forget the reviews you're reading for laser toner refills. They won't do it. They will try to sell you a refurbished cartridge for $100. You can get them online for $40. As soon as I explained this to the guy at the front desk, he INTENTIONALLY damaged my toner's imaging drum by shoving his thumbnail into it. It was printing perfectly and now it's ruined. I've been coming here to refill my inks since my kids were in High School. They are fast and the cheapest in town. Can't beat there price and did I mention the wait time for me was 10min. There ink that they refill last longer then the cartridge I use to buy from stores. read more

WOW! I literally signed up for Yelp just to let people know how unprofessional this establishment is. I saw the reviews and thought I would try this place for my ink cartridge refills. I go through a lot of ink in my business. The first thing the owner did was to start arguing with me about refilling the cartridges. I had pulled one of them out of my printer 20 minutes ago. Since he could not get the cartridge to leave a spot on his paper towel, he starts raising his voice and asking me how long the cartridges have been empty (see above). The guy may have been having a bad day but, wow, unprofessional. He simply had to say, "they seem dry, I can fill them, but no guarantee..." Every time I come here, the service is fast, the workers are very polite, &the prices are great (aka cheap). I spent $9, versus the $25-$40 i would have spent if i went to buy a whole new cartridge. They guy also was sure to inform me that my specific type of ink's volume level can't be detected by my computer after getting refilled, so it would say that i'm low on ink, even though i'm not; which it did. He said he was not sure why, but I am glad he did tell me that, or i would have been worried that my printer was broken lol. read more

After looking through all the computer repair stores around my area this one had the best reviews and they are well deserved! I brought in my computer on a Thursday and they had it ready for me the next day. When I first brought it in the guy they guy that was working gave me a pretty thorough explanation as to why my computer was failing. He also seemed genuinely friendly and that is what really convinced me. The next day I received a call and they told me it was ready. I work in Folsom so it's a pretty far drive and I wasn't sure if I was going to make it before they closed. I gave them a call and explained the situation. They actually waited 10 minutes after closing for me to arrive. These guys know what they are doing and they also have great costumer service. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. read more

Ming is awesome! Had some cartridges refilled at Fry's because well their Fry's and a company that large should know what they are doing, right? Not so much. Got the cartridges home and they didn't work. Went to Refill Tech and he shared that Fry's doesn't reset the chips in the original cartridges so it's a crap shoot as to whether or not they work. Long story short Refill Tech did what I needed quickly and now I am back in business. From now on, I will drive a little out of my way for Ming's quick and friendly service. read more

If you have an Epson printer, don't waste your money buying ink here. I usually buy ink online but I needed it last minute and didn't have time to wait for shipping. I was looking for a place that refills cartridges because I am on a budget and really can't afford to spend a lot of money on ink. This was the only place I could find, but they had good reviews so I decided to see what they had to offer. When I got to the store I asked if they refill Epson cartridges. Unfortunately, they only refill certain types of Epson cartridges and mine wasn't one of them. He told me they have compatible cartridges for my printer and that they are much cheaper than buying OEM so I ended up buying one. He tried to convince me I was getting a great deal since it was an "XL" cartridge, but I know XL doesn't make a difference in the page yield. It was only $1 less than I would have spent if I would have just gone to Staples and bought the real Epson ink, it had a different type of pad than the OEM ones have, it leaked as soon as I went to install it, and it didn't last anywhere near as long as the other compatible cartridges I have purchased from other places. The guy was nice, but the cartridge was much lower quality, XL yielded less pages than standard, and didn't really save me any money. read more
