To this day, I do not have a receipt despite asking many times. In January the heat pump failed. He advised me there's a leak and he would replace it. I have asked time and again for an update and I'm just told he's working on it. It's been about 5 months. I am quite sure he is NOT working on it. He is now ghosting me and not even replying to my messages. And I have a broken heat pump heading into a long hot summer. I can not recommend doing business with Pete Blasko refrigeration based on this experience.

They installed a cheaper unit that didn't qualify and then tried to charge us $3999 more for the proper unit to receive a $4000 rebate. When we offered to split the difference of the lost money they wouldn't take responsibility for their mistake saying that the unit they installed had qualified before but it was actually not on the list for the rebate program. As professionals, we would expect them to know which units would qualify but they said they only have to give us a ARHI number. We were very disappointed in the service we received.

Met with rep in May of 2022 and was assured the pump we wanted was in stock and would be installed in mid-June. Cancelled our place in line at the first company to go with 360. Never heard anything from them until I called them at the end of June and was informed we were "fourth in line" to get the install done....sometime in September. Spoke to head of the sales dept and he was to call me around July 8 (after my sons wedding) to see if we were going to cancel or keep the Sept date. Never heard back and I've since left three messages just to know if we are even still on the install list. No courtesy of a phone call - but man alive they were damn fast calling me back when I was looking to buy a unit! There is no diagnostic equipment that I've seen used. I have seen cellphones used to access manuals but no inspection or diagnostic. I have been told my furnace "is possessed" and "I don't know what is wrong with it" yet I am charged full service charge every time. This is outrageous.
