We initially got a quote in 2020 and held off due to Covid19. I had him requote in 2021 but even with an increase in paint prices, he said he would honor the old quoted price. Robert is a hard worker, does a great job, is reliable, professional and cares about his work. He said about a week and he did it a little faster than that and finished early. I really like the job he did and the way it turned out. I highly recommend Robert if you need someone to paint your house.

They repaired ceiling stains from an old roof leak. This is a 2-story vaulted ceiling that I didn't want to deal with. They patched holes and filled cracks that I hadn't even noticed. They put primer over the water stains and gave me good suggestions about the color and finish. They did a very clean job: all the paint was where it should be. The floor and windows were left without paint. They cleaned up after themselves too. Best of all, they were polite and honest and I felt like I could trust them. It was a father and son pair, Robert and Delvin, who did the work. They don't farm the work out to strangers. They made a genuine effort to do good quality work. I'm very happy with the results and will recommend them to my relatives in Temecula. I got a good value for the quality of work they did. The quote was fair, and once I approved it, they showed up right on time and got straight to work. Their process was very clean and organized, especially considering the level of detail involved. The project took exactly as long as they said it would for all four cabinets, and the results honestly exceeded my expectations. I was shocked at how good everything looked--still am. After seeing this level of quality and professionalism, I wouldn't hire anyone else for painting, staining, or refinishing. I wouldn't think twice about hiring them again. This is an honest review. I attempted to be fair and even edited my review to be shorter and more…read moregenerous. Unfortunately, the owner continues his online crusade to discredit me and I'm backed into a corner to prove the legitimacy of my concerns. I've added a video showing yellowing throughout the house. This is not a moisture issue. When the work was finished caulking was not yellowed, but I found several areas throughout the house that were not caulked at all. I was also was unhappy with the gap between boards and the floor. The owner is correct when he says I signed a contract indicating that this would not be done. I was guided into this and later found out that it is not always standard practice. Nonetheless, I signed this contract and feel that it would be unfair for me to grade based upon this problem alone, hence the updated increase to my rating. When painting was finished I did voice my discontent with the way things turned out. The owner became defensive about his work. His strategy was to deflect these concerns as a me problem, rather than a workmanship problem. I can remember feeling pressured at the end of the job to agree that things were satisfactory and reluctantly paid. There was no call back to fix the yellowing because his arrogance turned me off. I did not want him back in my house. I've lived in the house for years, looking at my unsightly baseboards. Every time I walk through my hallways I'm reminded of how frustrated I am that I paid good money for this. I do not like publicly shaming a company, but in this case it's necessary. After years I finally posted a review. The bottom line is that the job is substandard. I have to have things repainted at my own expense and I'm very disappointed about it.
