I've had a lot of muscle pain as of late, so I needed a good work over. Well, I got worked over. The only con I have is that the hot stone part was done with as much vigor as the rest of the massage. I was hoping it would have been a little longer and a bit more gentle. I felt as though I didn't get the full effect of the hot stones because that part was done so quickly. I'll definitely come back when I need a vigorous massage but I wouldn't make this a weekly or monthly event. Given how deep tissue these massages are, one every few months will do.

Located on Main Street in Carmel, this multi-story spa offers all types of skincare services and sells quality skincare lines in the lobby. I'd been in to pick up a few products before, but finally booked a facial last week. I called ahead to book my appointment. I wanted them to assess what my skin needed, so I gave them my budget and told them to do whatever they thought was best in that price range. My esthetician, Rose, was amazing and did a great job clearly explaining what she was doing. She answered all of my questions in a helpful way and I learned that she has 14+ years of experience. She said that this is her favorite place she's worked because everyone here is passionate about skin and they get all of the new gadgets. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). My face was super glowy after and my skin felt tight the following day. The products that she used were top of the line (IS Clinical, Babor, etc), so the price of the facial truly is worth the quality of product that they're giving you. When I arrived someone greeted me in the parking lot to do a quick forehead scan to check my temperature. They held the door for me and led me to the pedicure room. I was the only one in the area since they were keeping guests separated. The technician Natasha was professional, friendly, and easy to chat with. She changed her disposal gloves multiple times, kept a face mask on, and used disposable wooden scoops to get products. She also let me test out water temperature and warm towel temperature to make sure it wasn't too hot for my preferences.
