Been meaning to write a review for ages. This place is great. The staff is really wonderful, so helpful, professional and organized. All the hygienists we've seen have been great with kids and have been quick, gentle and thorough. Dr. Thomas is excellent and explains things well. The office is cutting-edge, extremely clean and beautiful. It does have a spa-like atmosphere and all the details are well thought-out and well executed. 5 stars for sure. read more

For the last couple years or so I go to this dental spa for all my dental needs. The office is nice and extremely clean. Dr.Thomas is well informed and Olga is awesome at her work. Thank you for your service so far. However, I'm a little unhappy about the appointments. We schedule our appointments months in advance. I have to give a month to one and a half month notice in advance at my work place for taking the time off to keep my dental appointment. As the date of my dental appointment approaches , I get notified that I have to reschedule because my dental hygienist will not be coming on that particular day. I'm given only one replacement appointment( at 2pm) which doesn't work for me at all (like, its not the first thing before my work or in the evening) . If I can't make it to that, the next one is 4 months away. This is not the first time this is happening. I do agree that life happens, that hygienist can't make it, it would be nice to have some one else as a back up or give more options for rescheduling. Is this an unfair request, especially when its no mistake from my end? This apart the receptionist sounded so cold. I don't know what to say to this. read more

I cannot say enough about Reflections Dental Spa, Dr. Thomas and her entire team. Their attention to detail, precision in treatment and dedication to their patients surpasses any healthcare provider I have ever been to. If you are looking for an office with top notch standard of care, as well as patient safety and cleanliness look no further. They're following all the Covid protocols and then some to protect their patients. My daughter (almost 6) had 3 fillings completed today by Dr. Masters as well as a cleaning and xrays. I have always hated the dentist - talk about anxiety alert. This office made me feel so comfortable! Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. I had A LOT of questions as I wanted to stay on top of my dental care and pursue Invisalign. The staff answered all my questions and didn't push anything at all. I do have to say, I've never had an office provide so much educational components to a visit. Most dentists I've been to - it's a quick in and out cleaning and be gone. I really appreciated the conversations, the time to treat me like a human being and make sure I was well taken care of. I've been coming here for over four years and can't say enough good things. They really treat you like family here and try and make it as relaxed of a process as possible. I always try and see Jen, she's the best hygienist! She always greets me with most cheerful demeanor, does a thorough cleaning on me while still being super gentle (definitely a skill!) and makes sure to go over any concerns I have and preventive care. She even made sure I was extra comfortable when I came in at 7 months pregnant by providing me with pillows for my back and legs, along with a warm neck wrap. Coming here is a breath of fresh air from the typical sterile dental offices, I would highly recommend! read more

My first visit to Reflections Dental Spa was amazing. I've been searching for a dentist for a while and every place I went just felt like a 'make money off you' chain, where they want you to get their new Invisalign or whitening or some sort of "next level purchase". Not here. Their tech is high end, receptionists are so nice, hygienist was quick and did her best to make me comfortable, and the Dr was really great too when I saw her. I chose this place because I like a good business idea- combining spa treatment with painful dentist work? Yes. I'll bite. It was great!! Not only did they help me, but my husband had some pretty serious work that needed to be done and although it couldn't be done in their office, they recommended someone SO great that was able to really take care of him. His tooth was pulled (infected & broken root canal) and he's now in the process of letting bone graft develop so he can get an implant. This stuff is expensive and really important but we are very confident that Reflections will be there for us when we need them... and if they can't, they'll send us to people who are great. Excellent service: from the wonderful girls at the front, to the back office and the dental assistants. Everyone is personable and adds to the amazing experience at Reflection Dental Spa. The care I received was nothing less than outstanding. I needed implant crowns, which are a bit more difficult and labor intensive to execute but Dr. Thomas delivered. Most organized, professional, relaxing, and beautiful dental office I've ever been to. It's always hard leaving your dentist, but I just wasn't interested in a 45 min drive to/from after having a new baby so I followed my fellow yelpers to Dr. Thomas and I will never look back. Dr. Thomas is experienced, careful, considerate, and efficient. I am very impressed with the team as well -- hygienists were great and their admin team went above and beyond to get me in ASAP. This office offers special spa-like "treatments" to help ease the stress of visiting the dentist... heated neck wrap, lip balm, and your own tv... what a difference these make! read more

They sold me into their invisalign treatment with one of the staff telling me the treatment typically only takes 6 months. Then as the treatment went on, there were more and more trays needed with little to no explanation from Dr. Thomas on what exactly she was trying to achieve. When the 6 month mark came for me, imagine my surprise being told that I needed about 40+ more trays and it was going to be another 7 months or so. When I commented that I thought it was only 6 months, Dr. Thomas then tells me that she never quotes 6 months to anyone even though this was exactly how her staff looped me into this. At this stage, the treatment was now in conflict with my move to Asia and I communicated this to the whole staff 6 months in advance including Dr. Thomas who seem to have forgotten so I had to remind her again 3 months prior to my Asia move. She then changed the treatment to supposedly expedite the process. As my move day approached, we scheduled the final adjustment and ordering of my retainers. I expressed my concern about the date being too close to my move and even asked if we could adjust to an earlier date. Dr. Thomas repeatedly assured me that it was going to be fine and worst case they would ship my retainers to me. So the day where my last tray was supposed to be removed, I was told that I had to continue to wear the old tray they cut up until my permanent retainers. I had been wearing these trays for 2 weeks and they expected me to keep wearing it until my retainers get to me. Anyone wearing Invisaligns knows how gross these things get after a week. Again Dr. Thomas assured me they would expedite or send me my retainers. I have been waiting for my retainers since my first email of July 16th with no response from anyone at Dr. Thomas' office. I had to wake up at midnight to call the office and only then did they send it to me. In my emails I specifically asked to have my retainers sent via Fed-Ex or UPS so I can track it only to be very rudely told by Angela at the front desk that she had no explanation why it was sent on regular mail and that they were simply doing me a favor... oh there was a $40 charge. At this point I was beyond furious for the extreme lack of consideration. No communication from Dr. Thomas ever came my way. To this day I still have not received the retainers that I had paid for. Had I known that this would be the outcome of my treatment or this is how they treated patients who they can no longer make money out of, I would have never agreed to any of it. These people are as shady as they come and once they get their money out of you, you won't hear from them ever again. read more

I want to start by saying the actual dentists here are great, I have no problems with Dr Thomas or Dr Masters. However, the front desk and billing team can make or break a practice and unfortunately this one is breaking it. We have been going here for 2 years. Every single bill has an error. Every single one. Charged for fluoride that didn't happen, insurance adjustments not made, etc. every appointment they are pushing to get more money and feels like all they care about is money. I've been told multiple times by Veronica that my dental insurance "pays soooo low" and is terrible. Then why are you in network with it? Then this week I get notices that they have tried billing my health insurance for X-rays that my dental insurance already paid for. Why would you be double billing for the same thing? Last straw was on Tuesday of this week when my husband called with a dental emergency and was told bc of COVID, he couldn't be seen for 2 weeks. For a dental emergency, his tooth broke in half and nerves exposed! Then when i called the office for clarification Veronica told me it was my husbands fault for not clearly explaining it was an emergency bc they are seeing patients for emergencies... what more does he need to say than emergency to get the point across? The front desk obviously wasn't trained on how to respond to emergency calls. But rather than taking ownership of that, she blames my husband. I don't know if the dentists are aware of how terrible the front desk is treating their patients. Bc as a small business owner ourselves, I know the customers come first and the dentist most likely wouldn't want 3 patients being lost bc of the front desks attitude. So, I dont review much. I am a realist. I only give 5 stars for perfection. That does not happen very often - Warrior 4-0 sweep of Cavs, bowling a 300, pitching a no-hitter, etc. With that being said, Dr. Thomas and the staff at Reflections are near perfect. - They are friendly and professional - My appointments are relatively short and enjoyable. - They always give me good dental advice and dental swag - THEIR MASSAGE CHAIRS IN THE WAITING ROOM ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD My only complaint is that they come get me when I am right in the middle of a deep, relaxing massage in the waiting room. 5 stars if they let me stay in the waiting room and do my dental work right there. - I know this will never happen, but again, I am a perfectionist. so until then 4.9 stars - near perfection!!! read more

My dental insurance changed so I stumbled up Reflections Dental Spa since they were part of my network of providers. I came to them because of the amount of 5 star reviews they had here on yelp. What can I say, the reviews don't lie and they were everything I was expecting from the reviews. Friendly, profession, efficient and clear with insurance and cost. Even though I don't use all the extra added services such as watching TV, heated neck wraps and such I can see how it can benefit others and appreciated the added effort on their part to make there patience as comfortable as possible. I called in on 7/13/20 to have my son dental records transferred and was told we had bill from January 2020. This is the first time I'm now hearing about a bill for a cleaning. They are holding my son dental records hostage until we pay the bill which I never new we had. I have no problem paying the bill it's the way it was handled. My insurance pays for cleanings twice a year. It appears they had my son coming in for additional cleaning without informing me that would not be covered. They should Inform the patient if you will have a out of pocket expense so it's not a surprise! read more

I have always been terrified of the Dental experience, but Dr. Thomas and her amazing staff and the 'spa' experience really turned me around. I had chipped my two front teeth and I was so worried that they would look "fake" when I got them fixed.Dr.Thomas did an awesome job.No one could tell they looked so natural. The staff is so friendly and warm. Everytime I go they offer me a beverage, a massage chair, and T.V They even hand me a pair of dark glasses to wear so the dr's bright light doesn't hurt my eyes.They use some very state of the art technology in there too.The best part is that the doctor tries to be the least invasive on your teeth.She likes to save as much as your natural tooth, unlike other dentist that do costly unnecessary procedures. read more

Let me preface this by saying I grew up hating the dentist... until I came here. The place itself is clean and has cozy massage chairs in the waiting area. Then, they had a "menu" of spa options. We are talking about massage chair (WHILE YOU GET YOUR TEETH CLEANED!), eye masks, hand warmers, etc. Then the cleaning... they're thorough, yet gentle. They are super sweet and engage in genuine conversation. They don't try to do work on you that's unnecessary. They're honest and good people. Love this place. read more

What a blessing for Reflections Dental Spa to open their clinic during this shelter in place situation for emergency appointments! I knew I needed to see my dentist but was somewhat reluctant to get out of my home. The moment I stepped into their clinic the staff greeted me in full protective gear and was led directly into a room. In the room I could see how they've really made sure that patients who do come in during this time are put at ease. They had UV lights and what I would call a "state of the art" air purifier system inside the room to protect not only themselves but more importantly the patients that need to come in at this time! All these plus Dr. Thomas' impressive skill in taking care of my dental problem are only some of the reasons my family and I have been coming here for years! Thank you Dr. Thomas and staff! I had to cxl at the last minute many times (or forget to come in) and they always made a concerted effort to make sure I got a rescheduled appt. that fit my schedule and they never got frustrated. I actually looked forward to my appts. Think about that. I looked forward to going to a dentist A combination of good dental insurance and a staff that went above and beyond to get procedures approved that minimized my payment portion was stunning. I had to get a crown replaced, a cavity filled and a special deep gum cleaning in my first visit to them. Im expecting a $400 or $500 co-pay. My personal payment? $58.
