The other installer called out sick the day of installation so I called Kevin immediately. He came out the same day to show me samples of the out of stock film and another film that is in stock but it's more expensive. Kevin offered to do the job with the more expensive film at the same cost of the cheaper not in stock film. He came out the next day on a Saturday to install the film. The outcome is stunning. After one month, there were some bubbles that still had not evaporated from the installation and Chris returned to attempt to fix them. Went into the shop on 5/30/26 to ask about options for my 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser. Also the premier tint they offered which he said was "a step above" anything else" had limited inventory on the four or five versions they displayed on there wall. I was offered, that the owner would call me to better detail out my questions. The price they quoted me was $900, for all windows expect the sun roof. There black privacy premier tint which I wanted for my back windows was out of stock. So reasons I gave this shop two stars, is I never received a call, the specifications on black privacy tint was not known or available they seemed a little over priced, and what I really wanted the dark privacy tint was not in stock. I went down the street , that offered ceramic options as well, with all tints in stock at a $535 price for there premiere product, that has a lot of five star reviews. I ran the comparison through chat GPT , and based off all the factors it leaned and recommend the shop down the street which I made an appointment for this coming Saturday. I paid him the vast majority and he said he would return to finish the last few panes. - We had back and forth rescheduling the second appointment. He said he would not charge us for the last minor payment because it took a while to and the film was delayed. He still charged us $50 when he arrived. (He also wanted Zelle despite me giving him a check I just wrote.) - I showed him a picture of streaking (on a high window) a few days after he finished the job. He said that was normal. I showed it to him when he returned the second time and he said that it was left by the squeegee. The streaking is still very visible on a daily basis and he did not correct it. - I asked him for a quote to clean our exterior windows, and clean up the streaking left on the interior windows, but he never gave us that quote after asking for it twice. - After asking for it 2-3 times, he also never provided an invoice by email so that we could have our 10 year manufacturer warranty.
