When I usually go here, I get a combo, 30min back massage w/ no oil and then 60min foot massage, or vice versa, depending on the day and how I'm feeling. I've only been here a handful of times, so I don't have a masseuse that I ask for regularly, but the two that I've had, they seem to be competent. I never leave here feeling worse than when I went in...lol I realize Vernon Hills is a bougie area, so the prices here are adequate I guess. Although one complaint is that their pricing, at least from what I've seen, is never really consistent. My first time there, the lady who massaged me came up with a price for the foot and back combo, that wasn't even on the service menu...and then the next two times I went, the same service, with another lady, was about $20 more expensive. I have seen her dozens of times over the last several years and the consistency of the massage she provides never wavers. I walk out after a 90-minute massage totally relaxed and rejuvenated. I am reasonably active playing hockey and pickleball regularly and Sergelen is able to work out any muscle fatigue or soreness in feet, calves, back and shoulders. It is rare that I don't fall asleep at some point -- that is how relaxing this wonderful experience is!
