They told me they were booked and I can see that they were busy and I think they can make allowance and they said yes. Unfortunately I had to leave even after they made an allowance for me. This place is horrible, don't waste your time or money. It is close to my house so I decided to try it out. When you arrive they make you fill out a form about you and your massage for "the police" which I found kind of creepy. The massage was subpar, and they charge more than other places. Not cool. I also found them to be kind of shady. For my $36 massage, I wanted to lave a $7 tip. I told them II only had a $20 and asked for change. She told me they didn't have any change. When I said I couldn't leave a tip then and would have to return, she handed me $10 and said that was all she had. By this point I was frustrated and knew I wouldn't be returning so I gave her the $10 tip and left. read more

I have already written TWO other positive reviews about Soleful Massage, but for some reason, Yelp deleted them! I've been twice now-- both times were EXCELLENT. I had the one hour foot massage, which included 30 minutes of feet, and 30 minutes of back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, and face and scalp. They are WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, and got rid of all of my aches and pains. This is going to be a monthly treat I'm going to give myself- I need it and my body needs it. Thank you, Soleful Massage! And to Yelp- shame on you for deleting the other positive reviews. There were about 10 more, and I'm not sure why you deleted them all and left the only one review that was negative, but you need to figure it out and add all of the positive ones again. I had a disappointing experience at Soleful Massage. The massage itself was ok and the massage therapist was not very friendly, my biggest complaint is the rooms, they are just cubicles with curtains for doors which makes the massage not very private and I kept hearing people talking the hallway which took away from the experience. read more

My wife and I went here. When we got there there was no wait. We went in together to get a couples massage. First weird thing is they took down my boxers which is okay but left the towel off for 75 percent of the massage even when not massaging that area. At one point too her entire body weight was on me because knees where on butt/thighs and hands on back. She beat the hell out of me and I couldn't relax because at no point was it soothing. I didn't ask for deep tissue either. I ended up figuring out a way to somewhat enjoy it. It must be luck of the draw because my wife said hers was soothing and soft. Not sure why mine was the complete opposite. At the end, I didn't leave a full 20 percent too because I was not satisfied. She definitely said something and was visibly upset and rude because of that. Not going back. read more

Great massage!! I have had massages in Europe and Asia.. Old school massages differ from " American " massages. I got a deep tissue massage with hot stones. I am a licensed massage therapist so I am very picky about massages. I know what is good and what is not. The beds at very comfortable. Very clean.. $60 for a hour massage with deep tissue.. It is really reasonable compared to other places.. Also, to the other review I read.. It's possible they only give some kind of paper to sign to creepy guys..I didn't have to sign anything. I would cry if it wasn't so damn funny. We went there for the hour long for massage for 30$. I had already been to the same type of place in deer park and would highly recommend. But this imitation of a business is just pathetic. The women who massaged us were awful. They chatted among themselves in their native language. This is while we are trying to relax. They are joking, laughing, and somewhere in the midst of their chatter they did some light patting. There was no massaging going on. Just petting, like one would pet a cat. When we were done, they told us to leave a 20%tip. I s taken aback and asked them to repeat themselves. They again advised we had to leave them 20%tip because we had to. Mind you, nobody could speak English the entire hour. It was simply ridiculous. Go to deer park instead, don't waste your time or money. read more

On 3/11, I wanted to treat myself (as a single mother on a fixed income) to a massage so I paid $100 for the services rendered and the masseuse had the audacity to scoff at the tip I gave of $5. She looked at me with disgust and said she usually gets $20. She is lucky to get anything! I'm obligated to pay for the service not offer a tip. Instead of being appreciative she was EXTREMELY UNGRATEFUL! I called to tell the "so-called manager" and his response is "Did you want a massage or did you call to just complain?" I can see where the masseuse got her ignorance from! Must be her relative! I would not recommend or go to this location again. I rather pay more to receive better customer service and where I know my money is appreciated! This location is horrible and I am going to write a review on every website I can to discourage anyone from giving them business. Save your time and money! read more

I decided to try here after going to 3 other reflexology places because of location. The charge $6 more than all the other places and it is not worth it. They also charge $2 more to use a credit card which is not posted anywhere and never mentioned until I was about to pay. I'm not sure that's even legal. It is not a reflexology massage at all. I really like the massages I get here! I've been coming for almost 3 years, on-and-off, and i've always gotten my full hours' worth. The masseuses are very strong, very thorough and very dedicated to relieving my aches and pains. I love it! They have a stand-up shower, which I've used once, but mostly I just skip that and spend the extra time with a little more massage. YaYa is one of the masseuses there, and she works so hard to knead my knees and legs when I get a deep-tissue massage. She's usually completely wet when she's done. This is hard work for her, but pure bliss for me! I've gotten limp massages elsewhere that I regretted paying for when I was done, but I've always gotten a great massage here. I always call first, because sometimes in the past, when I just dropped in, both girls were busy and I couldn't get a massage right away. So now I always call and schedule. I happened upon this little gem over the weekend after my eye caught their Grand Opening sign. From the moment I walked inside, I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the salon. I decided to get the $36 Hour Long Foot Massage. It includes a Chinese herbal foot bath, a head, neck, shoulder, and back massage, and of course the foot massage as well. The foot massage is performed in an open area with beautiful music playing in the background. Since this is a full clothed massage (aside from bare feet), privacy is not a necessity. There are separate rooms for the body massages. All I could think about as my hour was ending was, how much I'd like to purchase some gift cards so my family and friends can enjoy this amazing experience as well. Music. The boss is really nice. The most I like is their acupuncture massage which is a little different from regular massage i had before. After the massage, my whole body feels so relaxed and charged. This is the same feeling I experienced when I had a massage in China a couple of years ago. I am so glad that I can fine it here. She hadn't yet taken in the walk in that was there...but chose him over the booked but forgotten appointment. This was the second time they blew off an appointment that I had scheduled. Two days after running a 5k, I decided to get a reflexology massage which included a partial massage to my body. After my massage, the tension behind my hamstring was less and I felt better. Tammy, was very pleasant. She asked if I was comfortable in the chair and if the temperature of the water was too hot for my feet ( the water temp. was fine). While getting the massage/ reflexology, she made sure the pressure applied was not to hard on my body. I felt very relaxed. The following day, I have to say that my legs felt great. The tension had disappeared and the range of motion to my legs were back to normal. Whatever technique Tammy used was my magic on my legs. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who has soreness to their muscles. You will feel a difference. The people that work there are kind , professional and they know exactly what areas to relieve the pain. I plan on taking my husband there in the near future. read more
